"The hotel is new, large, and has great service. It's in Yokohama Future Port, the port is very chill, the environment is good, and there's a convenience store below. Overall, I'm satisfied, except that the bathroom has a bit of odor."
"We booked the deluxe twin room for a family of 2 adults and 2 children - ages 4 and 6.
The staff were so helpful and welcoming.
Cleanliness was impeccable.
As first time visitors to Yokohama, we thought the location was ok, however we were only getting to know the public transport towards the end of our stay so I’d recommend getting familiar with it to visit attractions more efficiently."
"Actually same trip with previous comment, we just made the booking separately for trying the hotel's breakfast for 1 day.
We paid for upgrading the room from studio to 1 bedroom one, a bit expensive but it's really worth for it. The room is clean and large, and with balcony that we can take great picture there, nice day and night view!! Since it's kind of service apartment, the kitchen tools are available for use, and there is a supermarket nearby the hotel, we bought food there (yummy Japanese beef...strawberry......etc.) and made sukiyaki ourselves as night snack. XD
Hotel has lounge for free coffee and tea, as well as gym room, the facilities are more than enough.
There are 2 style of set breakfast - Japanese style and West style, we chose Japanese's one and it's tasty, the fish is yum yum."

"The rooms are very clean and equipped with the bare necessities.
Toyoko Inn quality. The staff smile and respond appropriately.
Breakfast is included in the room rate, but there are times when I don't eat it, so I wish they would offer a plan without meals."
"I stayed here the night before participating in the Yokohama Marathon. It was a very clean and comfortable room. I got a slightly better plan, so I was able to use the equipment refurbishment service, which made me very satisfied. The location is easy to find, less than a 10-minute walk from the station ticket gate. It's right in the middle of the downtown area, and there are love hotels around, but that doesn't bother me. It's convenient and has everything you need, whether you're going shopping or going to a restaurant.
I'd definitely like to stay here again next year if there's availability."
"It is a few minutes walk from Suzuki CHO and is close to the restaurant town, so it is not troublesome to eat and drink.
The room was neither good nor bad, and there was no problem at all.
Breakfast is also small in number of seats, so I think it's better to pack it in a disposable container and eat it in the room.
The staff was very polite, so I felt good."
"The hotel is adjacent to Yokohama Park and Yokohama Zhonghua Street. The location is very good. The surrounding environment is very good. You can go to Zhonghua Street to find all kinds of food at night. The hotel breakfast is not too rich, but it tastes very good."

思思思賢 Chill My BabeDuring my recent trip to Tokyo, I stayed three nights at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama Minatomirai Premier, and it was fantastic! The sea view was breathtaking, and the attention to detail made my stay incredibly comfortable. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows that brought in stunning views—whether it was the ocean by day or the city lights at night, I could never get enough!
The hotel’s amenities were a delight. I loved the rooftop pool and the indoor gym, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The Italian restaurant and bar offered delicious food, and I highly recommend the breakfast.
The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The modern design, inspired by Yokohama’s cruise culture, added a unique touch to my stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I felt I truly got my money's worth!
FFaradillaBooked 2 rooms for family of 5. Got upgraded during check-in, what a pleasant surprise. Location was fantastic, with minatomirai line train being next door. Parked our car at pier, about 5mins of walking. Close to red brick warehouse .
Will definitely stay again if we’re in town.
DdillonchewwxGreat hotel. Feels very new and clean. Staff were great, and facilities were tiptop. Super value for money. Rooms were great too. Will recommend.
Only downside was that it was a distance away from the train station, both Yokohama and Sakuragicho.
MManmanmanchanGreat location, many cozy restaurants are around the Yokohama station. Direct train from/to Haneda Airport. Always love the bath and toilet are in separate rooms. A bit noisy environment so need to wear ear plugs while sleeping.
AAnonymous UserConvenient transportation, right above the station, with Keikyu Line and JR. The room is relatively large in Japan, and the twin rooms can be joined together. The price is affordable. GGuest UserIt's a very old hotel. You have to carry your luggage down to the front desk on the next floor. Remember to take the underground passage when you come out of the station. It goes straight to the end. Turn left and take the elevator. You will see it on your left. When I first looked for it, I stupidly looked for it on the road. I walked around a lot and there were not many sidewalks on the road. Since Yokohama, the hotel only provides towels for one person.
JJaponamamaThis hotel has a great location near Minato Mirai and Landmark Tower. The room was small but had everything I needed. The view from the higher floors was fantastic. Staff were polite and efficient. The bathroom was a bit old but still clean. Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted nice. It’s very close to the station and convenient for sightseeing. The area felt safe and lively. I would stay here again for the location.
GGuest UserI was stayed at 26th floor. I didn't realize I could see the Mount Fuji from my room. I was very exciting. Besides, I was very satisfied in the bath tub. The size was very decent for me. In addition, there was a 7-11 downstairs, which was very convenient. I will stay there again or recommend to my friends.

Very Good
MMikeLSKVery strategic location but it was a bit small. For the price, it was as good as you can get, i had an extra small bed for my son, and it was rare to find a 3 bed hotel room.
AAnonymous UserLocation is superb if you’re a glutton for Chinese cuisines cause the famous Yokohama Chinatown is just steps away. Convenient traffic to other attractions by walk or metro. Room is clean and full-functional.
