This is a resort hotel. The rooms are quite simple and old, and it is difficult to push the door. The kitchen is fully equipped for us to cook our own meals. The surrounding environment is good. There is dolphin feeding every morning, but you can just watch and don't have too high expectations.
We booked a lake-facing room at the hotel. The room really spans over the lake, and the balcony is built firmly on the lake. Ducks swim out from under the balcony from time to time. At breakfast time, a parrot will unceremoniously land on the balcony railing and stare at the bread in your hand...
I had to complain about a few things and found that the receptionist wasn't very sympathetic when I told her the sheets and pillow slips smelled and cabin smelt unclean. There were also ants in the wet areas which the staff knew about as I was told it was due to the spa. The fridge wasn't working properly and we had this replaced by staff immediately after complaining. As the cleaning staff were finished for the day we were told, the room was cleaned and sheets changed the next morning. There were still dead ants present from the day before though after the cabin had supposedly been cleaned. I wouldn't stay at this park again.
I booked 2 rooms for friends holiday but was give 2n separate ones and not adjacent or at least opposite to one another and we needed to walk to get to our friends room. OverAll cleanliness & Amenities could be improved as there were few wear & tear.
Room was super spacious & was able to cook our dinner & bfast that saves us few $$$
After a long day of driving, we arrived at the place because we just needing a place to sleep for the night. It’s basic, as expected, but at least it was clean. The room was small and plain, with just the essentials—a bed, a desk, and a private bathroom.
It wasn’t particularly comfortable, and the amenities were minimal, but it served its purpose as a quick stopover. The staff was polite enough, and while it’s not somewhere we’d stay for more than one night, it worked for what we needed: a budget-friendly, no-frills place to rest before hitting the road again.
The functions of the room are relatively complete, but they are not useful. The washbasin is a palm's width wide and cannot be used to brush teeth. The room has a musty smell when opened, which is quite different from domestic hotels of the same price.
Yea it was ok, staff and management were gr8, the rooms are a bit out dated showers are small no satellite TV or anything restaurant was closed the night I went there close to KFC and an Asian restaurant overall ok, I would stay again if I had too.
Lovely hotel, fantastic location across the road from the ocean and walking distance to town. There's also a great walking path along the foreshore.
The pub next door got a little bit loud on the Saturday night, but overall the hotel is fantastic.
Clean and comfortable room, there's a restaurant onsite for a pretty substantial continental breakfast each day, and we were really grateful for the free laundry onsite as we had been travelling for 7 days.

Very Good
PPeter OYDThe hotel is conveniently located, with numerous restaurants and a shopping mall within walking distance. It is also quite close to McIver train station. I stayed there during a business trip, and getting around was straightforward, with the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre easily accessible.
Upon arrival, the front desk staff were very friendly and always willing to assist. My room was on the third floor, exceptionally clean, pleasantly scented, and the bathroom facilities were excellent. Everything met my expectations.
The WiFi was sufficient for basic browsing, social media, and responding to work emails.
Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.
GGuest Userservice was just enough to make things work. The safety chain was broken when I checked in but repaired after i informed the front desk. The soap dispensers were empty and they forget to clean the room the next day so had to call the front desk for soap and towels. The breakfast menu was the same for the 3 days I was there - (boring menu). Location was good but much room for improvement in terms of housekeeping and breakfast.
GGuest UserThe room was compact but cozy , furnishing was well done despite the small size . Only microwave available to cook your meals . Check in was a bit of hassle as they require the card details before checking u else no late arrivals. Luckily staff was responsive and provide good assistance
CCHRISTINE1707The hotel has changed name to Wray Hotel and check in was thru the restaurant downstairs. Parking is available and free. Did not realized the hotel is with shared bathrooms and toilets. Nevertheless, we just stay a night as a stopover before going up North. Bearable for a night stay.
BBlack Diamond 007Fairly reasonable airport hotel. Beds were good, room was clean and easy access to the airport. Everything you need for a quick overnight stay. All good
GGuest UserThe Rose Hotel & Motel truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the process seamless. My room was spotlessly clean, surprisingly spacious, and beautifully decorated with a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the quiet ambiance, despite its convenient location. The amenities were well-maintained, and everything I needed was readily available. It's clear that attention to detail is a priority here. I highly recommend The Rose Hotel & Motel for anyone seeking a comfortable, clean, and friendly stay. I'll definitely be returning!
KKL Chee8Very good location, clean, friendly staff, transport, supermarket, tourist area.
Stay for 8day and easy to travel to tourist spot with train and buses.
The hotel already renovated and very comfortable.
Thank. Will be back again
AAndrew B SorensenThe hotel is ideally located in East Perth and the room was clean. I guess at the price point it was a good stay, but the hotel reception and lifts were a bit old and tired.
