City Rise Hotel Miri – Spacious Room & Great Location The room was huge and spacious, although our double-bed room had no window. Unfortunately, there was a strong urine-like smell coming from the toilet when we first opened the room door, which was quite unpleasant. I also found some hair beside the bed, so cleanliness could definitely be improved. The basement parking is limited, and one annoying thing is that you need to check in first before you’re allowed to park in the basement. We were told not to park at the side of the lobby even just for a short while while checking in. We explained that we needed to check in first, but the security guard said the area was for police 😂. The security staff at the lobby could also have been more welcoming and friendly. During breakfast at Called Coffee Café, I found it quite funny that they didn’t have latte available. 😂 On the positive side, the location is very convenient, with plenty of places to eat nearby and easy access to Parkson and Imperial Mall. The breakfast selection was otherwise awesome, and the room itself was very spacious. Overall, the hotel has a great location and lots of potential, but there are some areas that could be improved, especially cleanliness, parking arrangements and customer service.

The room was okay, but the service was a bit lacking because they didn’t clearly mention which Jazz Suite it was. That info is important, especially for first-time guests. Overall, the hotel was good just hope they can provide clearer details next time about which suite to go to.

Excellent stay in Bintulu! Had a wonderful experience staying at Lihua Hotel Bintulu. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is highly convenient, making it easy to get around town. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. Will definitely come back again!

The room was much, much bigger than expected, and I absolutely loved it! 😍 The room was also very clean and comfortable. There is parking available at the hotel, which was really convenient. The breakfast selection was not very extensive, and unfortunately, when we went down around 9:00 AM, there was already very little food left. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The spacious and clean room was definitely the highlight!

Overall Experience recently stayed at Hotel Abell Kuching and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers great value for money and sits in an excellent location. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was smooth, pleasant, and highly satisfying. Throughout our stay, they were always ready to assist with directions and local recommendations, making us feel right at home.Dining & Room Service. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious. There was a good variety of options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our mornings. Additionally, we ordered room service during our stay. The food arrived hot, the delivery was prompt, and the service was executed with a great, polite attitude.Minor Issue Swiftly Resolved. The only minor hiccup we encountered was a slight drain smell in the bathroom upon arrival. However, as soon as we notified the staff, they took immediate action. The maintenance team settled the issue completely and efficiently, showing just how attentive and responsive the hotel management is to guest comfort.

The hotel is located at the city centre and is very easy to the eateries and shopping mall which all are surrounding the hotel. The room is big and clean, the bed is nice and we have good sleeps.

This hotel is located right next to the city center and features a small shopping mall attached. The lobby even has a famous Singaporean chicken rice restaurant. With easy parking and breakfast included, it’s a perfect choice for business travelers.

Every time I come here, I stay at this hotel. The room is spacious, the location is very central and convenient for getting anywhere, and the price is good, even including breakfast. It's a very comfortable hotel for me. I'll keep coming back.

Pro: cheap, clean, spacious room. Comfy bed and pillow. Nice hot water shower. Shower and shampoo amenities. Cons: I have the room that seperated building with window showing a restaurant view downstairs, so no opening window for me because of that view.
