The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I called down for extra bath towels and they were delivered within minutes. The hot tub was out of service during our stay but those things happen and can’t always be controlled by the hotel. The kids absolutely loved the slide and spending time in the pool. Only complaint I’d have there is that the pool towels were super small, we just doubled up and made it work. Not really a big issues. Breakfast was also included in our reservation and it was great. Good variety and included bacon/sausage and eggs. The space for breakfast was nice and open and lots of seating. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is poor, compared with other hotels of the same price, mainly without meat and eggs, no elevator, large boxes must be carried on the second floor, rooms on the first floor must be booked in advance

Great hotel. Grabbed the cheapest room possible for my sister to come along with the hubby and I but wanted our own privacy. Got her the single queen bed room. It was REALLY nice. The value for money was exceptional and the breakfast was fantastic!

Big new squishy beds with just the right amount of firmness. King bed was so big I was able to have my own side without getting shoved into the corner

👍Hotel, cleanliness ,stay-location all good. Nothing to complain ‼️Hotel security deposit issue 🔻Private issue hotel management to rectify and improve .. not for public to view 🔻 - the receptionist was insisting credit card and declined to take cash .. .. as a foreign tourist didn’t like using my cc as I just recovered 8 days receiving a new card due to fraudulent transaction in another matter. When I issued the photo I’d & credit card; rather than allowing me to tap and secure the deposit payment; hotel receptionists, took the card behind the counter .. huge screen was blocking his view & workdesk.. later returned my card. This never happened in any of the hotels I stayed within this week.. other hotels allowed guest to have control .. tap or insert and pay I hope hotel management understand; it is not that I don’t trust your staff; it is my journey I need to be cautious; most important is a credit card not getting scammed & card issuer blocking the card

You get what you paid for. If you are looking for a very affordable place to stay and your only concern is your budget then this is your go to place in Edmonton area. Location wise, it is in an odd place and there aren't shops close to this location so you'll have to go out and drive if you need to buy something. With regards to service, they went above and beyond my requests and are super friendly and welcoming. I requested for a portable heater because they have no way to adjust the heat temp in each room (it's centralized) and they offered me this option for free. Their TVs are smart TV and I'm super amazed because you don't get this in bigger 3 star hotels where you pay almost double the price of what you pay here! You will just have to request in the front desk for the TV's remote control if you want to use the smart tv features like logging in on your streaming apps or casting/mirroring videos from your phone or tablets to the TV's screen..

The hotel is ok, but the towels are a bit old. The room is moderate and comfortable. The buffet breakfast provided by the hotel is ok. There are not many varieties, but it is basically enough, unless you are too picky. The restaurant is not so high-end. It is in a semi-underground, and the dining environment is just a place to eat. The overall environment of the hotel is ok. It is on a main road with heavy traffic. It’s just that the hotel pictures are more magnificent. It’s not that big in reality, and it looks a little small. Especially the lobby, which is incomparable with the domestic ones. The size is similar to that of the lobby of a general express hotel. The facilities are acceptable, and it looks small and exquisite. The lobby provides a coffee machine, which is quite good, but it’s a pity that the hot cocoa and chocolate hot drinks are always insufficient, and you have to drink bitter coffee. The room is of moderate size, but the air conditioner is a bit noisy, and the whirring sound of the wind is not easy to accept for sensitive people. The hotel is equipped with a swimming pool, but it can only be called a pool. It is also small, suitable for playing in the water and not like a racetrack. In addition, the location is right in the city center, not far from anywhere, suitable for people who like to check in, and those attractions are within 2-4km. However, this is a huge cemetery area. There is a big slope behind the east side of the hotel, and it is an industrial area. Across the road on the north side of the hotel is the cemetery area. I thought it was the only one, but who knew that the west side of this cemetery is also a public offering. There are five or six cemetery groups around this large area, and there is also a Chinese cemetery. The huge green grass area around the hotel is not a park, but a cemetery! Fortunately, the cemetery here is not so scary. It feels like a casual place like a park that you usually pass by, so it doesn’t produce too much gloomy feeling. As for the service, the front desk here is not like the beautiful girls in China. There are a few old men. A middle-aged white man looks good, but those old men are not so good. They are from the Middle East and their facial muscles don’t move much to show a smile. They give people a feeling of being gentle and indifferent, and they are not suitable for the service industry! The room service is ok, if it weren't for the sullen faces of the people serving at the front desk, the rest would be acceptable.

I liked the room that it had a tub in the bathroom and microwave and fridge as well. Very convenient for me. Breakfast was self serve with choices of cold and hot drinks, lots of fruits, yogurt in the fridge, cereals and choices of bread with a toaster at the end of the counter. The dining room area is large and sunny. Relaxing atmosphere. The checkin counter person was very helpful and at check out took the time to help me find my Wyndham membership account so I could earn my credit for staying there. Very pleasant experience over all.
