Facilities: New and complete facilities, very comfortable bedding. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Very close to the subway station, only two stops to Xi'an Road, and very close to Xinghai Square. There's a convenience store downstairs, very convenient. Service: Very attentive and efficient service; the front desk staff were very patient.

Environment: The hotel environment is great, the lobby on the first floor has a wonderful atmosphere, very pleasing. Service: The service is excellent, the front desk staff are all handsome guys and beautiful ladies, and the owner is also lovely. I highly recommend this hotel, the Xigua Hotel in Zhongshan District, Dalian.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable, with a view of Venice Water Town and the sea right outside the window. When we checked in during the afternoon, there were people cleaning the windows, so they were sparkling clean, and the view was absolutely stunning! Plus, there's a convenience store on the first floor that's open late, making it easy to grab food. It's also just a ten-minute taxi ride to the shopping district and not far from the Russian Style Street. Facilities: It had a large fridge and a washing machine. The twin room also had a big TV that could cast screens. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation. The rooms are spotless and well-equipped, and the staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and responsive. The breakfast spread was delicious and abundant, and the gym facilities were top-notch. This hotel is located right behind the main shops you see when you walk along the river near the broken bridge. The view is just over the tile roof of the shops, and you can easily see North Korea, the main hotel in the opposite town, and the bridges. Views in the morning are not to be missed. The staff were helpful and gave good advice for activities.

I brought my mother to Dalian during the off-season. It was a great value for money trip, with beautiful scenery and fewer crowds, and hotels weren't expensive overall. After looking at many hotels, I chose this one. My mother was very satisfied. This hotel is incredibly convenient for getting around, very close to Zhongshan Square and Youhao Square. Both buses and subways are easily accessible, and it only takes about 40 minutes to get to the airport on Metro Line 2. It's also just a 10-minute walk to Dalian Shopping Mall and Russian Style Street. The hotel room was very clean. I booked a twin room, and it was quiet at night even though it faced the street. Complimentary bottled water, snacks, and popcorn were available in the hotel. A friendly reminder: this hotel is in an old building, so there's no elevator. However, the staff members are happy to help with luggage. If you have mobility issues, you might consider booking a room on the second floor.

좋은 위치의 방에서 친구들과 잊지 못할 추억을 만들고 갑니다!!! 비록 방 내부에 먼지가 많다는 아쉬운 점이 있긴 했지만, 위치, 비용, 서비스 등 모든 면을 고려했을 때 전반적으로 매우 만족스러웠던 숙소입니다. 도보 10분 내외에 얼통공원, 중산광장, 지하철역, 버스 정류장 등이 있어 이동이 너무 편리했습니다. 또한 맥도날드, 밍지카오위, 홀리랜드 등 다양한 프랜차이즈 음식점은 물론, 편의점부터 대형마트까지 모두 가까운 거리에 있어 전혀 불편함 없이 식사하며 머물 수 있었습니다. 덧붙여 여행의 묘미는 현지인의 삶을 체험하는 것이라고 생각하는데 이 숙소에 머물면서 아침 공원의 풍경, 길거리에 생긴 시장 등등 많은 것들을 보고 느낄 수 있어서 더욱 좋았습니다. 마지막으로 정 많은 사장님께서 항상 밝게 인사해주시고, 중국어가 비교적 서툰 저희를 위해 쉬운 중국어와 영어를 섞어서 친절하게 소통해주신 점이 너무 감동적이었습니다. 다음에 대련에 갈 기회가 생긴다면, 재방문 의사 100%입니다.

Stayed for four nights in total, the first two days in a king-size room, and the next two days in a business king-size room. The room is spacious, the front desk service is good, no deposit is required, and check-in and check-out are fast. The room has no odor, plenty of hot water, and is very quiet. The hygiene needs to be improved. On the first day when I stayed in a business king-size room, I found that there was no paper towel in the bathroom when I had already started, which was a bit embarrassing. In short, the hotel at this price is good value for money.

The room was very nice in every way, with cozy wallpaper. Slippers and sheets were changed and washed every time a guest left. You weren't allowed to wear your own shoes inside. It was very close to the North Station, and you could see the trains passing by.

If you're staying for a short time and on a budget, this is a great option.
