No problems at all during self check-in & out. Very good location with public transportation, local restaurants (tasty!) and convenient store around. Clean and spacious room in Japanese standard. However, the room layout and facilities are not that reasonable:
- two fridges in the room - you have to sleep next to one fridge if sleeping on the extra bed
- again, if sleeping on the extra bed, you have to move out all things from that area
- no space for luggage to be open all the time. i have to place them near the entrance
- good to have a washing machine. but no space and not enough hangers to hang up the wet clothes
It is nice that we base provides daily morning snacks(even though the choice is really limited). And I love the fact that new towel is given daily as well. The set up of the mixed dorm is pretty nice and there’s multiple clean restrooms on the same floor to use
This is a 2 star business hotel. It’s super near to the metro station though, only 2 mins walk and super near to Fukuoka Airport. In terms of location it’s perfect! But the building is very very old and quite worn out. It hasn’t been renovated recently cause everything is old….kinda scary at first but it’s safe. It’s not cheap actually for the quality, in fact i think it’s overpriced but it could be because i booked a room last minute.

Overnight return stay for flight out of Fukuoka next morning. Room is small. Previous booking was for a semi-double, this booking was for a single - was given identical room type : suspect they downgraded when they realized only 1 pax.

Only takes about 5 minutes to the Hakata Station, the subway to the Airport is right there and is only two stations away, making the flight home very easy. The capsule hotel is very cost friendly if all you need is a hot shower and a good night sleep. We bought the breakfast plan and got a coupon for a set breakfast at the Come Come Burger House nearby. The food was surprisingly good, we ordered the Japanese egg burger and the bun was actually two pieces of rice patties, we loved it.

The hotel boasts a fantastic and convenient location, offering easy access to the Expo. The surrounding area has a wide variety of dining options, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. Additionally, the hotel's facilities are very well-equipped, and the hospitality was excellent.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station. There's a 7-11 downstairs for late-night snacks. The check-in process was quick. The room has a humidifier, which is really needed in extremely dry weather. Overall, it's good.
The room was spacious, and the microwave and bathroom were all new.
If you get off at Nakasu Kawabata Station and walk through the shopping street from Exit 5, you won't have to worry about getting wet even on rainy days.
There is a walkway through the shopping street to Canal City, so you don't have to cross the traffic lights.
There are no clothes to wear in the room, so it's better to bring your own loungewear.
There is a washing machine and detergent in the room, and you can dry your clothes in the bathroom.
There are a lot of izakayas around, so you can hang out until late at night.
You can watch Netflix, U-NEXT, YouTube, and any other subscription service on the large TV if you log in with your own account.
When I left the room, I could hear the conversations in the next room, but there were only two rooms on the same floor, and the walls were not attached, so I didn't have to worry about noise.
The induction cooker is in the shelf below and there are cooking utensils, so you can buy ingredients and cook them.
It was such a good hotel that it was a shame to only stay one night.
I would like to stay here again next time.

Suddenly I needed to stay and stayed at the Apa Hotel for the first time. The room was small, but it was very comfortable with everything I needed. The location was also good.
It was just the opening day, so the staff will be getting used to it. The beds were made neatly and the cleaning was thorough. The breakfast was simple, but improving the quality will be a good topic for feedback.

GGuest UserStayed for 2 nights. The lady boss was very polite and gave us plum wine and snacks when we checked out. The B&B is very close to the pier. There is a large supermarket nearby. The transportation is also very convenient. You can take a bus to Saga Terminal.

RRC CanchIt was not as bad as what other reviews said. If you are coming to Japan, expect that business hotels and hotels in general are small but compact and have all that you need. This space is big enough for 2 people. There's also kitchen where you can cook, microwave, ref and washing machine. Train station is 10-minute walk but there are nearby bus stations so it's not that hard to go around the city.
GGuest UserBreakfast is ordinary, just a simple mini salty pie and a drink. It can even be said that there is no need to exist; there is no need to purchase additional items. There are some conveniences and some inconveniences in getting to the public bathroom on the first floor, but the location and environment are really impeccable.
MMr Adam PorterWe were visiting to watch the rugby at the Mikuni World Stadium and wanted somewhere to stay near by. This place was an absolute gem, incredible room, huge jet bath with TV, breakfast served in bed and the best part was the view from the balcony included the Mikuni World Stadium. Staff were amazing, they didn’t speak English but were very quick to assist and help. They received post for me before my arrival which they gave to me as soon as I arrived, there was a private lounge area to rest and refresh when we arrived too early to check in. I would certainly revisit, especially if you’re headed to the stadium. I wish I’d taken more photos of the amazing room!
AAnonymous UserThe location is convenient - just a few minutes from Hakata station and the bus terminal.
The owner is friendly - he explained everything, showed everything himself 😊
The room was clean and cozy. The air conditioner worked perfectly, so the temperature in the room was adjusted as desired. The futon is moderately soft, the pillow is small (for me this is a plus, not a minus 😁).
Of the minuses - poor soundproofing, but I only needed one night, and besides, I walked to the point of exhaustion, so I slept soundly despite this 🤣. And a very small toilet (on the 2nd floor) - I am a very compact person, but even for me it was not very comfortable 😅. But these minuses are insignificant, in my humble opinion, so I was satisfied)
AAnonymous UserI wanted a ryokan that could feel the traditional Japanese scent, not a hotel like a chain store that is common these days, but it was the ryokan I was looking for. At first, I was a little worried when I saw the article that the ryokan boss couldn't speak English in the latter half, but I communicated without any problems. Most of the hotels were very small, but the rooms were very spacious, and it seems that it has always achieved my romance only in dramas and comics. Personally, I was the most satisfied person who traveled back and forth several times in Japan. It was a hostel. Not to mention cleanliness.
And the Japanese food that I had for breakfast is still in my head.
I want to eat dinner next time I visit! ♡
Jjollyhau>Usually im quite picky about the restroom, but i have to say its really tidy here cause they clean the hostel everyday💯
>bed space doesn’t feel stuffy or musty at all! The sound proof is better than i thought, comparing with other hostel i have lived. You wont hear squeaky sound when others getting off from the upper bunk (impressed)
> was worrying if its too far away from the station, but the bus station to hakata is actually 3 minutes walk only, and they come very often. convenient!
Conclusion: comfy and nothing to complain!
