One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Very clean, with a spacious sleeping area. The bed was incredibly soft, and they provided pajamas and slippers.
Everything was spotless, quiet, and peaceful-no disturbances at all.
Contactless check-in and check-out were super convenient. The location is also great, right near a famous shopping street and subway stations.
The rooms in the youth hostel are of a decent size, actually two bedrooms, one guest room and one bathroom.
The toilet and bathroom are relatively small.
The facilities are quite complete, and you can check in by yourself, so you don't have to worry about being late. After all, my flight was delayed and I didn't arrive until evening. At first I didn’t know which bed I was going to get, and in fact it seemed like I just picked it randomly. . .
I've visited Osaka countless times, but this was my first stay at this hotel. I stayed for a total of 3 nights.
Initially, I was prejudiced against this area as it seemed a bit intimidating, but after staying here, I realized it was actually quite peaceful and clean. I was very impressed and would definitely consider staying here again on future trips to Osaka.
The hotel is located a short walk from the station. There are multiple exits, and if you have heavy luggage, there are elevators available. A convenience store and vending machines are also nearby.
I arrived in Osaka early morning via night bus. Initially, I was going to ask the hotel if I could leave my luggage, but luckily, I was able to check into my room right away. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even though their English had a Japanese accent. They were able to provide me with all the necessary information. (If you plan to arrive at the hotel before check-in time, please contact the hotel directly to inquire about their policy.)
My room was a single room of 11㎡, which is about 3x4 meters. I could fit my 28-inch suitcase on the floor in the walkway.
The room had a bed, desk, chair, nightstand, mini-fridge, TV (which I didn't use), glasses, trash can, slippers, and towels. The bed was not the most comfortable, but it was acceptable given the price and quality of the hotel. The desk was large enough for me to work on my laptop and still have space for my makeup and some snacks.
The bathroom was small but clean. It had a shower, bathtub, automatic toilet, and amenities like soap and shampoo.
The hotel's common area had several workspaces, which were sufficient for the number of guests. The hotel's internet was very fast, both in the room and in the common areas. If you're traveling for work, this hotel would be a great option.
The kitchen area was small but functional, with a microwave, electric stove, sink, and separate trash bins.
There was also a laundry room with coin-operated washing and drying machines. I didn't use this service, but I think you can exchange coins at the hotel lobby.

The guest house is very clean and confortable, the location is also pretty convenient, I enjoyed staying there. However, the instruction on how to check-in is not 100% clear since you are given at least 3 different PIN codes when you book the hotel, it took me a while to figure out which one I need to enter the building. I couldn't contact human stuff and had to deal with AI all the time. But once I managed to check-in, everything was good. The wi-fi was working well, the USB charger too. I figured out how to use the coin locker, had no problem with it. There was a water purifier and a fridge to use, also some space to put the luggage. The shower rooms were sparkling clean. All in all I do recommend this hotel, it was a comfortable stay.

Very convenience and accessible location, just minutes walk to Dotonbori where the mega Don Quijote, icon Glico sign, large food signs etc. were. Metro was also walking distance from hotel. Loved the breakfast menu and the friendly kitchen staff. Probably only 1-2 reception staff weren't friendly, but doesn't impact the overall stay experience. Self check-in was fast adn smooth. Would definitely stay here again for the next trip.
Very nice and convenient hotel in front of Izumisano station, 5 minutes by train from Kansai Airport in Osaka. Perfect to catch early flights. Nice rooms , well equipped bathrooms, comfy bed and nice break fast. Highly recommended

We had a big room that fit 2 adults and 2 teenagers nicely. Not too far from most places. Helpful staff and a simple breakfast was included. Being able to store luggage before we checked in was a plus!

It was a new place so I was worried because there were no reviews, but it was a needless worry. The facilities were clean, towels were provided every day, and the amenities and service were great. Above all, the bed was soft so I was able to sleep comfortably. There was also an outdoor terrace and a convenience store was close by. I highly recommend it.
We booked for two nights, came with two friends, the room is quite small but good, we like it. Good, have to be careful at night, but don't have to, you're not in danger. It's worth it compared to the price, the room is clean, the bathroom is very clean. Recommended for those who come to travel and just sleep. If you have a big bag, you may not be able to open it. When eating in the room, put your suitcase. But if you come back late, there are many people around who like the house.

GGuest UserI like the solo capsule concept however the door does not reach the ceiling so you hear everything from the hallway and nearby capsules. Just like a regular capsule hotel.
The main drawback was the lack of soap provided in the public wash bins. Over several days there was none provided.
Also the lockers and hot tub in the men’s public bath weren’t working during my stay. You also need to exchange your key downstairs to receive a locker key.
Also the WiFi was poor. Frequently disconnected and was slow. I feel like it was better before.
Overall it’s an OK stay. I prefer the solo rooms on a different floor of this hotel.

IIkram ZubirThe best thing about this hotel is the location—it’s literally next to JR Shin-Imamiya Station. The hotel is nice and clean. The common area is equipped with a microwave, a coffee/tea machine, and a water dispenser. There’s also a laundry area available.
My room was on the 7th floor, which doesn’t have a shower room. Shower rooms are only available on certain floors, so sometimes you need to queue, especially in the morning. Towels and basic toiletries are not provided, but you can add on, if I’m not mistaken.
The room size was adequate for me—an Asian male, 67kg and 180cm tall—since I only used it for sleeping and spent most of my time outside. For the price, it’s definitely worth the money.
Here’s the view of the train station from my room. They provided earplugs for you to sleep comfortably.
WwongjonathanI arrived on March 19 between 6 pm and 7 pm. The main entry was blocked, and I could only see a sign on the side door instructing guests to do a self-check-in to obtain a passcode for entry. Fortunately, a resident came out of the side door and let me in. A female staff member was there but seemed busy playing on her phone and did nothing to help.
Later, I found out that the front desk staff should have been available to open the main door until 10 pm (see the screenshot).
The next day, the front desk staff was replaced by a man who was more responsible and provided good service. I requested an extra pillow, as the ones provided were too thin for us.
GGuest UserThis is a good hotel located just above Namba station and a few minutes walk to Dotombori. We took the moderate twin room was which ideal for us as we needed more space. The service and facilities are limited as it is not a full service hotel but for the price it was good value for us. The in-house onsen and sauna was great and ideal after a day of trekking around Osaka. You pick up all your necessary amenities at the front lobby including yukatas. They do allow your bags to be left at the hotel now up to 10pm after checking out but it is at your own risk. You have to access the hotel entrance with your key card after 11pm. They don't provide water but you can get it from the Lawson around the corner, They don't provide meals - we recommend Tempura Makino (despite the queue!) and Komeda coffee above it for breakfast, just 100m away. Pro tip: If you arrive by subway or train and have luggage, use Exit 1 which has a lift, next to the Marui department store.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — always willing to assist with anything I needed. The location is also perfect — very close to all the train stations and surrounded by great shopping areas. Highly recommended!
TT.FengHotel is clean with suffice space for solo traveller. Aircon is cold and strong wind..
Location wise abit far especially for traveller w heavy luggage to push all the way to Namba station. Overall its a good experience staying with Toho..
GGuest UserEnjoyed my stay at this hostel. Location is very convenient. It’s close to Tennoji station but it’s also possible to walk to Dotonbori/Namba/Tsutenkaku. There is a big common area + kitchen + laundry room which is nice.
YYang Ya TingThe accommodation is conveniently located, with transportation, pubs and supermarkets all nearby.
The lobby, room, toilet and shower are clean.
Will stay here again next time I travel.
