We chose Calcutta Quartz Counter Tops for its sleek and elegant appearance. There is a Gourmet 6 Burner Gas Stove, Double Ovens, Double Refrigerators, Pantry with double dish washers and 2 Large Stainless-Steel Sinks with an open concept Living Room, with floor to ceiling Gas Granite Fireplace. The 10-foot island seats plenty. This island is made up of a 36” sink with Garbage disposal, microwave, trash compactor and custom paper towel holder below counter top.The sunlight that comes through the windows around the fireplace as well as the 24 feet of Anderson Sliders on the deck is warming to your soul. This 31' x 21' deck is surrounded by cable railing so as not to inhibit your view. Looking for a little adventure there are plenty of events and things to do while visiting the NH Lakes Region! There are several year-round activities including, boating, kayaking, paddle-boarding, swimming, hiking the trails in the nearby mountains, ziplining, touring the castle in the clouds, skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice skating. Meredith hosts a pond hockey tournament and the ice fishing derby every year along with car racing on the ice. The Bowman Inn is located in the Town of Randolph, NH surrounded by the White Mountain National Forest and Randolph Community Forest with incredible views of Mt Jefferson, Mt Adams and Mt. Madison only about 4 - 5 miles to the summits. Everyone that has stayed at the Inn says that the pictures don't do the views and Inn justice.The Main House is 5,800 sf +/- and has 8 Bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom ensuite, 5 King and 3 Queen rooms with minisplit AC and heat controls in each room, 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor and 5 on the 2nd floor. There is also a 2nd building on the property called the Carriage House, that is 2,300 sf +/-, which has 3 additional ground floor accessible bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen) each with its own bathroom and 1 bedroom studio apartment on the second floor with a King Bed. The Carriage House combined with the 8 bedrooms in the Main House for a total of 12 bedrooms/13.5 Bathrooms and up to 30 total GuestsThe common rooms are great for big groups to get together in the large living room with wet bar, player piano, stereo, and big TV, or sun room with stunning views and the formal dining room that seats 20+. The spacious kitchen has been recently updated and has 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 Refrigerators, double wall ovens, convection/microwave oven and a large 5 burner stove. There is a table that seats 8 in the kitchen and it is a great place to gather and make meals for everyone. The pricing on this listing is for the 12 Bedrooms/13.5 Bathrooms. This option is only available during off peak times and close to arrival time.The large garage can be used to store your gear and toys, if needed. There is lots of room to store your winter/summer gear in a huge closet right by the rear entry to the house, great for ski and hiking boots.Outside, there is a heated inground pool from mid May thru September and a hot tub, and in the pool area there is a wet bar in the pool house and a separate full bathroom for the pool area, a large outside dining area with grill, firepit, and outdoor play area with corn hole, swings for little ones and a fun 6 person hammock. You can hike the white mountains and bike the presidential rail trail, a 20+ mile long bike trail directly from the property without getting in a car! The property has been updated and is the perfect place for a family reunion, small wedding, yoga retreat, corporate function, or gathering of friends for hiking, biking, skiing, snow mobiles and much more. The Main House has lots of books, toys and games to play while you are there for the big and little kids. If you are interested in having the Inn be your small wedding/event location, a one week rental of the entire place is required and there will be additional fees for cleaning, We are not wedding/event planners, you will have to contract with caterers, etc...
