Good hotel for people who have early flights like we did, and easy uber ride from the center.
One thing though: EVERYTHING is automated. Check in, snack counter, parking, check out, …
Fine if you are young and know your way around technology, but not so sure my grandparents or older aunts/uncles could have managed without help.
There also wasn’t anyone around that could help out.
The major positive aspect is the walking-distance proximity with the airport terminal. The rooms are also fairly spacious. The service is not exceptional, but it’s not inadequate either, rather middle of the road.
However, the rooms are in need of some attention, especially for a Sheraton:
- the TV set was defective (it would spontaneously turn off after a few minutes of use),
- the shower gel and soap bottles were practically empty,
- there was only 1 not-that-large towel per person which is inadequate to take more than 1 shower, (e.g. if one wants to take a shower both in the evening and first thing in the morning), and
- the amenities were all upon request with practically nothing included in the room upon arrival (and, even when reception was asked for items that were listed as included upon request, they didn’t necessarily provide, e.g. bath robes), which makes asking rather uncomfortable.
If the price is reasonable, the convenience of the location is probably the saving element of this hotel.
Hotel well located, with bathroom, well soundproofed, free parking, close to public transport, allowing in 15 minutes to reach the centre of Brussels. Very spacious room with chassis. nice staff. Clean room. Price quality is considered excellent.
I recommend.
The reviews of hotels in Europe are similar. The overall feeling is OK. It is also very convenient to travel. The meeting address is close to the hotel, which saves a lot of time on the way back and forth. I had breakfast at the hotel.
Hotel has very central location on the nice street eith a lot of cafe and restaurants. Ladies on reception are absolutely friendly and professional and ready to help. Their hospitality is fully consistent this hotel motto ”Come as a stranger leave as a friend”. Hotel is eco-friendly - no excessive cleaning, plastics etc. But if you need you will receive. Breakfast was good.
Among the hotels I visited during my trip, the service and facilities were very good. It was great for families to stay, and it had a kitchen so it was convenient to cook food. Parking was safe, and the free washing machine and dryer in the basement were useful. clean
Sitting near the river Dyle, Martin's Klooster is a charming hotel that prides itself on offering exceptional service and elegant rooms. Located in an over 500-year old building near the historic city center of Leuven, the hotel is a real pleasure to stay with nice rooms and good amenities.
The hotel is located in the Machelen district, only a 15-minute drive from Brussels Airport. It has extremely convenient transportation and is particularly suitable for business travelers or transit passengers. The room is equipped with a sofa bed and a smart toilet. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and tidy, and the free toiletries and high-speed Wi-Fi fully meet your needs. The most surprising thing is that the hotel provides free parking and 24-hour front desk service, so you can feel the meticulous care even when you arrive late at night. Breakfast includes freshly baked bread and fruit, which is simple but heart-warming. The price per person is very competitive among similar airport hotels. I would recommend this efficient and comfortable option to friends who travel frequently!
The hotel is in a good location near the airport. It is clean and has a beautiful and shady garden. I like that there is a room with 2 double beds that can accommodate the whole family. The bed is soft and comfortable. There are complete bathroom amenities such as soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner so you don't have to bring your own. It smells good and is of good quality. However, the water in the shower drains a bit slowly.
Good airport hotel to stay but surprised to find that airport hotel doesn’t have shuttle to the airport. One has to take the public bus to the airport.

GGuest UserFriendly & helpful reception . Good & cause room . Free soft drinks ( water & cola) , coffee & tea. The room has to be cleaned better. The train station is close the hotel. 15 minutes by train to downtown of Brussels
GGuest UserThis newer hotel is staffed by friendly, professional people. Their top floor restaurant is excellent and offers wonderful views. The free airport shuttle is a bonus. The price is very reasonable for the quality.
