We love this place as it is convenient locate right beside the town. Good for walking around and shopping.  The food in the hotel is good.   Not to flexible  for frens birthday for cakes during dinner.  But the food is good. Excellent selections and types Oh the Onsen is very good

The hotel is very old, mainly for the hot springs and ski resorts, so the old hotel facilities can be tolerated. If you imagine a luxurious trip with comfortable facilities and beautiful hot springs, then don't choose this hotel. The ski resort can be skied in and out from the hotel, which is absolutely great for skiers. The restaurant is good. There are buffets and à la carte kaiseki cuisine. This hotel has many ********* friends, and there is also a ski training team on the first floor of the hotel. Speak Chinese, only cash is accepted. I didn't see the stars at night. The hotel is almost full, so the service staff are very busy. The phone in the room is basically unreachable. The hotel is high in the mountains, there is no pharmacy nearby, and it is not convenient to travel. So families with children need to carry daily backup medicines. Skiing is good, hot springs are good!

Location is good, easier accessible from the bus station and within 3 minutes walk from the Yubatake. But it is surrounded by construction and therefore the view is not attractive. Service quality is good, staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. Food quality overall is fine. Yet tradition Japanese cuisine would make the experience of an onsen vacation whole more than fusion cuisine. Choice of onsen is limited versus the price level. Only 1 public bath is available. The 4 rental baths add more to the range of choice but they are quite quickly occupied.

Had great stay. 👍 Do note that the building has no lift and be cautious to lower your voice due to thin walls. Some room has no shower facilities. Overall good stay.

Newly renovated hotel, have sister building for dinner Have there own onsen and small place to have breakfast. Dinner is good but breakfast is not

It was a lovely hotel with a Japanese feel, close to the center of the area, including the Yubatake! You can take photos at the Yubatake in the yukata provided in your room. The open-air bath attached to the room was the best! I'd definitely like to go again.

The location is very good, the stay is a bit tight, the room has a slight taste, and the hotel air conditioner has a very loud water sound, others are good.

This is a hotel with a long history since the Edo period. It is 2 minutes away from the bus station and Yuten. The hotel's meticulous service is meticulous and thoughtful, with a smile on your face, and the special apple juice is very delicious. The dinner is Kaiseki cuisine, and you can experience it one dish at a time. The food is quite rich. Special praise for Liu San who can speak Chinese. The service is very good, which makes us communicate barrier-free and feel at ease. The hot spring is also very comfortable. I have never experienced such a service-oriented hotel. This time I went to Gunma Furuya Hot Spring Hotel and experienced real Japanese service. The room at Gujiu's house is very clean and tidy. The tatami room has a faint scent of grass. The room is very big and you can see the snow-capped mountains. The view is very good. After dinner, the waiter had already made the bed for us. I was really touched! There are outdoor and indoor hot springs. When you soak in the hot springs, you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance. Breakfast and dinner were great too! The Japanese food is served one after another, the Japanese food is very exquisite, and the service attitude of the lady is also very good! Give her a like 👍!
