The room abit same. Look like emergency add the room out. And feel unsafety because inside the room got alnother door that connecting with meeting with lock the secure lock.

I had an amazing experience staying at this beachside resort during my vacation — definitely one of the best I’ve ever been to! The location is stunning, right by the beach and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The accommodation was super comfortable and all the facilities were top-notch. The staff were really friendly and always ready to help with a smile. What I loved the most was how kid-friendly the place was. The hotel organized several fun activities just for children and my kids had a blast participating in them — they were entertained and happy throughout the stay! The buffet breakfast was another highlight — so many tasty options and everything was fresh and delicious. It was a great way to start each day. A special mention to Mrs. Mary, the tour manager who was incredibly supportive. She helped coordinate all our activities in Langkawi smoothly and made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort to anyone planning a trip to Langkawi — it’s perfect for families, couples or even solo travelers looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

The ambience, location, services and facilities all good ill say almost 5⭐️. However the room cleanliness is not meet the expectations. The room have visible dusty lamp, broken bulb. And the water bottle is mouldy (they use refillable bottle). The kettle also rusty inside and im not dare to use it.

My hotel summary: 1. Nice room but a bit outdated and need refurbishment 2. Not so strong water pressure.. sonetimes hot water not function 3. Room clean with basic amenities provided 4. Comfy bed and pillow 4. tv channel quite limited 5. Breakfast spread just ok with fair taste 6. Deposit of rm100 required during check in 7. Just weird hotel policy: NO OUTSODE FOOD/DRINK ALLOWED & NO GRABFOOD/PANDA ALLOOWED

Breakfast is good, have many choices. love the coffee crema, kuih-kuih n ayam merah. Room condition is ok. Higly suggest the shower room should put curtain or install the door to prevent the water split on floor and make the floor very slippery. is really danger if the floor is wet, easy to fall down. overall still recommend to stay here.

Such a nice view and room . But my room doesnt have view. Only chill at around resort . But i get bad service from reception regarding asking about activites . Hope can improve that. Hope can upgrade more about cleanliness.

The stay was okay but has deteriorated over a year as compared to my last trip in Dec2023.  The room is dark (prefer more white light). This time I realized that there was no fridge in my room. The curtain rail is falling, the toilet shower glass door cannot close properly, and lastly water drainage system is flowing very slow.  Breakfast was not good.  Pros: the room is big and bed is big. Aircond is cold enough.

Staff is really helpful and friendly. Maybe need to upgrade on certain facilities as i do understand that it’s old buildings. Overall i had a pleasant stay

Had an anniversary staycation with my husband here and they provided this cute decor for us. The room has a classic-looking vibe with the old furnitures yet clean, spotless and comfy. Just my opinion here but I think there are too many mirrors in the room and it is a bit off-putting. The breakfast spread is satisfactory as I find that most of the food I had was nice.

We had a pleasant 3-night stay at Aloft Langkawi. The staff were welcoming and had great personalities, making the overall experience warm and enjoyable. We appreciated the thoughtful gesture of arranging our boys’ room on the same floor as ours — a convenience that meant alot to us
