My wife and I recently stayed here and overall, we had an enjoyable experience. The room was reasonably priced and offered good value for money. We especially liked the cozy atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking right in front of the room made our stay even more comfortable. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The air conditioning was directed straight towards the bed, which made it quite cold during the night. Basic amenities like a toothbrush were not provided, so it’s better to bring your own. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was a bit slow. Despite these minor issues, we still had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back again.

There was a slight issue during check-in regarding my booking. I had booked a room with breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child, but the front counter mentioned that their system only showed breakfast for 2 adults. After I showed them the details from my Trip.com booking, they still needed some time to recheck before finally confirming it. It was a bit troublesome, but thankfully the matter was resolved. On the positive side, the room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. TV channel options were rather limited, though. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hotel’s flexibility in allowing us a late check-out after afternoon prayer without any hassle or unnecessary questions, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly come again in the future.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly by the staff, whose friendly and professional attitude made me feel relaxed and valued. The check-in process was smooth, and I was quickly escorted to my room, which had a stunning view of the sea. Waking up each morning to the sight of calm blue waters and lush green surroundings was incredibly peaceful and helped me disconnect from the stress of daily life. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was the infinity pool, which overlooked the ocean and created a breathtaking atmosphere, especially during sunset. I spent hours there just relaxing and enjoying the scenic beauty. The resort also had a variety of dining options, and the food was delicious, offering both local Malaysian flavors and international cuisine. Every meal felt special, with fresh ingredients and great presentation. Another thing I appreciated was the peaceful environment of the resort. It was not overly crowded, which allowed me to enjoy quiet moments and truly unwind. The location was also convenient for visiting nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the island while still having a calm place to return to. I recently stayed at Aloft Langkawi Pantai Tengah and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is located about 20 minutes from Langkawi International Airport and only around 5 minutes away from the popular Pantai Cenang area, making it convenient while still being away from the busy crowds. Check-in was smooth and fast, and there is plenty of parking available for guests. I would highly recommend renting a car when staying here as it makes exploring the island much easier. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. One thing that stood out was the bathroom, which was surprisingly large compared to most hotels. The hotel facilities are excellent too. There is a nice swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, and a kids' playroom on the third floor, making it suitable for both couples and families. Breakfast was one of the highlights of the stay. There was a good variety of food, including both local Malaysian dishes and Western options, so there was something for everyone. On the ground floor, there is a Starbucks for coffee lovers, as well as the hotel's bar and lounge where guests can relax in the evening. A pool table is also available for those looking for some entertainment. Although the hotel is not directly on the beach, Pantai Tengah is only about a 5-minute walk away. The hotel even provides a complimentary buggy service to take guests there. Personally, I preferred Pantai Tengah over Pantai Cenang because it is much less crowded, quieter, and more relaxing. It is a great place to enjoy the beach, especially if you want to avoid the busy tourist crowds. Overall, Aloft Langkawi offers a great combination of comfort, modern facilities, good food, and a convenient location. It is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Langkawi, whether for a family holiday, a couple's getaway, or a relaxing staycation.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful view, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Parking was very convenient and easily accessible for customers, which is a big plus. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and professional, always ready to assist with any questions. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Pros: 1. **Location:** Conveniently situated between Langkawi Airport and Cenang Beach, just over a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. 2. **View:** Offers sea views (though not directly beachfront). 3. **Architecture:** The hotel's exterior resembles a cruise ship, and the lobby has an Islamic-inspired design. 4. **Staff:** The front desk staff are friendly and enthusiastic. 5. **Elevators:** Four elevators make getting around very convenient. 6. **Corridors:** The hallways feature a traditional Southeast Asian architectural style. 7. **Rooms:** Spacious rooms with partial sea views. 8. **Breakfast:** Wide variety of choices including Western, Chinese, and Malay options. 9. **Pools:** Located on the second floor, there's an outdoor swimming pool, an infant pool, a regular pool, and a dedicated pool for Muslim women. You can also order food to be delivered poolside. The changing rooms are very large. 10. **Shuttle Service:** Free scheduled shuttle bus service to the night market and Eagle Square. 11. **Luggage Storage:** Luggage storage is available. 12. **Nearby Dining:** There's a restaurant with a pool next door, which has a nice ambiance. Across the road, there's a Thai restaurant run by Chinese owners, offering good value for money. Areas for Improvement: 1. **Condition:** The corridors and rooms are a bit dated. 2. **Air Conditioning:** Some rooms have central AC, others have wall-mounted units. In some cases, the wall-mounted units didn't blow air, and we had to clean the filters ourselves, which were very dirty. 3. **Bathroom:** The bathroom lacks a modern feel. 4. **Breakfast Quality:** The breakfast quality isn't very high and also feels dated.

This is a new hotel, and they are not fully open yet. During my stay there is only one floor that is ready and open for staying (level 2). However, the overall hotel is still under construction, renovation and installation. We booked two rooms; but one of them room is not having a good function of aircond. The shower do have hot/cold option, but the hot water is not functioning yet. The overall rooms and conditions are still dusty, as the hotel just opened for a few days - which is only opened for only one floor. If you're staying during the daytime, you will hear people drilling as early as at 8am. The good thing, they have laundry room with washer and dryer, - and full equipped one ironboard and one steam iron. As there is no iron amenities in the room. There is a lot of things need to be improved, to be cleaned - before they can open it to public. Perhaps, it will be better once everything is completed and cleaned (if any).

Really great stay at Holiday Villas, has more than everything you need for a great holiday. The rooms are dated but they are clean and have all the facilities you need. The balconies feel a bit risky for young children so maybe requesting a ground floor room is better. The setting is perfect. The beach is so nice and there are more than enough sun loungers, toilets nearer the beach would be helpful as it is quite a walk for people from the beach. Overall great stay.

This hotel is located right on Central Beach in Langkawi, and our overall stay was quite good. We were so satisfied after the first night that we decided to extend our stay by an extra day. Our initial room was right by a small pool, offering direct access, and it was also close to the beach, with a very pleasant environment and view. When we extended our stay, the hotel moved us to a different room. This new room was a bit further from the beach, and we noticed more mosquitoes. We asked the front desk if they had mosquito coils, but were told we'd have to buy them ourselves, which was a minor inconvenience, though thankfully, we weren't bitten that night. We suspect the room change might be because the poolside room, with its better view, is preferred for new arrivals to enhance their initial experience. The hotel's surroundings are very convenient. Turning right out of the hotel, there's a small shop about 200 meters away where you can buy flip-flops or rent a scooter at a reasonable price, which greatly boosted our convenience and overall happiness during our stay. Just a short walk north along the beach, there's a place that's both a Western restaurant and a bar. In the evenings, they have a fireworks show right outside, creating a fantastic atmosphere. Prices are also very reasonable there; a beer costs around 12 MYR and ice cream is 8 MYR, with most guests being European and American tourists. Enjoying a drink and watching the show with the sound of the waves at night was incredibly relaxing. Finally, let's talk about breakfast. For a hotel in this price range, the breakfast quality is highly commendable. Compared to hotels of a similar price (around 500 RMB) during peak season in Qinhuangdao, China, this hotel offers significantly better value for money. Plus, during the off-season, neither the beach nor the pool gets crowded, allowing for very relaxed swimming and holiday enjoyment. The overall vacation vibe was wonderfully comfortable.

Room was ideal. Spacious. Good quality amenities. View of sea is there though a little obstructed. Fridge had a few drinks and a snack that was provided free of charge. Replenishment of these is chargeable. Breakfast was great. Cuisines for all tastes. My ONLY issue if you run out of there coffee and tea and want that replenished it is chargeable to the room. Minute walk to Pentai Chenai ***** which is full of food shops laundrette ect. Concierge very helpful. Muslim/non muslim friendly. Serves alcohol for those what wish to drink. There is a excursion booking table which was great. A lady names Lisa served us and was very helpful. Rates were good but still feel free to shop around. Highly recommend 4 hour island hopping jet ski trip. Our guide was Ayman at Cabana Sports. Woul 100% stay again.
