Love the ambience, so calming, the pool is spacious too and kids really had a good time! Woild love to come again. We ordered food to dine in the room as well and its awesome!
I had quite an adventure in a spacious room that, while a bit dated in style, offered some fantastic highlights! The coziness of the space was undeniable, even though the carpet could use a little TLC. I had a bit of fun improvising a way to keep the water in the bathtub since the stopper wasn’t working, but at least the water heater was blazing hot—perfect for a relaxing soak!
The bed had its quirks; you could definitely feel the springs, which added a bit of character to the experience. But let me tell you, the view from the window was absolutely stunning, and everything worked perfectly there! They provided a great selection of tea and coffee, just enough to get my day started right.
Now, let’s talk about the pool—it was a total highlight! The children’s pool had warm water, making it a great spot to splash around, and there was even a fun kids' corner for some extra entertainment! I can definitely see myself returning the next time I'm in the Seremban area; it’s super convenient for my travels.
Breakfast? It was decent and quick, perfect for those on the go. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I can’t wait for my next visit!
The front office staff was pleasant. The concierge staff was helpful. The buggy driver staff was friendly. The room is in good condition. Could have stock up more tissue rolls. The max occupancy for this type 4 pax, but there are only 2 bath towels provided. Need to request from the housekeeping. The buffet breakfast menu is excellent, delicious, and variety.
A beautiful hotel only in the lobby. The bed and pillows were hard. Only one pillow was provided per bed. The towels were small and not clean. The pool was very dirty, with dry leaves and sand. There were rusty iron bars by the pool. Some of the playground equipment was broken. The trash bins were overflowing. The bell boy.. I mean man, was not polite, responded rudely as if we asked him to pay for our night there..
Room is tidy and clean, staffs are polite and patient, got plenty of car park (my timing could be off peak season).
If raining you can hear all the rain drops, if you are not a deep sleeper you might affected by it.
Suspect got bed bugs, I only holding the pillow for less than 5 minutes my inner arms having quite a few itching tiny red bumps.
Kettle, water heater, sink, toilet are working as expected.
The apartment was clean and smells clean and nice. Lovely view of sunset from the balcony. The Guest service was excellent. A bit crowded due to the long weekend but it was worth it and value for money.
the room is huge with 2 kings bed with direct sea view. It has own pool, however there are many insects and leaves will fall in the pool and we will need get cleaner to clean it.
Hotel have public big pool with seaview.
One thing disadvantage is the building next door have contructions ,so there are many noises during the day otherwise it will make everything perfect. Nearby there are few restaurants and convenient shops to drop by.
Overall the stay is satisfied.
The room was clean, no weird smell. It is a bit cold and the fan remote should be in room for us to control the speed if we want to switch off the aircond.
Food was good, but we needed to do something with the crow as we couldn't leave the food unattended, if not they would steal our food. 😅
To check in was a bit hassle coz the lobby is at L3 so we kinda got lost after we parked our car. The check in was smooth but the lobby was on the south side of the building while the room was on the north side. So kinda have to walk a bit to get to our room. The room was good but it was bit dirty. You see hair everywhere on the floor and on the bathroom. There’s only one pillow were provided for each guest and it was totally flat. Asking for an extra pillow but they will charge RM5. I’m like what? No thanks. We ended up bought extra pillow at the supermarket downstairs and it cost us RM10 and we get to bring back the pillow. The sheets was bit smelly. Kinda stale smell. However the view from our room was nice. The aircond was not that cool even though it was set at 16 degree celcius. The buffet was decent. The location of the hotel was strategic as its right in the PD waterfront. Overall it was an ok stay for us. Do we gonna stay again here again? Probably not.
Overall, the experience was decent, though not without a few issues.
The room I was assigned had a lovely view overlooking the pool, which made for a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel facilities were acceptable and mostly met expectations. There was a small patch of beach nearby – not expansive, but enough for a quick stroll or to sit and enjoy the sea breeze.
For the buffet meals. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all acceptable with a fair selection of dishes. While the food wasn’t particularly memorable, it was satisfying and consistent throughout my stay.
However, I did encounter a small issue with the room. Although it was generally clean, I was given a room with two single beds and unfortunately, one of them was dirty upon arrival. Additionally, I noticed a few small pebbles on the floor, which suggested housekeeping might have missed a spot.
Despite this, the stay was comfortable enough for a short visit. With some improvements to room cleanliness, this hotel could easily earn a higher rating.
