Pros
The hotel is in a great location. It is right on the beach. Restaurants, bars and stores were all right outside hotel. As you walk out of hotel, you will be bombarded with people selling you things: hair braiding, excursions, seafood, tattoos, bracelets, massages… etc but that’s everywhere on the beach. Hotel staff were great! They surprised my son with a birthday song and a treat on his birthday. We didn’t even let them know it was his birthday, so they must have noticed on his passport. They took photos and videos of this nice surprise. Upon checkout, hotel also gave us personalize bracelets as thank you gifts. Swimming pool was nice and not too busy. Breakfast was not bad. Lots of options. Great breakfast view.
Cons
Our room was really far. We booked for 4 but only had 2 towels in the room. Had to request for more towels as well as hand towels and floor towels as the room don’t have any. Water pressure was terrible. At some point, there was no water coming out of the faucet at all. We couldn’t shower or wash our hands. Staff were super accommodating and changed our room the next day. 2nd room was closer and much newer looking. Water pressure was good but now wifi was not working.

Anonymous UserReally nice place for families. They have a lot of amenities and activities plus a private access beach in the keyhole/newcoast area. We got upgraded from a Superior to Premier room for free but it’s probably because some of the areas are closed for maintenance (night safari, gastropub, kudetah district) but still with that there’s still a lot of stuff to do inside the resort. Breakfast buffet was okay, nothing notable, a little slow on the refill, and has fewer options. Shuttle is 24 hrs and normally arrives in 10-15 mins but for some reason when we’re checking out it took atleast 40 mins before we were able to get one out of the resort even when we already have a gate pass ready and almost missed our flight. With that exception, it’s still a pretty good experience.

Timmy Rose FelipeDefinitely enjoyed our wrist stay here this is not our first time in Boracay if I'm not mistaking this is our fifth time already and our second time to be staying at Newcoast area.
I love the fact that Savoy is part of the hotel chain where simplicity and affordability is maintained. Savoy Boracay surprisingly big and offers amenities tha other hotels in Boracay do not have.
The hotel has gym, spa, big pool, beach accesibility and shuttle for the D' Mall.
Appreciate the most the extra effort they prepare for our celebration, from the tv greetongs to the letters/cards,balloons and cakes they prepare for our kids birthday and our anniversary.
This is a great place to enjoy a quiet and relaxing Boracay vacation without mizssing the paradise itself.

I would like to commend and thank Belmont Boracay Hotel for being warm and accommodating with us during our stay. It was a memorable time for the family especially to our daughter who celebrated her birthday there. They made my daughter's birthday extra special with their complimentary cake and greetings set up in our room. It was a good surprise for her. The staff had been very helpful and provide an excellent service. More power to you!!

Anonymous UserI keep on coming back to this hotel whenever I am in Aklan and still gets amazed with the coordinated work of the employees and how they exceeded my expectations. Coast’s best assets are not just the location, timely airport transfer, their Filipino breakfast buffet, but most of all—-its employees.
Thank you to Zel, Mercy, the concierge, Vea, Bryan/drivers, the guys who helped take care of us while on the beach, and I forgot the other names but— to everyone who made our stay really pleasantly memorable, thank you!

mariascapesWe stayed in Boracay for 8 days, and Paradise Garden Resort was the third hotel we checked into during the trip. Surprisingly, among all the hotels we stayed at, Paradise Garden was one of the more affordable ones yet it ended up giving us one of the best overall experiences.
We’re currently staying at Azalea Hotels & Residences Boracay, which has a higher rate and supposedly more premium services, but honestly, Paradise Garden stood out so much more because of how consistent and exceptional their service was.
From the moment we arrived, the experience already felt smooth and welcoming. The lobby had plenty of seating for guests checking in and out, which was a huge relief especially after being out in the heat. Check-in was hassle-free, and we were even allowed to check in earlier than the standard 2 PM time. Someone also personally assisted us to our room which makes sense because the property itself is huge.
At first, I thought we wouldn’t even use the pools because, well, you’re already in Boracay. But surprisingly, we still enjoyed them a lot. The pools were clean, well-maintained, and not a hassle to use at all. The resort itself definitely shows its age, and you can tell it has been operating for a long time, but despite that, the service remained exceptional.
The staff were consistently courteous and accommodating. I also loved that they had a beachfront area exclusively for Paradise Garden guests. We were able to borrow beach towels for free, and the seating area in front was actually really nice. There were also thoughtful extras like live band performances, massage services by the beach, and even a pool area with a functioning open bar not just something “for display,” but something guests could genuinely enjoy.
The room itself was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I’m very particular about beds and sheets when staying at hotels, and I honestly slept so well there. Our experience was so good that I genuinely wished we had stayed there for three days instead of just one night.
Even checking out was seamless. No issues, no stress
just consistently good service from start to finish. That’s probably the best way I can describe Paradise Garden: consistent.
Out of the four hotels we stayed at during this Boracay trip, Paradise Garden is honestly the one I would choose to return to. For me, it’s such an underrated hidden gem in Boracay.

I love everything about the hotel from service, amenities, and the breakfast.
Check in and check out was smooth.
The hotel bed was so comfortable and it's worth all the money. Water pressure was good. AC was also good.
It was even hard for us to come out of the bed because it was that comfy. It really cured our stress and it really felt a vacation like we could nap multiple times a day. Lol.
Really also enjoyed the pool bar with the floating bed. The drinks were reasonable as well. Staff was very friendly and nice.
Really enjoyed our stay and we will come back. Only downside was, it wasn't beachfront. You had to walk 7mins from the hotel to the beach. Wasn't really a big teal because we enjoyed the pool and overyexperience of the hotel.
It sounds like you want to turn that into a polished hotel review. Here’s a cleaned-up version that keeps your tone but improves the flow and grammar:
Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. I loved everything about it - from the service and amenities to the breakfast. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free.
The bed was incredibly comfortable and definitely worth the money. It was honestly hard for us to get out of bed because it was that cozy! The water pressure in the shower was great, and the air conditioning worked perfectly as well.
Our stay felt like a true vacation. We were able to relax so much that we ended up taking multiple naps during the day. Lol! It really helped us unwind and forget about stress.
We also really enjoyed the pool bar, especially the floating beds. The drinks were reasonably priced, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back. The only downside was that the hotel isn’t beachfront. You need to walk about 7 minutes to reach the beach. However, it wasn’t really a big deal for us since we enjoyed the pool and the overall hotel experience.

mystery mrmkOverall, it was a great stay for the budget, especially since the hotel residence offers a kitchenette where you can cook your own meals. The staff were super friendly, esp Mhaey, accommodating, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, right in the center of everything, with easy access to the beach, D’Mall, market, shops, restaurants, and spas. The beach is also just a 2-minute walk away, which was very convenient.
The only thing that could use improvement is the TV. It would be much better if they upgraded to Smart TVs, as the current ones feel outdated and the channel reception/screen quality is not that great.

KangsillasI had a wonderful three-day stay at this hotel.
The service from the front desk, restaurant, and concierge was exceptional. The staff were all very friendly and promptly helped with any issues, making me feel very comfortable.
The room was spotless and meticulously cleaned every day.
The food was delicious with a good variety of options.
From my room, I could see the beautiful pool outside, which was a lovely view and really brightened my mood.
The hotel offers a shuttle service to D'Mall, which was incredibly convenient.
Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk to White Beach, so the location is truly excellent.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would definitely stay here again on my next visit!
