Beach Hotels in Dalian

The B&B manager was very attentive, calling me before my arrival to confirm my check-in time and whether I needed a travel photoshoot service. After checking in, they sent daily WeChat messages about breakfast times and if I needed housekeeping for an extended stay. If you're driving, there's convenient parking available, and you can pay for parking once per day. I booked the terrace sea-view loft room. The modern minimalist decor was very comfortable, and I could see Fisherman's Wharf directly from the terrace. The B&B also has a viewing platform on the third-floor terrace, offering a superb environment. If the weather is good, it's perfect for photos. The B&B offers a complimentary travel photoshoot service, including 5 free retouched photos. Both the photographer and the retoucher are highly skilled – I highly recommend it! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Dalian.

The hotel and the room are more beautiful than in the photo. Amazing interior, incredible terrace, helpful girls at the reception, cute dog. We were lucky with the weather, the view is beautiful. The only negative is that it was difficult for us to explain ourselves, Russian guests rarely visit the hotel 🙈 There is a kettle and mugs in the room, but no tea or sugar, and we were not allowed to order a kettle of tea for a fee in the room. There is no cutlery either, but you can get it at the reception/in the shared kitchen) I would like to live in this place longer!!! An incredibly colorful area and hotel. If we are in Dalian again, we will definitely stay. We recommend it!!!

I just got back from an amazing stay at Amano Hotel in Dalian, and I can’t recommend it enough! Being so close to Xinghai Beach was a game-changer—I loved starting my mornings with a stroll on the sand. The hotel itself felt really welcoming, with cozy rooms that made me feel right at home. The staff were really friendly, always ready to chat or offer tips on what to see in the area. There's usually sojourners who can speak English to help international tourists. It was the perfect way to fuel up for a day of exploring. I’m already planning my next visit!

Facilities: A bit old-fashioned. Cleanliness: Very good. Environment: Loved it, a perfect family-friendly hotel. Service: Good. The hotel's own activities are suitable for young children. It's very close to the beach, so getting to the sand is super convenient. My kids' favorite activity every day was walking to the beach. After they got tired of playing, we'd head back to rest, and from our room, we could hear the sound of the waves. It truly felt like 'facing the sea, with spring blossoms all around'.

I originally booked this hotel because it was right on the coast the views were stunning but i didn’t see till too late that I had accidentally chosen a room without windows I asked for an upgrade which wasn’t available on the first night but the room was clean and adequate for a night. The next day they very kindly upgraded me to a mountain view room for free which was much better. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside to this place is that it is quite far from downtown and most attractions but it is right next to the beach so that was nice.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations, I'm incredibly satisfied! I especially want to thank Flora Sun, who patiently helped me from before check-in. As a foreign visitor, she helped me sign for a package delivered to the hotel in advance and meticulously arranged all my requests before arrival. Her communication and service were incredibly thoughtful, making me feel completely at ease even before I got to the hotel. When I mentioned during check-in that this trip was for a birthday celebration, I was so surprised to find that she had thoughtfully decorated my room! Opening the door was a truly delightful and touching moment. This level of care made my birthday trip even more memorable. It really felt like the hotel wasn't just going through the motions, but genuinely put themselves in the guest's shoes to provide warm and considerate service. The hotel's location is also excellent, directly connected to Galleria Mall, making dining, shopping, and grocery runs incredibly convenient. You can easily get around regardless of the weather. For first-time visitors to Dalian, this location is highly recommended. The hotel itself is an apartment-style hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with full amenities. The washing machine, refrigerator, and other appliances are very practical, making it perfect for stays of several days or even longer. The overall environment is quiet, and the hygiene is excellent, ensuring a very comfortable stay. This trip was with my mother, who has some difficulty with her legs. The hotel staff provided a lot of help and care from check-in to check-out, which made our entire journey much easier. This kind of service truly feels very warm. Finally, I want to thank Flora Sun again for her consistent patience, meticulousness, and genuine help. Her professionalism and enthusiasm made this stay even more perfect. If I ever have the chance to visit Dalian again, I will definitely choose to stay here, and I will certainly recommend it to my friends and family. I believe you will also have a very pleasant and unforgettable stay here!

The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite Happy Beach Gate 4, and within walking distance of Discovery Kingdom. Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a sea-view room, which I really appreciated. However, I can't give a good rating for a few reasons: 1. As soon as we got to the room, I called the front desk for children's slippers and toothbrushes. After waiting half an hour with no delivery, I ended up getting them from a housekeeping staff member in the hallway. 2. In the afternoon, I called the front desk for disposable cups. Again, after waiting half an hour, they still hadn't arrived. I had to call again to follow up before they finally sent a robot to deliver them. We then left the room, and when we returned in the evening, we found two disposable cups sitting on the floor outside our door! Isn't putting paper cups on the floor unhygienic? 3. The hotel advertises free sand-digging tools. We stayed for two nights, and every time we went to get tools, they were either unavailable or broken! 4. Our room on the fifth floor wasn't particularly noisy, but as soon as you stepped out of the elevator, the hallway had an odd smell that I couldn't quite place. The bedding also felt damp, making for an uncomfortable stay. For a Trip.com 5-diamond hotel with such a prime location, this was truly disappointing. It seems you really do get what you pay for!

My stay at the Xulailai Qixi Seaview Resort Hotel during my trip to Dalian was an exceptionally great experience. The hotel's location is superb; I could see the vast ocean right from my window. Waking up to watch the sunrise and enjoying the sunset glow in the evening was breathtaking, offering expansive views and a wonderful ambiance. The room itself was spotless and tidy, with a fresh and elegant decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The amenities were complete, with stable hot water supply in the bathroom and all necessary toiletries provided. The staff were warm and friendly, responding to requests promptly and thoughtfully. They handled inquiries about travel and luggage storage with great care. The surrounding area offers convenient access for sightseeing; it's not far from seaside attractions, making walks and exploring very easy. Overall, the value for money is excellent. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Dalian.

Our butler added us on WeChat upon check-in, and Maggie was incredibly dedicated throughout our stay, even recommending some excellent restaurants. The executive lounge on the 38th floor boasts an amazing view and a wide variety of delicious food. Our room was spotless and elegantly decorated. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. After dinner at Xiding on our first night, we enjoyed a leisurely stroll along the coast back to the hotel. If you're up for it, you can even walk about 30 minutes to the starting point of the tram, take a scenic ride to Democracy Square, and then wander over to Zhongshan Square. All in all, this is a hotel I would definitely choose to stay at again! 💕

The room was spacious and the sea view from the convention center side was fantastic, offering panoramic views of Oriental Water City and Donggang. However, the sea view rooms on the other side faced the Old Pier, which didn't feel worth the sea view premium. Breakfast was very average, and the coffee wasn't good. Luckily, there's a Luckin Coffee on the ground floor of the office building behind the hotel, so at least I could get a decent cup there. The hotel service was excellent; any issues were promptly addressed and resolved. When checking out, the staff at the entrance were very helpful with loading our luggage and wheelchair into the car, which I really appreciated!
