Four Points Hotels in Chengdu

Choosing the Four Points by Sheraton Chunxi Road for my trip to Chengdu was an excellent decision, five stars all around! First, let's talk about the location. It's right in the heart of the Chunxi Road area. Step downstairs, and you're in a bustling commercial district. IFS and Taikoo Li are within walking distance, and the subway is practically at your doorstep, making getting around incredibly efficient. The hotel facilities are very new, with smart features in the rooms, and the bedding is comfortable. There are many lounge areas on the first floor perfect for working, making it suitable for both business and leisure. The cleanliness is impeccable; every corner is neat and tidy, which made my stay very reassuring. The environment is a true oasis of calm amidst the bustling city, with old city views from the high-floor windows complementing the simple yet cozy interior. I particularly want to praise the service – from the warm and efficient reception at the front desk, to the meticulous cleaning by the housekeeping staff, and the thoughtful greetings from the restaurant personnel. Everyone had a genuine smile, and they responded to requests incredibly quickly, making me feel truly welcome. The chicken noodle soup for breakfast was authentic and delicious, and dining in the high-altitude restaurant was also a big plus. To have such a high-value stay experience in the city center is truly rare. Whether for business travel or leisure, this is an excellent choice. Next time I'm in Chengdu, I won't hesitate – I'll be staying here again!

Our stay at the Sheraton Dongpeng Hotel was fantastic. The location is excellent, very close to Dong Station, making travel incredibly convenient. There's a great variety of dining options downstairs, so eating out is a breeze. The hotel environment is elegant, and the rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and hygienic. We could even request an extra bed when traveling with our child, which made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended for families! 👍

The room was spacious and bright, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering a fantastic view. The electric blinds and smart facilities created a comfortable and high-tech feel. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, making for a very pleasant stay. The breakfast at the restaurant was even more amazing, with substantial toppings on the beef noodles and even local Chengdu specialties like Bobo chicken, offering a rich selection of both Chinese and Western options. A special thanks to Zach at the front desk, whose service was warm and professional. From guiding me through check-in to arranging my check-out, everything was meticulous and thoughtful, which made me feel truly welcome. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the High-tech Zone!

I specifically chose to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu Tianfu New Area, and I was absolutely amazed – it's definitely a hidden gem in this area! Before check-in, the staff proactively called to confirm my preferences and even gave me a complimentary room upgrade, which was a really thoughtful touch. The hotel is located in the Tianfu New Area business district, which is still under development but has huge potential for the future. It's only a 5-minute walk to Tianfu Park Metro Station, making it super convenient for getting around. The overall design is truly unique, brimming with local Chengdu charm, and the clay doll sculptures in the hallways are particularly distinctive. The guest rooms are well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like an air purifier and a large sofa, significantly enhancing the comfort of my stay. Although the hotel doesn't have an executive lounge, they generously provided a complimentary minibar. You absolutely must try the craft beer at the lobby bar – it's incredible! The front desk staff were highly professional, knowledgeable about all Marriott Bonvoy member benefits, and provided attentive and thorough service throughout my stay. The entire experience far exceeded my expectations, and it's now on my list of go-to hotels. I wish the hotel continues to maintain its high quality!
