I arrived a week before my reservation and asked for a change in reception. But on the booking website they indicated that in the hotel they could, If HAVE WANT, make a refund to me. I commented on it with the hotel being at the same reception, I cancelled and booked a new room, but they did not make any refund or discount, the young woman who attended me lacked empathy and sympathy. I paid what it was booking directly at reception, more expensive than on the web, and I will not return to this hotel nor recommend it to my friends and colleagues. Had a great stay at this Hotel for two nights from Wednesday 21st September, This Hotel is very fresh looking, I believe opened in 2021. A couple of hundred yards from the Central Station. You can see this Hotel directly in front of the Station. Turn left out of the Hotel and a further 5 minutes walk will take you to the pedestrian shopping area. Nice bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower. Nice breakfast and staff...nothing negative to say about this property. Intercity hotels are a great brand with fair prices. Well done to all staff.

It’s really a shame… this hotel is mostly totally fine, and I love that it was so convenient to the train station. But the beds are AWFUL. I mean *bad*. It’s like sleeping on top of a table… so hard, I’d wake up with numb fingers, hands, and feet. The pillows filled with crumbly material deflate immediately as well, making it just impossible to get a good night of sleep. It’s a shame, really!

When I went there happened to be an exhibition, the location was very good, very close to the subway and the city center, the room was obviously just renovated, the smell is a bit, so the window is open during the day, I think I will stay again next time .
