When talking about experience that I had got from the ekho ella . It was excellent . Hospitality was superb . Every staff member have a lovely smile in their face 🥰 From the begining they take care us very well. I can highly recommended the ekho ella for my dudes 🫶 .On the other hand the receptionists are very kind and guide us well ( Nilakshi, Thakshila and shelani ) when concerned about resturant, the staff members treat us superb manner ( nethmi, sanjeewa) special thanks for the kitchen staff, their foods are really yammy. 🤩 Rooms are really clean and eye catching. I think this was a wonderful stay. Thankyou very much for making our stay lovely .

I have to admit, we absolutely loved our stay here. The people were so accommodating and friendly. The location is on a steep hill, most cars won't make it up but walking down and up takes about 5 minutes or a tub tuk can get you there. The view is amazing and worth the walk. It's so close to the main road and close to main attractions (about 20min walk) the room was comfortable, warm, clean. The breakfast was some fruit, with eggs made according to your choice, some toast and they even let us try the coconut pancakes which were so yummy. Everything was amazing. We were so happy there and will definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. The view from our room was just amazing. It was an unobstructed view of the valley which is vast. The rooms are beautiful with a 4 poster bed and mosquito net that was positioned to look out over the balcony. The bathroom was large with a walk in shower. The balcony was big with a couple of chairs and beanbags so you could just relax and enjoy the view. We even had monkeys on our balcony one morning which was nice. They weren't aggressive or noisy, they were just passing through. Breakfast was different everyday with a choice of western or traditional. Town was an easy couple of minutes walk into town along the railway track so the location was perfect. The staff were great and always friendly and helpful. My only negative is the mattress was too hard for me but you can't get the perfect mattress that suits everyone. This would not stop me from staying there again. We loved it and would recommend it.

A true paradise! The experience in this delightful guest house was fantastic. Arriving after a long journey on the fantastic train that crosses the Hills we were welcomed by Dhana's dad (unforgettable manager) with a magnificent tea on the terrace, with delicacies prepared with grace and care with a breathtaking view and Ella Rock.Dhana is an exceptional manager. from the moment of booking, he was very kind in handling every detail...Dhana is also an expert guide capable of organising tours of all kinds. what about the Paraiso? room with a breathtaking view, terrace to fill your eyes with greenery and be caressed by the sweet air of Ella.The breakfast was sensational, carefully prepared by Dhana's delicious wife. What an amazing hotel. From check in the staff can’t do enough to help, they’re all so friendly and seem to genuinely care if you have a nice time. The room was amazing, it was clean, well equipped with everything you might need and the views were incredible! It’s very centrally located within Ella and a short walk down to shops and restaurants, the walk back up is quite steep but you can always get a tuk tuk up if it’s too steep for you! They’re currently in the process of putting in a roof pool and I think that will make it even better! We would love to come back one day.

I recently stayed three nights at Ella Green cottages with my soon (13) and we had a lovely experience. The cozy cottages are nestled in the heart of nature, surrounded by lush greenery, which gave it a serene and peaceful jungle atmosphere with birds and small monkeys playing around. The cottages themselves were cozy and comfortable, with the necessary amenities to make the stay comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious home-cooked breakfast each morning. Pancakes, toast, fresh fruits, omelets and various traditional Sri Lankan foods. The host was very friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to make os feel comfortable and ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Ella Green cottages to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat amidst nature. What a find, such a beautiful spot high up on the mountain side, spectacular views. The room and facilities were so clean, loved the four poster bed and so comfortable too. We had a double balcony with fantastic views of the surrounding area. The dining area is spacious with all round views very clean. The meals were well cooked and delicious. Loved the breakfast. The staff were great nothing too much trouble for them. I do hope I get to go back to stay at Dream Catcher.

Our holiday in Ella has been wonderful. Excellent place for small money. The view is very chic. The room is modest but we only stayed there. There is hot water, feather, teapot. The host breakfast is cooking as for the wedding)) a lot, delicious and satisfactory.

I travel solo and I prefer quiet and peaceful places where I can't hear the noise of the city or the music from the night clubs. So Nature Nest was just perfect for me. I liked everything. The room was light and spacious, a comfortable bad, a big bathroom with hot shower and a nice balcony made my stay cozy and pleasant. And it was so nice to hear the chirping of birds outside in the morning. It took me about 10 minutes to walk down to Ella and maybe a little more to walk up. And every time the walk in the nature was nice and pleasant. Sampat and Nadeeka were really helpful, they gave me many useful tips and good advice about Ella and Sri Lanka and I just had a great time talking with them. The food they cooked was really delicious and also they were so kind to give me a cooking lesson and even a ride when I needed it. I highly recommend the Nature Nest to anyone who values comfort and calmness. And I will be glad to come back if I have such a chance.
