"The room is spacious, with beautiful city views and a prime location. There are many malls downstairs, and the property is directly connected to the MTR station, making it very convenient. However, the wardrobe and bathroom need improvement; cleanliness could be better as there was some dust, and the bathroom felt a bit dated. Only an overhead shower was available, with no handheld option, and water often leaked out onto the bathroom floor, making it slippery and inconvenient. Overall, it was a good stay, but the bathroom and cleaning could be improved."

"Hotels in Hong Kong are generally quite expensive with small rooms. I opted for this one primarily because its mid-range price point aligned well with my budget. The room itself wasn't small and felt quite spacious. The hotel boasts a good location. It's about a 15-minute walk from Sha Tin MTR station. Alternatively, if you prefer not to walk, several bus routes from Sha Tin station stop directly in front of the hotel, which is just one stop away. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, so don't set your expectations too high; it doesn't even compare to a typical 3-star hotel in mainland China. However, given Hong Kong's prices, this hotel offers pretty good value for money. My room only had a bathtub, no separate shower, which was a bit inconvenient as I usually shower. Interestingly, a smaller room I booked also had a shower. So, I'd recommend contacting the hotel directly when booking to clarify the room type and amenities. The hotel offers pleasant views from the room, overlooking both mountains and a river – truly beautiful and refreshing. Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. While the selection isn't extensive, it includes staples like bread, fried noodles, fried vermicelli, sausages, eggs, yogurt porridge, and siumai. Beverages like coffee, tea, and juice are also available. The food was prepared cleanly, and it was sufficient to fill you up. Both check-in and check-out processes were very quick, especially check-out, where you simply drop your room key card into a designated box. I had a relatively long stay in Hong Kong this time. For day trips, I found it very convenient to catch buses directly from the hotel entrance. Bus 81c takes you straight to Tsim Sha Tsui, and if you're heading to Sai Kung, the 299x route is direct. I visited Sai Kung for the first time on this trip to see the sea and islands, and the water was exceptionally clean. I highly recommend taking a bus from the hotel entrance; it's only about a 30-minute ride. New Town Plaza at Sha Tin station also offers a wide range of shops and some excellent dining options. All in all, this hotel provides good value for money."

"My stay at COZi Hotel was excellent. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a wide range of amenities and family-friendly services. The staff were exceptionally helpful, arranging taxis, upgrading my room at no cost, and ensuring every detail was taken care of. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the metro and less than a 20-minute drive from the airport, making it an ideal choice for a stopover in Hong Kong. I would gladly choose to stay here again, even if it is slightly further from where I need to be, because of the overall convenience, comfort, and ease of the experience."

"I don't usually leave reviews, but the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong truly deserves one. The hotel's convenient location is a given. We stayed here for three days, and the attentive service truly left a lasting impression. The front desk staff who handled our check-in were incredibly warm and welcoming. Upon seeing we had a child, they proactively offered a small gift and thoughtfully asked if we needed an extra bed. Every time we stepped out, the housekeeping staff greeted us with a smile, which always started our day on a positive note. The room was also impeccably tidy, with even our charging cables neatly coiled. Our child left an umbrella in the lobby, and a male staff member from lost and found patiently spent over ten minutes helping us look for it, for which I felt quite apologetic. The hotel breakfast was also excellent and plentiful, with high-quality ingredients. As we were leaving, our child said they definitely want to stay here again on our next trip to Hong Kong."

"I stayed in a Family Room for two nights that included a buffet breakfast for 3 adults. The hotel's location is very convenient from HK Airport if you are traveling by airport bus. We took the A31 airport bus and while the journey was around 35 minutes, the bus stop is right next to the hotel that is great as we had several pieces of luggage. The same can be said for our return trip to the airport. The closest MTR station is a brisk 10 minutes walk. The hotel itself is good without being outstanding. The hotel's facilities are good and as it's located within a shopping mall, there are plenty of dining and shopping options. The room that we were in is a bit dated, had a musky smell and in general in need of a bit of TLC, but otherwise it was fine. The gym is good, as is the outdoor swimming pool. As the hotel's name suggests, the hotel is panda themed and in the there are a lot of panda decorations and cuddly pandas throughout the common areas. Breakfast was buffet style with a mix of Asian and.Western fare and was pretty good on both mornings. Hot drinks options were extremely limited- if you don't like coffee then it's hot water for you."

"The hotel is strategically located, making it very convenient for attending concerst at the Hong Kong Coliseum. Additionally, the Hung Hom bus station provides access to the A21 bus, which goes to Hong Kong Airport for a fare of 34.60HKD when using Octopus card. If you purchase an on-loan Octopus Card, you can process refund of the balance in your card at the airport departure hall, although a processing fee will be applied. Next door to the hotel is a shopping mall. The hotel also offers shuttle bus service to Middle Road in Tsim Sha Tsui exclusively for hotel guests. Be sure to check the bus schedule with front desk for availability. The breakfast is not varied, simple buffet breakfast. There is no coffee machines, only boiled coffee and tea. That's all. Thank you. :) Thank you."

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious, equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary dinnerware. The views were open and expansive. While the location might be a bit challenging for first-time visitors to Hong Kong, the hotel offers several complimentary shuttle services to and from Central daily. The Pedder Street shuttle stop is conveniently located at the bus station near Central MTR Exit D1. There's also a stop at IFC, but I haven't personally used it, so it's best to inquire with the hotel for specific boarding points. If you prefer taking public transport, from Admiralty Station Exit B, turn right for about ten meters onto Tamar Street, then turn right again and walk twenty meters to the bus stop for the 12A. It's only two stops to the hotel, at the 'YWCA' stop. From there, walk back about twenty meters to reach the hotel. When heading back to the hotel from Central, the 12A bus is also the best option. It will first go to Admiralty Bus Terminus and stop for a few minutes while the driver takes a break. You can simply wait on the bus; there's no need to purchase another ticket. I figured this out after staying for four days, as the 12A is a short circular route specifically designed for MacDonnell Road residents. Every time I queued at Admiralty, I'd see people already on board, leading me to conclude they had traveled from Central and were waiting to go up the hill back to MacDonnell Road.

GGuest UserExcellent location, right next to Yau Ma Tei MTR station, and easily accessible by airport bus A21/A22. Check-in is on the 2nd floor, and they offer luggage storage. There's also a shared kitchen on the 2nd floor, complete with a fridge and microwave. Due to Hong Kong's plastic reduction policy, you'll need to bring your own toothbrush, slippers, and towel, or you can purchase them at the front desk. The room looks exactly like the pictures. They provide a key card that doubles as an elevator and room key, so security feels quite high. In the quad room, there's an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower area. While small, it's perfectly functional. Downstairs, there are many fantastic snack shops, all serving delicious food! Transportation is very convenient, and the beds are quite comfortable and clean. There's a slight creaking sound when turning over, but it's acceptable. Roommates are a bit of a lottery; this time, I ended up with night owls who came back late, showered, and organized their belongings, which really disturbed my sleep. However, that's just the nature of shared accommodation. Despite that, I'm still quite satisfied with the room itself. Nearby, the Tin Hau Temple and Yau Ma Tei Police Station are great spots to check out, both within walking distance. And definitely try Chan Kee Roasted Goose – it's absolutely delicious!

99966xiangI pre-booked a sea-view suite and even went so far as to email the hotel with detailed explanations and specific requests. However, this hotel clearly doesn't care about its guests! I particularly felt there was a subtle discrimination against mainland Chinese guests. Firstly, they never respond to any online reviews, and secondly, all mainland guests seem to be assigned to lower floors. Despite the hotel having over 400 rooms, and my prior request via email for a high-floor room, the front desk staff completely disregarded my request. They flat-out refused, stating that only rooms on the fifth floor were available. The entire check-in experience was extremely unpleasant. The bed linens were acceptable, but the in-room amenities like shower gel, shampoo, and towels were of extremely poor quality! Even when I and other guests went to the self-service vending machine on the first floor to purchase disposable toiletries, those were also terrible, low-quality products! It's almost as if they think mainland guests have no money, but these are products we simply wouldn't use! Hong Kong hotels need to seriously reflect on their approach; mainland guests are becoming more discerning and expect higher quality standards. An honest assessment: The hotel management *must* change its mindset! They can no longer serve mainland guests with such an attitude and outdated thinking. I recall an old promotional advertisement for Hong Kong's service industry starring Andy Lau; to quote a line from it: 'In this day and age, such service simply won't do!' Note: I haven't uploaded any unflattering photos. I truly hope the hotel management undergoes a fundamental change in their attitude and philosophy.

GGuest UserA charming guesthouse with a Hong Kong flair, it offered a lovely view, and I particularly enjoyed the small balcony. However, getting to and from the room was quite inconvenient. The elevator is located on the far side of the building, and even then, it only reaches the 7th floor, requiring guests to descend 4 flights of stairs to get to the accommodation. I opted for the staircase near the entrance instead, which still meant climbing 3 flights. Fortunately, I only had a backpack; I strongly advise anyone with heavy or multiple pieces of luggage to choose carefully. The space itself was adequate for a single person, but the wash basin was truly a nightmare. Squeezed between two load-bearing pillars, it was probably only 30cm wide, forcing you to turn sideways just to wash your hands. Washing your face was a real struggle. To make matters worse, if the tap was turned on too high, the floor drain couldn't cope and would leak water onto the floor. I'm stopping my complaints here!

GGuest UserReasonably clean but could tell the building was very old with a musty smell. You could say the decorations were quite vintage/old depending on how you look at it. Room was big for hk standards and staff was friendly. One thing to note is that they are cutting down on disposable amenities according to chinese regulations but some that are not provided can be bought from a vending machine in the gym. Wanted to buy a dental kit but the touchscreen pad said it was sold out although it was stocked.
