"The front desk service of the hotel is warm and thoughtful, and the problems raised can be solved with heart. The overall environment is warm and quiet, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Will choose again next time. The environment is very good, and the surrounding air is very good"
"After two weeks in mainland China we were disappointed not only by the lack of amenities at the hotel but also the service. Unfortunately the Hong Kong government no longer permits bottles of water - however this still doesn’t mean the hotel couldn’t provide bottles of boxed water or be a little more creative with its solutions.
In the room itself we had two small towels- no additional towels for hand, and no face towels. The shower curtain is material and a little old / gross.
What was most surprising was the service. Checking in at 8pm on a Friday evening we asked for a recommendation for a spot to eat in the area. She assured us multiple times we would find absolutely nothing open except for McDonald’s. For a hotel of this quality we were surprised by the lack of any knowledge whatsoever by the staff, but also a little disgusted by the recommendation.
If you want a better impression of Hong Kong I would advise looking elsewhere."
"Considering that hotels in HK are LITERALLY SMALL, CASA Hotel's room sizes are 110 sqft which is 20 to 30% larger than common hotels which only have 68 to 86 sqft. The location is great, it's along nathan road, you'll never get lost. Also near in Yaw Ma Tei MTR station exit C. 7-11 is just at the side of hotel. The hotel maybe old and were given some negative feedbacks from other travelers, imo I still give them positive feedbacks for maintaining the cleanliness and good services of the hotel. Overall all, it was a great experience. Best value 3 star hotel."

"I had a mixed experience during my stay. On the downside, there were security issues, as anyone could access the guest room floors, which made me feel a bit uneasy. Additionally, the lighting in the room was quite dim, which detracted from the overall ambiance. However, the service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond by preparing champagne glasses and slippers for us, and they even helped deliver items to our room. Overall, while the security concern and dim lighting were significant drawbacks, the attentive service made the stay more enjoyable."
"We spent 3 nights there. Great location, only few minutes walks to Mongkok MTR station. Walking distance to many local restarants and sneker street Mongkok. Room is small but it's common for hotel in Hongkong. The staff were friendly and very helpful, our room had an issue with aircon when we cheking in and they offer us new room rightaway. Will comeback again. Overall we are happy with our stay here."

great staff Most friendly welcoming and helpful..
lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional.
I don’t know why other people leave such negative comments about this hotel..
Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Bit old but clean and spacious
I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future i definitely stay here again"
"Receptionist is friendly & nice, room size is ok, but not recommended for family & couple trip, its maybe only for solo traveller short trip, very poor environment.
My wife's shirt & my niece's cap is missing, donno whats happening?!"
"Room was very cool without any heating system. And just one extra blanket could be provided even for 2 guests at each single bed.
The hot water at morning time has been serviced. But, evening time the warm water has been supplied.
Generally could be accepted upon thinking the budget."
"I had an exceptional stay at the Conrad Hotel Hong Kong. The hotel offers luxurious, spacious rooms with stunning city views and top-notch comfort. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring a seamless experience. Dining options were excellent, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays. I look forward to returning!"

Very Good
LLaughingG26I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made a great first impression. The room was spotless and well-maintained, showing the high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. What stood out most was the staff — they were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

OOsca ChoiOur experience at the hotel was truly wonderful, thanks to its spacious rooms with modern amenities, professional yet courteous service, and prime location near key attractions. With a few adjustments to the breakfast variety, our stay would have been flawless. While the morning meal featured high-quality, flavorful dishes, the selection was somewhat restricted. Expanding the menu to include more diverse options-such as plant- based or gluten-free choices-would better accommodate different dietary needs and preferences. That said, the staff's outstanding hospitality truly stood out. They were warm, welcoming, and proactive, often anticipating our needs, whether arranging transportation or recommending local gems. Their dedication elevated our stay, making it both relaxing and memorable. We'd gladly return and look forward to seeing how the hotel continues to refine its offerings!

HHark ManOnce if you take the chance to walk around its neighborhood then you will find It has very easy access to Victoria Park , Pattersons Street, Sogo department store - all within 10 minutes walk.
Room size is acceptable for HK standard: adequate space to place/store your belongings! Higher level had much lovely views of city views ! Only complaint is the elevator is bit slow and the going down direction escalator was out of the order during our 5 days stay.

AAizhaneiroStaying at Iclub fortress hill hotel was amazing. Location is very strategic, easy to access to harbor and parks. Metro station is just 5 minutes walk from hotel, there are many restaurants and cafes nearby.
Room was 15 m which is much bigger than other options in HK. Bed was comfortable, towels were fresh. They provide all necessary amenities.
Only one downside is that the water from their water station has very strange flavor, they don’t provide bottled water:(
Overall our stay was great, thanks to this hotel

SSwelamWe really loved our stay at Grand Bay View Hotel — the views were stunning and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our trip. However, the only downside was that the staff felt mostly absent during our stay, which made it a bit hard to get support when needed. Overall, still a great spot if you're looking for a peaceful and scenic escape.

GGuest UserLocated at Wan Chai, one of the main living area at island.
Since it was operated by renovation of old house, there are no evaluator at main living building and reception is actually ground floor of building nearby, but they try the best to make them connected by rooftops as public garden and bridge.
They make very effective use for space, as there is a pillar at the middle of single room. anyway I think it is good enough for daily lives and the price.
Recommended, if you do not need too much space with luxurious.
Wish coming here again!

TTravelfreeThis hotel is old, the room didn't feel clean but that could be due to the age. However the wallpaper next to the bed was filthy, I bought wet wipes to clean it myself...
Apart from that the room is tiny. Doesn't feel value for money but then again it's Hk and prices are high. Location wise it'd great, but I can only recommend this hotel if you're really strapped for cash.

MManta1Resort is an inflated term. Pool closed, spa closed, rooms are upstairs but there is no elevator so be ready to carry your bags. Small washer and dryer in the sauna room, outdated fitness equipment. Weird 'token' system for using the 'resort' things like washer or sauna.Interesting little game area downstairs, a couple kayaks and bikes to rent. Few real amenities that would make this a ”resort”. It's a decent hotel.
The rooms are clean but the windows don't open so it gets very stuffy, the fridge froze everything and the bathroom is tiny and dated. My view was gross, so I kept the shade down.
When the tide is out there is a beach, it is close to the ferry pier and a very pretty view when the construction is not going. The sun rises right in front of the hotel!
Restaurant has a large menu for dinner, but only one choice for breakfast (set meal or nothing).
What saves this place is the staff! They are wonderful, lovely people!
GGuest UserDespite its distance from the center, this hotel makes a really good impression to its guests. Very good service especially the housekeeping department. Very hospitable and serves with a smile unlike the ones in the front desk. Nothing to worry about the transportation cos there's bus to everywhere. You just have to bring extra strengths for walking which makes it a good exercise. You won't starve in the hotel aswell cos they have shops nearby which makes it very convenient. Good stay I must say. Would recco 100%.
