"My stay at Suzhou Marriott this time truly deserves a perfect score! 💯 The first room we were assigned felt a bit damp. After mentioning it to the front desk, the staff's attitude was exceptionally good. Not only did they proactively offer to change our room, but they also went to the new room beforehand to inspect it for us, ensuring everything was okay before we moved. That was incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast selection was very rich, with a variety of Suzhou-style dim sum, noodles, and both Chinese and Western hot dishes. We were very satisfied with the meal. The hotel's location is very convenient. We also unexpectedly received two complimentary tickets to Hanshan Temple, which was perfect for a visit. The lobby staff also gave us some trendy Chinese-style cultural and creative fridge magnets. The design has unique Suzhou characteristics, and the craftsmanship is exquisite. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Suzhou!"

"Attended Li Jian's concert in Suzhou. The Hilton Hotel is in a great location, right next to the subway, making it super convenient for getting to and from the concert. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the facilities were excellent. Many international guests were staying there, and the service was top-notch. It truly lives up to its star rating; the quality is assured."

"I chose the Hyatt Suzhou for its room facilities and architectural style, originally booking two nights. However, a slight hiccup right after check-in left me a bit disappointed. For instance, there were only two bathrobes, both one-size-fits-all and not very clean. My package wasn't received, and there was an inexplicable issue with not being able to charge food to the room. I contacted staff, but only the bathrobe issue was resolved. All other problems weren't addressed promptly or properly due to what seemed like a lack of communication. At that point, I felt this wasn't what a Hyatt should be like and was considering an early check-out with a very negative attitude. Thankfully, Manager Peter Sun came to my rescue. He resolved all these issues very appropriately and even managed to get me some unexpected surprises. For example, when I checked out, I mentioned I wanted to store my luggage and check in again the day after. He said it was no problem, and when I returned the next day, I found my luggage already in the room, and it was even the same room I had before! This is something I haven't experienced at other 5-star hotels, so it was a particularly delightful surprise. Keeping the original room and having my luggage already placed made me feel genuinely valued, so much so that I extended my stay. It was excellent. Peter Sun is a very clear-headed manager with strong professional capabilities and excellent customer service skills. Even from the perspective of a demanding guest like me, he was truly outstanding and deserves high praise. Having a manager like him ensures that even the most discerning guests receive top-notch service. There was also a delightful staff member at the bar, Liu Tao (he didn't tell me his English name). My boyfriend and I ordered takeout at the bar, and he immediately brought over cutlery. I told him I wanted to write a good review for him, and he just said he wasn't really concerned about that, only about doing his job well. Very interesting! Ah, after my first visit to Suzhou and staying at the Hyatt for a few days, I've discovered that Hyatt truly is my comfort zone. I'm very grateful to all the staff who served me during my stay; they were all exceptionally excellent. A special shout-out to them, because I feel like every time they heard my room number during my stay, they probably got PTSD. Their internal monologue was probably: 'OMG, that demanding and difficult guest is causing trouble again.' Anyway, they always provided me with excellent service in my presence, making me feel comfortable, which is very rare and appreciated. Thank you, Hyatt. Thank you, Peter Sun, and thank you to all the staff who served me during my stay. If I ever come back to Suzhou, I will definitely choose Hyatt again."
