"I absolutely loved my stay, it is in a very prime location next to Schonbrunn Palace and metro station. All staff were extremely helpful especially Chris at the reception is very professional. 100% recommended if you are visiting Vienna."

"This is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed in in Europe. The room was very large, spacious, bright, and well-soundproofed, quiet and clean. Although it was a smart check-in system, communicating with them by phone was very convenient, and they were very helpful. I initially stayed in a room close to the entrance, so the sound of the door closing was a bit disturbing my sleep. Therefore, I called them to ask them to change my room, and they helped me find a very quiet one, which I was very happy with!"

"The hotel apartment just celebrated.1 year anniversary. APT was great and clean. Good for families up to 4 to 5 pax. Yanna at the reception was friendly and helpful. Garage parking cost âŹ39 and we parked at the street. Lucky no ticket issue. The photoes attched is when we r chcking out. (Sorry kinda messy) fully recommended for those looking for apt hotel stay."

"The building where the hotel is located has a history of more than 100 years and there are about 30 rooms. The room was clean and the facilities were good, but the bathroom was small. The room has a small balcony and you can see the scenery outside. Breakfast seems to be 15 euros, very simple, it is better to eat outside. The hotel is very close to the Schönbrunn Palace and there is no problem walking. The front desk is a white-haired grandmother, there are other staff, and the attitude is very good. It took 64 euros to take a taxi from Vienna Airport, but when I checked out, the front desk helped to call the car to the airport. The cost was only 36 euros đđ."

GGuest UserThe hotel is easy to get to from the airport and city centre via public transport. Nothing too fancy in this neighbourhood but it felt safe. There's a supermarket next door for your daily supply. The breakfast buffet was good. The room was clean and spacious with all necessary amenities. Overall good value for a few days city break.

There was double booking of my room but the reception online was prompt in providing a 5 bedder studio as urgent replacement. Need to take stairs up, building is run down but nice inside room. I did not have hot water for shower but not sure if it is due to timing (after midnight), better to check. 2 beds were soft and 1 hard
