Room was a 💯, very clean aesthetically pleasing, amenities was comprehensive from within the room to facilities like gyms and laundry room. Hotel's location was 💯💯💯 super convenient, be it Didi's pick up or metro station. The bedding is soft and comfortable, with a mattress of moderate hardness, ensuring a good night's sleep until dawn. "I stayed in a double bed room without a window and was genuinely impressed. Despite the lack of natural light, the room was clean, well-equipped, and surprisingly quiet—great for a restful sleep after a day exploring Shanghai. The bed was firm and comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and amenities like the shower and toiletries were high-quality for this price range. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—just a few minutes’ walk to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, People’s Square, and several metro lines. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions are right around the corner. Staff were helpful and check-in was smooth even for a non-Chinese speaker. For the price, convenience, and comfort, I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a practical base in central Shangh"

"Our stay in the hotel was a really good experience. Room was spacious and clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Room was cleaned every day and water restocked. Staff at the front desk didn’t really speak English but, nevertheless, were friendly and eager to help. At first I was worried about location, but it turned out really convenient, we walked to the Bund in 15 minutes. The only downside I can think of is lack of cafes and restaurants nearby, there were just a few of them. Overall, 9/10 experience, definitely would stay there again."

"The hotel’s location is very convenient, with The Bund directly opposite. Turning left from the hotel leads to Nanjing Road, while heading right will take you to Yuyuan. The only slight inconvenience is the need to change elevators on another floor when going from the lobby to the rooms. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the room’s cleanliness, and the front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering many choices—including local specialties that I was able to try. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip."
