While the lobby is quite luxurious, the hallways are in a state of disrepair, looking quite dilapidated. However, the in-room facilities are surprisingly complete and the room itself is very comfortable. It's clear that this is an old hotel; the carpets are worn and the air conditioning is noisy. But on the plus side, it's cheap, the room is spacious, and the window view is nice. It's also close to the city center, and there's a convenience store in the lobby downstairs. Overall, it's not bad. Toothbrushes are an extra charge, and you need to get a hairdryer from the front desk. I recommend bringing your own slippers.

The only surprise was the condition of the towels: they were clean but quite worn, and once we were even given a torn one. The view was beautiful — overlooking the Saloma Link, with the Petronas Towers. The cemetery view did not bother us at all. Housekeeping is done on request: every morning the administrator messages to ask whether cleaning is needed. Unfortunately, the cleaning quality was rather basic — dust was not removed, and we even left a small piece of paper on the floor as a test, which stayed there until the end of our stay. Trash was taken out regularly, and water, tea, and coffee were replenished. On the positive side, the staff were very responsive and reacted to any request quickly. There were no insects and no unpleasant smells in the room. The swimming pool on the 51st floor has stunning city views and is perfect for photos. However, the pool itself is not very large, there are very few loungers, and the relaxation area is small, not very cozy, and almost always occupied. A special mention goes to the elevators: during peak hours it is very difficult to get one, crowds form, and waiting times can reach 15 minutes or more. Overall, I can recommend this hotel. We spent an unforgettable 10 days there.

Overall my stay at MyCiti Hotel was perfect. The unrivaled location, convenient dining choices combine to create a truly wonderful living experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, and I will definitely choose to stay here again. Room is perfect clean, with water dispenser at lift lobby, good security. When i got to the room it looked very nice but upon further inspection i saw some not so pleasing things like ripped blanket, stained pillow, stained chair (did not use it but still)(check photos). The next day i brought it up to housekeeping and they resolved it, so thats good. Breakfast was also good, wish there was more western choices, but you will be fine, wish there was also more amenities like shaving or sewing kit. Also the bottled water doesnt taste good in my opinion. A very nice hotel actually, i would stay there again. My overall rating is 4/5.

Booked this hotel with a friend and we had a really comfortable stay. The washing machine in the room was especially convenient, as it not only washed but also dried our clothes. The host thoughtfully provided a lovely-smelling laundry detergent, which was perfect for washing and drying some of our clothes after returning to the city from the island. Plus, the infinity pool on the hotel's rooftop is incredibly photogenic! Next time I come with my family, I'll definitely choose a suite here!

Very nice and clean studio room. It’s has everything a solo traveller could ever need including a washer/dryer combo ( there was even detergent available.) the apartment is conveniently located behind a shopping mall; plenty of restaurants inside and nearby. Also the apartment isn’t too far fro KLJ metro line and from the 2nd floor of the mall you can access the Monorail line. The hosts were readily available and easy to communicate with.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the pool being free with no extra charges made it excellent value for money. I was pleasantly surprised to find such an affordable stay near the Petronas Towers, complete with an infinity pool – a truly enjoyable trip. This place is a two-story loft with bathrooms on both levels, and a large fridge. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is super convenient for grabbing anything you need. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Petronas Towers, and around 30 minutes to Pavilion and Suria KLCC, making it very accessible.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area near shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The location is one of the best features, as many attractions and shopping areas are within walking distance. Muaz is only 2 mins away on foot and LRT Masjid Jamek is like 5 mins away on foot. The room was clean and comfortable, suitable for a budget stay. However, there were a few disadvantages. The area can be noisy with heavy traffic jam and parking is limited.
