Prime Location: The location is unbeatable. Just a short walk to Bugis, Kampong Glam, and Haji Lane, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. "Good location. 3-5min walk from the metro station. Room was pretty small but super clean. James at the front desk was friendly and helped us out with an early check-in and also gave us a late check out. We were able to store our bags after checking out since we didn’t fly out until later. The pool area is very spacious! I found it a bit strange there was so much space and not very many pool-lounge-chairs out. Over all good hotel and fair price. I would stay here again."

"Well serviced oasis in the heart of Singapore. Had a room overlooking the Fountain of Wealth with a balcony. Room was large with great bathroom and full amenities. LOVED the pool and bar service, the views are so good. We ate at Ruth Chris Steak House and can’t recommend enough. Special shout out to Yazir, who took my bags very quickly when I was struggling and organised storage from the elevators rather than lugging them to reception. So kind!"

"Staycation with family, very convenient location, right above City Hall MRT, directly connect to Raffles City Shopping Mall and Fairmont Hotel... quiet, clean and spacious, 2 double bed good for family with 2 kids, stunning balcony view... however, toilet without bidet, and have to go over the bath tub ledge for shower is quite painful for elderly even though sufficient wall handle bars given. Beware of slippery floor because water flows out while showering."

"Pleasant 3D2N staycation experience. Room was clean. Sufficient hooks and holding bar to hang towels and clothes in bathroom. Housekeeping returned another round to clean room when only managed to partially clean up the room during day time as guests were still occupying the room till late afternoon. Good variety/ spread of international breakfast buffet. Food quality was good. Service staff were quite prompt to clear unwanted utensils from tables. Thank you."

"Loved our stay at The Clan Hotel! It’s conveniently located right next to Telok Ayer train station with lots of cafes and food options in the area. The room was spacious and beautifully designed in a modern heritage style. We were welcomed with a complimentary tea ceremony and lots of in-room refreshments as well. The only underwhelming part of the experience was the hotel breakfast - the spread was rather small and food tasted mediocre. The pool and gym also have limited capacity but the pool is open till 12 midnight and the gym is 24/7 so that makes up for it!"
