AAnonymous UserThe staff were friendly and helpful. They provided transportation services to and from Jiuzhaigou and other locations (within a 5 km radius), and even assisted with carrying our luggage upon arrival and departure.
The room was impressively equipped with smart AI features, including the toilet, curtains, humidifier, TV and a water dispenser. The water dispenser which offers hot water at different temperatures, this was especially hygienic — it’s my first time seeing this in a hotel.
They also shared useful tips on how to explore Jiuzhaigou efficiently which made our trip even smoother.
One area for improvement would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast options.
Overall, I would recommend to stay here again and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Jiuzhaigou.

WWei Lun TeohWe had a really memorable stay at this hotel. Although it is about 20 minutes away from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, the experience here more than makes up for the distance.
The view from the room was absolutely amazing. It was snowing during our stay, and we could see the snow covered mountains right from our room, which made the whole experience feel very special. The ******* style room added to the charm, and everything was very clean and well maintained. We also loved the sound of the bells ringing gently as the wind blew, which created a very peaceful and unique atmosphere.
The service was excellent. The staff were attentive and responsive throughout our stay, always ready to help with anything we needed.
One of the highlights was the horse riding experience. It was a lot of fun riding up the hill, and we even got to see a hairy cow, a wild rabbit, and even a wild boar along the way. The view from the top was spectacular and definitely something we will remember.
Breakfast was also very enjoyable, especially the noodle soup which was delicious and comforting in the cold weather.
One thing to note is that there are no shops or restaurants nearby, so it is best to buy your snacks and essentials before arriving. We also hope that a TV could be added to the room in the future for an even more comfortable stay.
Overall, the beautiful views, unique experience, and amazing service made it well worth it.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with the room. There were no issues with unstable hot water, which I had been concerned about. The lady at the front desk was lovely and proactively helped me get an extra breakfast for my family of three. We had a twin room, which could be combined, and we asked for extra pillows and blankets. We also had dinner at the hotel, the Chinese food was good and the price was fine. They even gave us a free photo session and a Starbucks buy-one-get-one-free voucher, though we didn't use either.
In the room, the welcome fruit was very generous: dragon fruit, oranges, pepino melons, apples, and pears. The mini-bar had Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, and a box of welcome candies. There were also 6 bottles of Nongfu Spring water. I was very pleased. I had originally been a bit worried that the conditions in the valley might not be great.
For those who prefer quiet, I highly recommend staying here rather than at the valley entrance. It's much noisier there. If I come again, I will definitely stay here. Hilton is probably the best value-for-money hotel in Jiuzhaigou.

GGuest UserI forgot to take pictures of the hotel, but it really exceeded my expectations. First off, the location is great. It's easy to find, yet not directly on the main street so it's very quiet. Outside the hotel, you'll find supermarkets, bubble tea shops, and restaurants – everything you could need, right in Zangwang Plaza. If you're coming by high-speed rail, you can take a bus and get off at Zangwang Plaza; the hotel is less than a 4-minute walk from there. The hotel is also likely a 10-15 minute walk from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance (though the hotel actually offers a free shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou during the day). Secondly, the service is superb. The front desk staff are all incredibly friendly. Since I was traveling with family, on our third day we were heading to a new attraction by bus from the local bus station. I asked the front desk, and the staff even drove us to the bus station. Lastly, the cleanliness – the hotel's hygiene and amenities were all very clean.

Upon arrival, the front desk surprised us with a complimentary suite upgrade. The suite was very spacious, with a well-designed separation between the living room and bedroom, and a balcony offering distant mountain views – it was a very comfortable stay.
The hotel features a unique layout of independent villa-style buildings, providing great privacy. Guests are conveniently transported between the lobby and their rooms by shuttle. The architecture beautifully incorporates Amdo ******* cultural design elements, giving it an ancient yet elegant feel that harmonizes perfectly with the surrounding natural environment.

GGuest UserThe Vienna International Hotel is very close to the scenic spots, only 4 kilometers away. The breakfast selection was rich, and we even got a free room upgrade. The front desk staff were excellent, and overall, our check-in experience was very satisfying! 👍 There's an elevator and a smart room system. During the May Day holiday, they even provided free cokes in the room, which was a lovely touch – these little details really impressed us.

GGuest UserA very peaceful stay with a beautiful view. Breakfast is included, which is a nice bonus. After check-in, the staff will drive you to your room by car since it’s a bit far from the main reception. If you need transport or a personal driver to travel around, you can also request it from the hotel before heading to Jiuzhaigou — they will provide a trusted contact so you’ll feel more secure. Overall, everything was good and perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

GGuest UserThe highlight of our stay was definitely the comfortable bed—the linen was incredibly soft.
However, we did experience a few issues. The biggest concern was the heater/air-conditioner in the room, which didn’t seem to work properly. The room felt very boiling, and even after setting it to “cool,” it didn’t get any better and made weird noises, which made it uncomfortable through the night.
We were also given a twin bed setup, considering we are couple purposes in our booking. It would have been nice if this had been confirmed with us in advance through the app.
Additionally, the listing on Trip.com advertised hot spring amenities available all year round. However, upon arrival, we were informed that access depends on specific room types or that the public area was closed due to the cold season. This felt a bit misleading.
On a positive note, breakfast and tea/coffee were provided in the lobby, which we appreciated.

GGuest UserWhat a pleasant surprise this trip was! The room was very clean and airy, and the bathroom and toilet were separate. The slippers were spotless—a big plus! The scenery outside was absolutely beautiful, and there's a lovely little terrace on the third floor with a swing. The owner was very kind and chatty. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, just follow the small river. If I hadn't been in a hurry, I would have loved to stay longer; it felt so comfortable and relaxing.
