Hangting Hotel Hotels in Shanghai

Initially, I mistakenly went to the Hanting on Nanjing East Road. Everyone, please be careful not to make the same mistake – one is in the east, the other in the west. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the middle of the pedestrian street, and you can walk to People's Square. The TV in the room requires VIP access to watch programs, but thankfully, you can cast to it; otherwise, the TV would be pretty useless for tourists like us. The room design is exactly like the photos, very comfortable. Especially the bathroom, I'm very satisfied with it! Highly recommend!

The front desk service was superb, absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was delicious, especially the Shanghainese butterfly pastries and scallion oil noodles. The room assigned was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were all very polite and greeted us warmly.

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Being close to the Bund, it was super convenient for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, Paradox Museum, and the dancing Fosun Art Center were all nearby – awesome!

After visiting Disneyland, we headed back to downtown Shanghai and chose Hanting. We arrived quite late, so we ordered a lot of takeout, and the robot delivery was super convenient. They also have a laundry room and dryer, which was a nice bonus.

As a running enthusiast from Chongqing, I specifically came to Shanghai's Century Park, a renowned running spot, to experience its outer loop track. The track at Century Park is indeed perfect and comfortable, offering an excellent running experience. The hotel's location is superb, very close to Century Park and also conveniently near the Maglev station. The hotel room was clean and tidy with complete facilities. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was plentiful, especially the dry-tossed noodles which were delicious. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this stay.

The room isn't huge, but for Shanghai, the price is pretty reasonable. It's just one stop from Shanghai Railway Station, so transportation is quite convenient. The breakfast selection is also plentiful, and the taste is decent.

Very convenient location - stone throw away from Nanjing Road East station. May be a little tricky to locate for first timer - but it’s located on the 7th floor of a mall full of anime merchandise on Nanjing Road. Rooms were a little small but it’s okay (there’s still some circulation space even with our x2 medium size luggage), although the room is a little dated, it was still very clean and comfortable. Booked a room with window but was given a room with a window facing the inner corridor, which in the end work out ok for me as I had a better quality sleep with the darkness. Stayed in a few hotels during my trip and I have to see this hotel has the most comfortable pillow & beddings amongst all the hotel I’ve stayed in. Staff were helpful - we tried to do laundry one of the night and realised there’s a backlog of laundry by other guest. The hotel staff helped everyone load and unload their laundry into the washer and dryer which . Only suggestion would be the hair dryer in the room - wished if a more powerful hair dryer could be provided.

This hotel just opened in September, and it's fantastic! There's no unpleasant smell, the room is clean and tidy, and the service is warm and attentive. The breakfast spread is very rich, the location is convenient, and the bedding is super comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay and excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. 👍

I've stayed at Hanting Hotel many times and I feel it's highly standardized with consistent quality. While the space and style may vary across different locations nationwide, the experience is always good. I'd describe it as 'just right'. They don't overdo it with the decor; they don't spend money on a lavish lobby, but instead create a sufficiently warm space that makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. The two core functions – a good night's sleep and a comfortable shower – are perfectly delivered in the rooms. Plus, the design with a sofa with a backrest and a movable desk, and the separate washbasin… it's just right, not too much, not too little. The laundry and drying facilities are very powerful, and there's even remote time/available machine notifications. Breakfast is only 25 yuan if purchased separately. Enough said, it's the best value-for-money chain hotel in the country.

The location is great, making it super convenient to get around. Jing'an Temple and Jiuguang Department Store are just a few hundred meters away. The family room was cozy and tidy, and a robot even delivered our takeout to the room. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were very helpful! The small wonton soup for breakfast is a specialty! Excellent value for money!
