Convenient parking, a clean and well-maintained hotel environment, and spotless, fresh rooms. The service was polite and attentive. It's an excellent choice for a stay, especially with the subway station being so close, making it very easy to get to the Bund. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai.

This hotel has everything you need, I recommend to book this hotel if you are going to the Hongqiao airport or train station early tomorrow because it is very convenient, very clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Will definitely come again in future.

The lady at the front desk was really nice and upgraded our room for free. The room had an excellent location, close to the scenic area, and we could see characteristic buildings right from the window. The room facilities were very complete and smart. The hairdryer wasn't one of those cheap, ineffective ones, and the smart toilet goes without saying. If I get the chance to visit Suzhou again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

The airport transfer service was excellent! 👍 My stay was perfect. The lobby decor is simple yet elegant, and check-in was very quick. The room had great natural light and an expansive view, and the bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation. The staff were always available and promptly resolved any requests. Amazing value for money!

The hotel environment is elegant and clean, with a spotless lobby and hallways. The room is spacious, bright, and well-lit. Facilities are complete and well-maintained, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area with plenty of hot water, and the air conditioning and Wi-Fi work perfectly. It's super convenient to do laundry with the one-touch dryer. The stay was fantastic, highly recommended!

My overall experience at Hanting Hotel (Shanghai Bund Jiangxi Middle Road) was very satisfying. The front desk staff were excellent; check-in and check-out were efficient, and their communication was patient and thorough, which made me feel very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, and the cleaning staff were very diligent, cleaning it promptly every day and replacing amenities. The attention to detail was impressive. The hotel environment was quiet, and the public areas were neat and orderly, making for a very relaxing stay. The location is definitely a plus—you can walk to the Bund and Nanjing Road, and there are plenty of dining and transportation options nearby. You can even enjoy the night views on your way back. This hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Shanghai. Highly recommended.

I booked this hotel last minute, and it exceeded all my expectations! The self-service laundry room with a dryer was a lifesaver for washing clothes on my trip. The breakfast spread was quite varied, and the freshly made noodles and steamed buns were absolutely delicious – perfect for starting the day feeling energized. The service was the real highlight; the front desk staff was so friendly and even offered free luggage storage. When I casually mentioned needing a charger, they quickly found one for me. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making for a peaceful and comfortable stay. It's perfect for both leisure and business travelers, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Clean, big & comfortable bed and affordable. Many western and local restaurants/bars nearby. I was surprised at the size of the room and it's price. Definitely recommended.

Right out of the train station, I could see the huge Ji Hotel sign in the distance. But even after navigating to the building, I couldn't find any Hanting signs, which made me a bit anxious. A sign in the lobby directed me to the third floor for check-in. Once upstairs, the first thing I saw was also Ji Hotel. To be honest, I've stayed at Ji Hotel a lot over the years, so I completely didn't recognize the Hanting logo. I ventured to the right, and the most prominent sign on the wall behind the front desk was COSTA Coffee. I timidly asked to confirm that this was indeed the Hanting front desk. Now, about the hotel itself: it's definitely very close to the train station (picture 2 was taken from downstairs). There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, which is really convenient. Odd-numbered rooms face the street, and the traffic noise is quite loud (the video was taken close to midnight; good thing I had my own earplugs). The shower water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold. At 11:30 PM, a robot delivered someone else's meal to my room (this was probably the delivery driver's mistake). The room came with four bottles of water, which was way more than I could drink, haha. The hotel overall is very new and doesn't have any strange odors. If you're looking to sleep well, I'd recommend choosing an even-numbered room that doesn't face the street.

My friends and me (3 people in total) stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotels location is very convenient for travellers, who plan to take the train from the Shanghai Railway station. We walked to the Railway station, which took us approx. 10 min. Opposite the hotel is a small mall, which offers KTV and other activities such as tea ceremonies etc.. The bund or Lujiazui are only a short didi ride away.  A nice and comfortable stay
