Hotels in Pudong Waigaoqiao District, Shanghai

The location is decent, right by Dongjing Road Metro Station. However, I have two main issues: 1. The soundproofing in the room is terrible. I could hear loud noises from the next room late into the night. 2. The duvet was too thick for summer (this seems to be a common problem in hotels). If I turned the AC down low, I felt uncomfortable and kept coughing. If I didn't, it was too hot to sleep. I barely got any sleep the first night because of this, and I had to rush for a business trip the next day, which was incredibly frustrating. On the second night, I ended up sleeping with just the bedspread after taking the duvet insert out.

The hotel facilities are excellent, and every stay is a great experience. I was given a room on a high floor, which was very quiet. The lovely manager at the front desk was so thoughtful and wonderful during check-in, even gifting me a box of delicious fresh-meat mooncakes. The floor attendants were also very welcoming.

I had a very pleasant stay and am happy to leave a positive review. The location was easy to find, and getting a taxi was super convenient. Both the lobby and the rooms were very clean and tidy, which was really nice to see. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with the check-in process, clearly very skilled. The air conditioning in the room was comfortable, and the hot water was great, making for a really good shower. There was also a large full-length mirror, which was incredibly helpful for getting ready before heading out – a small detail that really made a difference. The price was reasonable, parking was free, and the breakfast was plentiful. Overall, I felt both safe and comfortable. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

I chose the hotel for a few days and was not disappointed. The facilities and equipment are complete and the hygiene is excellent. There is a faint fragrance in the lobby. The front desk Xiao Chen and Xiao Shun are very enthusiastic. I sincerely comment on it.

It’s a fairly new hotel -just next to Sam’s Club (members only huge supermarket). Also there are a number of nice restaurants and food stores in walking distance. Another big shopping mall 7-8 minutes away by walking. Staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful when you have any questions. The rooms were clean and have everything you will need -even a washing machine ;) basic kitchen utensils and and crockery were provided. The gym and roof terrace were better than we expected. Very comfortable stay. Recommended.

The room was fantastic! Super clean and quiet! As someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I was really impressed by how spotless the room, lobby, restaurant, and laundry room were. The breakfast spread was amazing too, with so many delicious options! It felt much cleaner and tastier than ordering takeout. The front desk staff were incredibly nice, and the cleaning ladies were very polite. Even when I left valuables lying around, they never touched or moved them. Both the front desk and cleaning staff, as well as all the other employees, were very meticulous. The robot delivery for anything I needed was super fast too! All the hotel staff were extremely polite, always greeting me and asking if I needed any help. They were all so courteous and respectful, truly a friendly and high-quality team! Everyone at this hotel was just wonderful! I really have to give a huge shout-out to the cleaning ladies and the front desk staff!

I have to commend the hardware facilities at Shanghai Senlan Huajianfu Lvyi. The amenities are top-notch, definitely among the best in its price range. The guest rooms are fully smart-enabled, with electric curtains, lighting, and bathroom fixtures all controlled with a single touch, making them incredibly convenient to use. The bedding is just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the mattress and pillows are of high quality, providing a truly relaxing experience. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, the toiletries are thoughtfully selected, the water pressure is stable, and hot water comes out instantly. The public facilities are also excellent. There's a 24-hour self-service laundry room with both washers and dryers, so business travelers or those staying for multiple nights don't have to worry about laundry. The gym is well-equipped for a quick workout during downtime. The soundproofing throughout the building is fantastic; the doors and windows are tightly sealed, ensuring a quiet room where you can't hear any outside noise. In the common areas, the elevators run smoothly, and the courtyard and lounge areas are well-maintained. The facilities are spotless, with no signs of age or wear. Overall, the hardware configuration is both thoughtful and practical, making for an extremely comfortable stay. For anyone prioritizing amenities, this hotel is a no-brainer. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Honestly, this was the worst Ji Hotel I've ever stayed at. When I opened the tea canister to get some tea, I found leftover candy wrappers from a previous guest. After I mentioned this, the hotel staff were quite helpful; they replaced the canister and brought a plate of fruit. However, the next morning I woke up to find cockroaches, which I absolutely dread. Sometimes the shower water would suddenly turn cold, and I had to turn it off and on again to get hot water. It was truly inconvenient.

The hotel is very close to the subway station and there's a shopping mall nearby, which is super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with amenities like a washing machine and an induction cooker. It's a great choice for business travelers.
