The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway station. The rooms are spacious and quiet, and the staff are very professional. The breakfast spread is fantastic, offering a good selection of Shanghai specialties. There's a great shopping district just one stop away, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's truly easy to get anywhere from here. The environment is clean and tidy, and communication is smooth. Their service philosophy is top-notch.

The hotel facilities are luxurious, the surrounding environment is tranquil, and the rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, and comfortable. Room service was prompt. During check-in, Manager Gu at the front desk was very warm and attentive, and highly efficient. She even proactively upgraded us to an executive room, which was on a higher floor with an expansive view. This stay at the hotel left a wonderful impression on me.

Overall, my stay was completely seamless. The hotel is impeccable, from service to amenities, and I particularly want to highlight the air conditioning. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet with a constant supply of hot water. The soundproofing was also excellent. Even with the scorching heat outside, the AC cooled down the room in minutes, demonstrating its powerful cooling performance. What's more, the unit ran incredibly quietly; I couldn't hear any noise at all while sleeping. It offered multiple fan speeds that could be adjusted as needed, and the airflow was directional, preventing it from blowing directly on you and causing headaches. There was no musty smell or dust coming from the vents, which shows the hotel regularly cleans and maintains them. The temperature control was stable, keeping the room at a consistent temperature all night without fluctuations. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, the facilities were comprehensive, WiFi was fast, and parking was convenient. In every aspect, this hotel surpasses others in its class. The comfortable air conditioning alone significantly enhanced my stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for future travels.

It’s a fairly new hotel -just next to Sam’s Club (members only huge supermarket). Also there are a number of nice restaurants and food stores in walking distance. Another big shopping mall 7-8 minutes away by walking. Staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful when you have any questions. The rooms were clean and have everything you will need -even a washing machine ;) basic kitchen utensils and and crockery were provided. The gym and roof terrace were better than we expected. Very comfortable stay. Recommended.

The room was fantastic! Super clean and quiet! As someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I was really impressed by how spotless the room, lobby, restaurant, and laundry room were. The breakfast spread was amazing too, with so many delicious options! It felt much cleaner and tastier than ordering takeout. The front desk staff were incredibly nice, and the cleaning ladies were very polite. Even when I left valuables lying around, they never touched or moved them. Both the front desk and cleaning staff, as well as all the other employees, were very meticulous. The robot delivery for anything I needed was super fast too! All the hotel staff were extremely polite, always greeting me and asking if I needed any help. They were all so courteous and respectful, truly a friendly and high-quality team! Everyone at this hotel was just wonderful! I really have to give a huge shout-out to the cleaning ladies and the front desk staff!

This designer hotel, a real hidden gem I discovered during my trip to Senlan Bay, deserves all the praise for its in-room facilities! The room is spacious and airy, not at all cramped. The light luxury wooden design feels high-quality, and all the appliances and soft furnishings are brand new, with no signs of age or wear. The bedside control panel, high-definition large-screen TV, and silent mini-fridge are all in place, and there's ample storage space in the cabinets for luggage and personal belongings. The bathroom experience is excellent; the mirror's vanity light provides soft illumination, the towels are thick and soft, and the disposable toiletries are comprehensive and high-quality. The air conditioning has precise temperature control, ensuring a comfortable stay no matter the season. The common areas are elegantly designed, with well-maintained tables, chairs, and soft furnishings in the leisure tea area. The public restrooms and corridor facilities are clean and in good condition, and even the public appliances are well-maintained. This hotel truly pays attention to every facility detail, and the living comfort far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Honestly, this was the worst Ji Hotel I've ever stayed at. When I opened the tea canister to get some tea, I found leftover candy wrappers from a previous guest. After I mentioned this, the hotel staff were quite helpful; they replaced the canister and brought a plate of fruit. However, the next morning I woke up to find cockroaches, which I absolutely dread. Sometimes the shower water would suddenly turn cold, and I had to turn it off and on again to get hot water. It was truly inconvenient.

The hotel is very close to the subway station and there's a shopping mall nearby, which is super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with amenities like a washing machine and an induction cooker. It's a great choice for business travelers.
