I stayed for six nights and seven days in Shanghai, and I spent all of them at this hotel. The experience was great; the cleanliness, transportation, and overall service were all good. A small tip: if you need room cleaning, you should notify the front desk early and specify the time the room can be entered for cleaning, which will be convenient for the staff 🌷🌷
I originally booked a hotel of a similar standard nearby, but then I changed my mind and switched to this one. And honestly, it was a great decision! From the room upgrade to the complimentary breakfast, and the warm, attentive, and detailed service from the front desk staff, everything felt incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast was also very clean and plentiful. Although the restaurant isn't large, the variety of breakfast options was excellent, and the staff were very prompt with their service. Room service was quick to respond, and I even received a small gift at checkout. This stay really changed my perception, and I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Shanghai.
My three days at the Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai Daning were the most memorable part of my trip. The room was clean and well-equipped, and you could see the hotel's care and taste in every corner. What impressed me most was the hotel's rich breakfast; enjoying a coffee and a beautiful cake there in the morning was pure bliss. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and comfort.
Upon arriving, I was immediately drawn to the unique lobby style. The front desk staff and concierge were incredibly warm and welcoming, offering numerous local travel and dining recommendations, along with a room upgrade. I've always believed that the meaning of travel isn't just about seeing sights, but more importantly, experiencing life. And at this hotel, I found exactly that experience. From the room's decor to the hand-drip coffee on the first floor, every detail made me feel warm and comfortable. If you're looking for a place where your soul can rest, this is definitely the top choice. It left a deep impression on me; not only is the environment beautiful, but it also feels like home. During the day, you can explore and enjoy food at nearby Jiuguang, and in the evening, returning to the hotel feels like coming home to warmth. It's especially worth mentioning that the mattress and pillows here are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring I had a great night's sleep. If you're looking for a place that feels as warm, comfortable, and wonderful as home during your travels, I strongly recommend this hotel.
The smart home features were great, and the price was reasonable too. It's also quite close to the subway station. I stayed on the '3 and a half' floor, which was interesting and surprisingly quiet at night, perfect for light sleepers.
Facilities: The hotel is very spacious and even has a kitchen. There are plenty of windows, making it very airy. The pillows are incredibly comfortable, and everything is very clean. The wardrobe is huge, and the room is neat and cozy.
Hygiene: The bathroom has excellent water pressure, which is very pleasant.
Environment: It's very quiet and comfortable.
There were large bottles of mineral water in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room had an open-plan layout, a bit different from other hotels. When I checked in, the front desk staff, Julie, saw I was sweating a lot and proactively offered me tissues, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the noodles – they were delicious and came with a great variety of toppings. Seriously good!
The hotel's location is great – not far from the metro station, and there's a bus stop right outside, making it super convenient for getting around. I ordered breakfast via delivery in the morning, and the robot delivery was spot on. I was visiting a friend who lives nearby this time, and the hotel was also very close to their place, and the price was just right. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!
The service was excellent, hygiene was up to standard, and there was a wide variety of room types. It's less than a kilometer from the subway, making it very convenient and quick to get around. Great value for money, highly recommended, highly recommended, highly recommended! 🍀🍀🍀
I was in Shanghai for a business trip and stumbled upon this hotel. The reviews and photos looked great, so I decided to give it a try, and I wasn't disappointed! It's really excellent, very clean, and all the facilities are top-notch. The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. The air conditioning worked perfectly too. Overall, I highly recommend it. It's rare to find such good value for this price in Shanghai, and the location is fantastic. This isn't a fake review, I genuinely think it's great! Highly recommend!
Hotel itself was nice and clean. The laundry service was free with detergent already provided and there was a small gym beside the laundry room. Be prepared to have DiDi from main attractions in the city centre back to the hotel on most days though. Didn’t have any issues with noise and we slept very very well. There is a nice big Xiaomi wall mounted TV from which you can airplay stuff too!

AAmorndaetCleanliness always perfect, 3 nights with no worry even my room at the end of 6th floor.
Location is good if you travel by bus because it require to take a bus to reach metro but nearby had many local restaurants with 1 local groceries shop and 1 family mart.
4 washing machine and 4 dryer that enough to clean your cloths and it free with detergent included.
The room details and designs is very nice I love it, I remembered their logo and make me in brand loyalty already.
I feel no worry when staying at hanting hotel.
Some room at the end of hallway will have small stair step that weired for me.
I did not try breakfast but I look into it, it seem ok.
__Star277145****The location is great and very convenient. It's about a ten-minute walk from the subway station, or you can ride an Ofo bike to get there. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, provided excellent service. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Shanghai. It's a really good option!
GGuest UserPerfect for business trips! The location is excellent, really close to my company. The desk and outlets in the room were ample, and the internet was fast, making it easy to get work done. The bed was super comfortable, great for unwinding after a long day.
Facilities: Good
Cleanliness: Clean
Environment: Quiet
Service: Very good
SSteveRacecarVery helpful and accommodating staff who were quick to help non-Chinese speaking guest in the best way possible. A little off-the-beaten-path location-wise, but more than made up for it with spacious, light and comfortable room. Everything is smart! The lights, the curtains, the toilet… Quickly and efficiently cleaned the room everyday and restocked water, tea, complementary toiletries. The bed was very comfortable, wi-fi worked great, all up to and above expectations. I am a bit mobility-challenged at times, and noting this, they were quick to offer a switch to a 2nd floor room after the first night, though I politely declined because I was happy where I was.
All in all, a thoughtful and helpful staff, and a very clean, elegant room.
GGuest UserThe bed in the room is very comfortable, the mattress is moderately soft and the pillows are also very soft, which made me feel relaxed as soon as I lay down. The quilts and sheets on the bed are of high quality and soft to the touch. They are warm and comfortable when I sleep at night, allowing me to sleep very sweetly. The room was very clean, the floor was spotless and there was no dust on the furniture. Bedside tables, desks and other furniture are neatly arranged without unnecessary clutter, giving people a neat and orderly feeling. The room is equipped with various facilities, such as air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, safe, etc., with complete functions. The air conditioner has a very good cooling effect and can quickly adjust the indoor temperature; the TV has clear pictures and rich channels, so you can watch some entertainment programs to relax at night; there are also some drinks and snacks in the refrigerator for easy access at any time.
GGuest UserThe surrounding is very quiet, although on the side of the road, but the surrounding is not a business district, and the boss gave a room that is not on the street, and the quality of sleep is very good. The company is far from home, and the health of coming to live often is not bad.
GGuest UserThe hotel room is spacious and bright. The hotel has an elevator. It is very convenient. There are many restaurants downstairs. It is very convenient to eat. It is the road. It is not in the alley. The taxi can drive directly to the door.
GGuest UserBeing single and living outside, I can make do with food and accommodation, but it is unacceptable if the basic hygiene of the accommodation cannot be guaranteed. The toilet smells musty, the slippers in the room are extremely dirty and broken, the air conditioner is extremely dirty and musty, the TV is so dusty that the remote control cannot be touched by hand. I will definitely not patronize this store again
MM519169****This stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel's location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room was beautifully decorated and cozy, with soft, skin-friendly bedding. The cleanliness was impeccable; even the corners were spotless. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming; the front desk patiently answered all our questions and even kindly recommended local restaurants. Room service was very prompt. The breakfast had a wide variety, with both Chinese and Western options that suited our tastes perfectly. Overall, it offers incredible value for money, suitable for both business trips and tourism. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!
