My overall stay here was quite good, offering excellent value for money. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were very friendly and patient in answering all my questions, never being dismissive. The room was very clean, with no noticeable stains on the floor or in the bathroom, and the bedding felt fresh and dry, making me feel very comfortable. The room was spacious enough, not cramped at all. The air conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi all worked perfectly; the hot water came on quickly, making showers very enjoyable. Soundproofing was also decent; I didn't hear any annoying noises at night, so I slept very well. The bed was just right—not too soft, not too hard—so I didn't wake up with a sore back. The hotel's location is also convenient, making it easy to find food or catch a taxi. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so you don't have to go far. The bathroom amenities were complete, with towels and toiletries provided, which was sufficient for daily use. The hygiene details were well-maintained, and there were no unpleasant odors. The only minor point is that there's a little room for improvement in some small details, but it didn't affect the overall experience. For this price, I'm very satisfied with the facilities. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area and would recommend it to friends traveling here for a reliable and worry-free stay.

It was alright, but the breakfast was just so-so (not sure if that's common in Shanghai). The cleanliness was decent. However, the key card didn't work in the elevator. It's about an 8-minute walk to the subway station, which makes getting around convenient. They even provided umbrellas on rainy days. Across the street is the Grand Gateway, and it's easy to transfer to the Bund.

If you're driving, it's super hassle-free; the parking lot is large with plenty of spaces, so you don't have to worry about parking. The front desk staff were very welcoming and efficient with check-in and check-out. They also patiently answered any questions I had. Overall, it offers good value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

This is the closest hotel to my company, and I always stay here. The environment is quite nice, and the soundproofing is excellent, so it's not noisy and I can get a good rest. The only thing is that the room I stayed in this time was a bit smaller than before, but otherwise, everything else was quite satisfactory.

I stayed here with my child. The layout of our room was decent, though a bit small. I liked that the entrance was secured with a passcode, and you needed to use your room card to access your floor in the elevator, which made me feel safe. The hotel itself is located right by the main road with a prominent sign. The room felt a bit stuffy, so I had to open the window for ventilation. The window screen was quite dirty, but everything else seemed clean. You'll need to find your own tissues. The front desk provides two bottles of water daily and also replenishes disposable slippers. Overall, I found it to be very good value for money. For the price, it's about a 6-7 minute bike ride to Metro Line 1. Taxis in Shanghai are a bit pricey, but a ride to the station would probably be around 15-16 RMB. In my hometown, a similar distance would only cost about 7-8 RMB by taxi. The only real downsides were the small room size and the dirty window screen; otherwise, there were no complaints. Even the air conditioning vents looked clean.

On the day, we arrived earlier than scheduled, but Olivia at the front desk had already prepared the room, giving me plenty of time to set things up. During the process, I encountered several unexpected issues, but thanks to Olivia's calm and resourceful help, everything was resolved smoothly. The surprise was a huge success, and my girlfriend absolutely loved it! My heartfelt thanks to the hotel, and a special shout-out to Olivia for her professional and attentive service. Highly recommended!

The stay was very comfortable, and it was just right for one person! The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful!! It's also not far from the high-speed rail station! A very satisfying trip! It's exactly the same as the picture, but unfortunately I forgot to take a picture.

Our family chose the Mehao Lizhi Hotel suite for our trip, and we were extremely satisfied with our stay, definitely a five-star recommendation. The suite layout was well-designed, with the living room and bedroom separate, clearly divided, offering great privacy and spacious, comfortable living areas. The room had a full-length mirror, which was very convenient for changing clothes and taking photos – a big plus for travel photography enthusiasts. The windows were clear, providing excellent ventilation, so it never felt stuffy. Opening the window allowed us to enjoy a nice view outside, maximizing the relaxation factor. Since we drove, parking was a top priority, and the hotel had plenty of parking spaces, making it easy to get in and out without having to search for a spot. The room was clean and tidy, and overall comfort was excellent. There's a gym and laundry room, which is convenient for exercising and washing clothes. It's suitable for both family trips and group travel, highly recommended!

The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around. There's a supermarket and a bus stop less than 50 meters away, plus a Luckin Coffee and a McDonald's nearby. The front desk staff are really friendly and helpful; they tried their best to resolve any issues I had. Parking is also very easy. Definitely great value for money, highly recommend!

My child had an exam nearby, so I wanted to find a close place to rest. I'd seen this hotel being renovated and thought I'd give it a try. I arrived earlier than my check-in time and asked if there was an available room I could get into sooner. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes until a room was ready, and then they gave me the key card. Upon entering, it was clear the room had just been cleaned – the floor was still wet, a sign it had just been mopped. It had a smart toilet, and I didn't use the shower. The hand soap was verbena-scented, and there were two bottles of Nongfu Spring bottled water. Being on the side facing the residential area, it was relatively quiet. The air conditioning was powerful. The TV was a Skyworth smart TV, which allowed for on-demand content and screen mirroring. There's a small booth seating area with cushions and a small coffee table in the room, which is great for eating and means you're not just confined to the bed. Everything I've mentioned so far was satisfactory, but now for a pretty critical issue. As shown in image three, this huge bag of trash was left outside my door from 10 AM until 2:30 PM. It was ridiculous. Every time I went in or out, I could smell the garbage. There's actually a partition between rooms a bit further down; if it had been placed even 5 or 10 meters further away, I wouldn't have had to complain. This was particularly disappointing. The trash caused significant air pollution and was a very unpleasant experience. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and properly trains and assesses its service staff.
