I had to book this hotel as an emergency. Even though we had some communication difficulties, the staff were so so tiene and kind. The lady at the front desk desk, help em order food and brought it to my room. I had also made a mistake in my booking and they fixed it, no hassle no extra money. Very attentive staff! Sometimes when traveling alone you feel sad and lonely and I’m thankful, I came to them.

Overall, my stay was excellent, and Sheraton's quality control is consistently good. The location is convenient for getting around, and the lobby is grand and spotless. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and the front desk staff were polite, professional, and quick to respond to requests. The guest room was spacious and very clean, with extremely comfortable bedding and mattress, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had stable water pressure and a full set of amenities. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The gym and pool facilities were complete and fully operational. This hotel offers great value for money and is perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

This is the closest hotel to my company, and I always stay here. The environment is quite nice, and the soundproofing is excellent, so it's not noisy and I can get a good rest. The only thing is that the room I stayed in this time was a bit smaller than before, but otherwise, everything else was quite satisfactory.

The room was very clean, with a simple yet comfortable layout. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a high quality of sleep at night. The soft lighting for the desk made working in the room very convenient. The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were efficient. They were also very responsive to requests. The hotel amenities are very thoughtful, including a 24-hour self-service laundry room with a dryer, and a gym, which is very friendly for business travelers. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with both Chinese and Western options. The hotel environment is quiet, and the overall impression is clean and elegant.

I had a decent stay at Magic House Smart Hotel. The hotel is nice and clean, and while it looks like it might have been renovated recently, the quality is solid and decent for the price. The room was comfortable and served its purpose well. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely the location regarding public transport. It is only about 900 meters from the Line 7 Metro station, which made getting around the city very easy. The only downside is the food situation. The hotel is a little far from nearby places to eat. Specifically, it was difficult to find Halal friendly restaurants in the immediate area, so I had to travel a bit for meals. If you don't mind the walk or a short metro ride for dinner, this is a great place to stay.
