My overall stay here was quite good, offering excellent value for money. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were very friendly and patient in answering all my questions, never being dismissive. The room was very clean, with no noticeable stains on the floor or in the bathroom, and the bedding felt fresh and dry, making me feel very comfortable. The room was spacious enough, not cramped at all. The air conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi all worked perfectly; the hot water came on quickly, making showers very enjoyable. Soundproofing was also decent; I didn't hear any annoying noises at night, so I slept very well. The bed was just right—not too soft, not too hard—so I didn't wake up with a sore back. The hotel's location is also convenient, making it easy to find food or catch a taxi. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so you don't have to go far. The bathroom amenities were complete, with towels and toiletries provided, which was sufficient for daily use. The hygiene details were well-maintained, and there were no unpleasant odors. The only minor point is that there's a little room for improvement in some small details, but it didn't affect the overall experience. For this price, I'm very satisfied with the facilities. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area and would recommend it to friends traveling here for a reliable and worry-free stay.

The room was quite spacious, and I was able to check in early. The service was professional. The congee served at night was surprisingly good and left a lasting impression. While Trip.com stated the location was in the Jing'an Temple area, it's actually quite a distance from the city center and Jing'an Temple itself, which was a bit unexpected.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the room was spotlessly clean, which made for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. This is the closest hotel to my company, and I always stay here. The environment is quite nice, and the soundproofing is excellent, so it's not noisy and I can get a good rest. The only thing is that the room I stayed in this time was a bit smaller than before, but otherwise, everything else was quite satisfactory.

I stayed for six nights and seven days in Shanghai, and I spent all of them at this hotel. The experience was great; the cleanliness, transportation, and overall service were all good. A small tip: if you need room cleaning, you should notify the front desk early and specify the time the room can be entered for cleaning, which will be convenient for the staff 🌷🌷

Came back to these hotels 2nd time. It’s affordable and very value for money. Amenities are great and have everything I want as a family in each traveller. Does that stand of this hotel is very great that i makes me happy for most details but not spending extras for unnecessary stuffs. Hotel also have self service laundry and dryer. Truly 4-star standard but with 3-star cost only. I will choose here again if I come back. Room photos are same as advertised and not overly beautified. The change/improvement I see compared to 2 years ago are: new robot for delivering food delivery to your room, and modified the shower screen with non-transparent material.

The stay was very comfortable, and it was just right for one person! The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful!! It's also not far from the high-speed rail station! A very satisfying trip! It's exactly the same as the picture, but unfortunately I forgot to take a picture.

It also features a sofa lounge area, and the lighting is well-layered, making it suitable for both work and relaxation. Overall, the facilities are new and the environment is quiet. The comfortable air conditioning is a definite bonus. It's a highly recommended stay for business trips and short getaways, providing an excellent experience.

The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around. There's a supermarket and a bus stop less than 50 meters away, plus a Luckin Coffee and a McDonald's nearby. The front desk staff are really friendly and helpful; they tried their best to resolve any issues I had. Parking is also very easy. Definitely great value for money, highly recommend!

My child had an exam nearby, so I wanted to find a close place to rest. I'd seen this hotel being renovated and thought I'd give it a try. I arrived earlier than my check-in time and asked if there was an available room I could get into sooner. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes until a room was ready, and then they gave me the key card. Upon entering, it was clear the room had just been cleaned – the floor was still wet, a sign it had just been mopped. It had a smart toilet, and I didn't use the shower. The hand soap was verbena-scented, and there were two bottles of Nongfu Spring bottled water. Being on the side facing the residential area, it was relatively quiet. The air conditioning was powerful. The TV was a Skyworth smart TV, which allowed for on-demand content and screen mirroring. There's a small booth seating area with cushions and a small coffee table in the room, which is great for eating and means you're not just confined to the bed. Everything I've mentioned so far was satisfactory, but now for a pretty critical issue. As shown in image three, this huge bag of trash was left outside my door from 10 AM until 2:30 PM. It was ridiculous. Every time I went in or out, I could smell the garbage. There's actually a partition between rooms a bit further down; if it had been placed even 5 or 10 meters further away, I wouldn't have had to complain. This was particularly disappointing. The trash caused significant air pollution and was a very unpleasant experience. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and properly trains and assesses its service staff.
