JW Marriott Hotels in Shanghai

This is my first time in Shanghai and also my first time staying at a hotel under the Marriott brand. I experienced the feeling of being at home here. The room has a great view and is clean and tidy. The cleaning ladies are also very enthusiastic and quickly deliver whatever they need. What impressed me the most was the staff on the sixth floor. Everyone was very enthusiastic and led me to transfer to the elevator. When I returned to my room, they helped me press the elevator in advance, saving me waiting time. I regret not staying longer this time. If needed next time, I would still prefer hotels under the Marriott brand!

Will definitely book again, staff were professional and friendly, they all speak decent English. The rooms were spacious and has an ambient feel to it. Bathrooms also spacious. They have a lot of amenities except that instead of having cotton pads they have cotton balls. Dyson hairdryer. Mattresses were a bit soft to my liking as I like firm ones but the pillow menu makes up for that. Location was at a nice quiet area with a clear view of the river and surrounding highrises. Not much shops or restaurants around but since didi was so cheap I didn't mind the location. The breakfast buffet restaurant feels and looks like it's fine dining with great view of the river.

This time, the experience at Shanghai Marriott Hotel Fengxian Oriental Beauty Valley was simply amazing! I must praise it! When checking in, the front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional, with super high efficiency, and they also helped me upgrade to a deluxe lake view double room. As soon as I entered the room, the lake view outside the window came into view, sparkling, and the view was superb, which made people feel instantly comfortable. Lying on the bed or sitting by the window, you can enjoy this tranquility and beauty to the fullest, which is simply a great way to open a vacation. The hotel's swimming pool also left a deep impression on me. The water quality is clear and you can swim with peace of mind. The facilities around the swimming pool are also very complete. The lounge chairs in the rest area are comfortable and cozy. When you are tired of swimming, you can go up and lie down and enjoy a moment of relaxation. Moreover, the environment is clean and tidy, and the atmosphere is full. The breakfast is even more rich and diverse, with all kinds of Chinese, Western, Japanese and other delicacies. The hot noodles are made on the spot, with an excellent taste; the fresh fruits are sweet and delicious; there are also a variety of breads and pastries, with a fragrant aroma. Every dish can feel the chef's dedication, satisfying the taste needs of different people. I was really satisfied with this stay, from the surprise of the room upgrade, to the enjoyable experience of the swimming pool, to the delicious breakfast, every link is impeccable. Next time I come to Fengxian, I will definitely choose this one!
