The staff were extremely professional, providing prompt and efficient service. The room was impeccably clean and lovely. Overall, my experience far exceeded my expectations!

If you’re lucky, your roommates will know what to do with others. Everyone should know how to be quiet 🤫. The room is nice and comfortable to sleep in. You can turn on the ventilation fan in your private space, and there’s a USB charging port. However, you might hear people walking around or taking care of personal business in the early morning since there’s only a partition door. The bathroom has strong water pressure and is well-equipped with beauty accessories. There are lockers for storing your belongings. Next door, there’s a Family Mart, which is very convenient if you arrive late at night, don’t want to head into the city, or have flight early in the morning. However, you can only stay for 9 hours in normal bookings. Please kindly take care of personal matters or have your meal before check-in. The hotel is located on the lowest floor of the airport—just take the elevator down. However, for the men’s section, it might be more challenging than the women’s section because some people make noise while taking care of personal matters without consideration and there are instances of loud snoring.

I booked it as a place to get away for a quick stay. The front desk had a clean feeling and the room was compact but clean. The welcome drink and breakfast were also great! Even though it was in Nishiki, I was able to park for about 2,000 yen per night. I'd like to use it again.

A fantastic stay with a prime location! The hotel is conveniently close to the subway, making it easy to explore the city. Plenty of dining options nearby. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. I appreciated the relaxing lounge area where I could rest before the official check-in at 3 PM. The Onsen is excellent, the breakfast is delightful, and the rooms are clean and spacious enough—not too cramped. A great choice for travelers!

The hotel staff are welcoming and the room was neat and clean. The housekeeping is upon request and the amenities are great. Literally just need to bring yourself and clothes. They provide robe and toiletries. There is a convenient store at the lobby. Washing machine and dryer is available to use with coins too. Overall I had a great stay.

Wanted a non smoking room but only had a smoking room left Good thing is the room really not so smelly and with a little fabric freshener the place don’t have the cigarettes smell Wide spread for breakfast but taste ok only There’s actually shuttle service to the airport though it’s actually quite nearby Nice view of sunrise too

The location is great. Everything is nearby. A shopping haven and close to the bus terminal located at Oasis 21. Without luggage, it is a nice 5 to 10 minutes walk. We were recommended to a French Bakery (Kaneda), nearby for breakfast. It is the best croissant that we have tasted. On the flipside,ithe toilet and shower space was a bit too tight. Would be great if they are separated as experienced in a hotel in Kyoto. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely come back to this hotel.

Very good hotel, both facilities and services are very complete, the nearby drugstore can meet daily needs, the laundry room is very convenient, and the location is also very good, it is very convenient to go anywhere, I will choose here next time!

Location is very near to Nagoya station. Not sure why this hotel review not high, but for me for the price that we paid for twin room, it is more than expected - from the strategic location and room size (not too small if I compare with one of the hotel that I stay in this trip). Staff also responsive. Recommended hotel!

Good location, and walking distance to a lot of choices of restaurants, and to department store. Oasis 21 is some 15 minutes walk. Plenty of parking spaces around the hotel with big multi storey one, Tajima parking lot at 1100 yen per 24 months. Cannot use the car in between. A small carpark lot next to the hotel at 500 yen per 12 hours after 20:00 but only 3 spaces, and most time full. Breakfast food is typical but is slightly above expectation. Not many people take the breakfast. Twin room is a bit small, and it is not easy to move around as the beds are placed too close to the wall or corridor. People may prefer a small bed instead.
