Hello there. First, the hotel is a little far from the bus station, but to be honest, it is a very good spot, especially if you want to sight see the beauty of Baguio because of the amazing views when you eat at their restaurant or dining area. The staff is quite accommodating but not so friendly. We also need to rent a hair dryer worth 200php deposit, but it is okay for us. My sister ordered a beef burger steak which is quite similar to the Jolibee burger steak, which is quite delicious, she said, but for me, I ordered a chicken teriyaki, which is just okay for me. The room has no window, so we need to go downstairs to feel the breeze of coldness in Baguio in the morning and do a little jogging. And the restroom is quite a little smelly and dirty when the yellow stains are in the toilet bowl, which is quite annoying. But overall, even though there are disadvantages, I still enjoyed the experience of this hotel because of the baguio feel. I hope next time they will improve their services and facilities and also the staff will be nice and more friendly. Thank you uphill hotel Baguio
We had a great time staying at City Center Hotel. The room is clean, there's enough space for 5 people and it's perfect for families. However, the hotel's best feature is its location. The hotel is just along Session road so there's never any shortage of good grub place. Ililikha Arts and Crafts Village is just on the next kanto, a few ukay shops are just across City Center. Nice bakeries are also just around the corner. Burnham park is about an 8-10 minute walk. My family and I are frequent Baguio travellers and have stayed in a myriad of places but by City Center is one of the most if not the most accessible hotel that offers the most sulit price.
The hotel is quite far from the city but still accessible.
We stayed in a corner unit with 2 double bed and private bathroom.
The room is clean, spacious and has a balcony with a view of pine trees. The only problem we had was that the bathtub is slippery even with the mat they provided.
From the hotel, it is easy to go to the city center. Just call the receptionist, and ask for assistance on getting a taxi.
I booked this for my parents. My mom celebrated her birthday and we opt yo have them relax at Baguio and fortunately we choose Microtel. Very accomodating even for our request for the personal birthday greetings (bouquet and cake). My parents were very happy and they really feel the warm welcome from the crew. Location is very accesible also to Victory liner. Very recommendable!! For the next Baguio Trip, Microtel will be our top choice
Great place to stay..best choice we change here on our 2nd day in baguio.. the room were aesthetically great, with the municipal hall view and street.place were near in burnham and its in the center .. we love the space all of it i wish we couldve stayed more.. value for money, amenities were all perfect , from toiletries and cofee and heater inside. Cute space but undeniably great for couples. Friendly staff and approachable the servc were really superb too..welcomming and warm..hope our nxt trip we will stay here again..thank you so muchđđtrully value for money and really budget frien
An enjoyable stay, staff were all friendly, room was comfortable with nice garden view. Buffet breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Location is good, away from the noisy downtown area and close to some sights such as Wright Park and Mines View. Only negative is that the hotel was always very busy with people and they could be heard from the room at night
We stayed at Chalet Baguio during a recent trip and had a generally okay experience. The location is greatâclose to Burnham Park, Session Road, and other Baguio attractions. Itâs convenient if you want to explore the city without spending too much time in transit.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and responsive. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the hotel had a welcoming vibe overall.
However, I was disappointed with the buffet breakfast. The selection was quite limited, and the food quality didnât meet expectations. It felt more like a quick fix rather than something to look forward to in the morning. Hopefully, the hotel can improve on this, as breakfast can really set the tone for the day.
Also, parking space is limited, which can be a challenge during peak times.
The location was great for those who loved quiet and not crowded vibes. Affordable. Clean and spacious lobby and buffet area. Our room view was excellent
The pool was small for a big hotel. Gym facilities were average. Some staffs and hotel personnel were not friendly. The exhaust fan in the bathroom needs repairing, too noisy.
Over all 8/10.
Everything about our stay was excellent. The food, the service at breakfast, and the staff at the front desk. They were always polite, helpful, and respectful. This is the best stay I've ever had in a hotel, and I've traveled around the world and stayed at many hotels. Definitely a 5 star hotel!
456 hotel ambiance has a good sophisticated designs, thats makes everyone take selfies in every corner of the hotel's atrium.. the room is good and has complete amenities.good and accomodating staff's. i highly recommend it to travellers.

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasnât circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so youâre left with only whatâs available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since youâll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!
AAnonymous UserThere are a few points would like to bring up
1. The ceiling fan in the room is functional,
However, the wind is totally not strong enough, so turning it on means not turning it on.
2. No YouTube/Netflix function on TV. Staying other hotels in Baguio which the said functions are available as well. But here no.
3. The hangers in wardrobe are so inconvenient, It can only be hung in the closet and cannot be taken away. Sometime want to hang clothes at the balcony but have no way.
4. Suggest to have USB socket ports at the bed side would be more convenient
5. Seems no individual button could control the light of baloncy. Seems the light is connected to some of the lights in room.
6. Front desk are friendly but can be more professional. Approached to the reception but no one acknowledged. We have to tell them âcheck inâ proactively
7. Prior arrival, sent the message to hotel for the room inquire, the first they replied, but afterwards, no replied from hotel anymore.
8. Breakfast not much selection. And many staffs at the counter
9. Shower water pressure not strong enough and hot water not hot enough. And no water refill after make up room service.
Even so, base on the hotel location and the mountain view, will consider staying again in the future. Hope the management will review the comments and hopefully will see some improvements by then.
Thank you!
JJoan EuniceLocation-wise, maganda sya kasi katapat na nya yung Burnham Park.
I feel like expensive sya dahil lang sa location. Wala rin view yung room kahit may window. Yung ambiance ng hotel is medyo old. You can have a similar price for a luxurious-feeling hotel sa Baguio pero hindi walking distance sa pasyalan. Marumi yung cabinets na napunta samin na room so we opted to keep our clothes in our bags. So weigh nalang ano isasacrifice. Yung ganda ng hotel or distance.
Di rin sila nagbibigay ng extra key card. So if may aalis kang kasama, need to coordinate sa reception or knock sa kasama all the time.
Mabait at helpful ang receptionist and guards.
Okay rin dahil may parking. Mahirap magpark sa Burnham or session road so parking our car sa hotel saved us the trouble sa paghahanap o pila sa parking sa Burnham Park.
Not the best breakfast I had in Baguio. I was expecting more, like a buffet dahil nga sa price or atleast more appealing breakfast. Hindi mainit yung fried rice na naserve samin, so a little disappointing. Yung ulam is so-so lang din. I hope that can be improved.
If we'll visit again? Pwede, pero will not avail the breakfast na siguro and if priority parin namin mamasyal sa Burnham or Session.
