Average breakfast options. More local than western, but definitely tasty.
The location is right in the middle of CBD, so be prepared for the noise expected from a busy city. The airport was about 10mins away (Google maps lied and estimated about 25mins😒). Used Bolt to get around.
The staff is very welcoming and super friendly.
The room was clean, clean linens. The room has a TV. The bathroom is clean, the plumbing is new, there is hot water. From the port 20 minutes walk. There is a KFC nearby.
There should improve on their breakfast . I like tea or coffee but on the morning of 1 January the tea i was given if i am not mistaken with measurements it was 150mls in a very tiny cup.
I think there should be an upgrade on quality of breakfast which i think was down graded compared to the previous breakfast i had in August 2022.
At that time and day in August it was a buffet
Quiet hotel. Nice neighborhood to walk. Excellent breakfast and service. Restaurant options nearby. Room was nice but had a small shower leak and some mosquitoes.
The private beach 🏖 is very beautiful and cleaned up. Hotel facilities are relatively complete, refrigerator slippers safe drying racks, etc. The scenery outside the window is very good, and there is a place to hold a party.
When I arrived, I waited for an hour to check in. I said that the check-in time was two o'clock, and the check-out time was 10 o'clock. I was a little surprised, but then the twin bed gave a free upgrade to the double room. Breakfast like hot milk, fried eggs on the spot. There are a few mosquitoes living now, and it’s especially fast to catch. The facilities are a bit historyd, the water is a bit blocked, and there are fewer TV shows. Room cleaning is more timely. The waiter is very good. How is the dinner so slow, but you can read the phone to write a review, it seems that this is the rhythm, the surrounding streets are neat and feel safer. The mosque outside the window broadcasts several times a day. At five o'clock, someone will be woken up. Fortunately, I can't hear it.
This is a homestay opened by the Chinese. The proprietress is very friendly. There are a total of 20 rooms. The room is large and clean, and the decoration is very new. It may only be opened soon. Breakfast is very simple and there is no coffee machine.
There are two security guards at the gate, and security is guaranteed.
I had to stay at this hotel due to a flight complication.
It was late at night and the reception was friendly. It is a very modest hotel but for the price it seemed fair.
The air conditioning was struggling to keep the room cool but I did get a solid nights rest. It is a convenient hotel to the airport only about 10 minutes away.
This drive is five minutes from the airport. It should be the nearest hotel. If you don't have luggage, you can walk. The hotel’s own car is 10,000 shillings. Overall service attitude is good, free breakfast is also OK. But the equipment is not good, the hot water is small. The surrounding area is noisy, the local bar music is until 11 o'clock in the evening, and it is on the side of the railway, there is a train passing by. There are only local eateries and canteens nearby. The rainy season is not used, the road can't go.
A hotel with local characteristics, the equipment is a bit old. The bathroom door cannot be locked. The shower gel bottle cannot be opened and closed normally. The air conditioner is good. Very antique.
The dining environment of the restaurant is good. Breakfast was very average. The price is worse than expected.

GGuest UserThe transit hotel is good, the taxi driver charges me 5USD from airport to hotel, its acceptable for the first time, but after living in Tanzania for a month, 5USD is really a lot.
Staff are nice and friendly, but there is electricity cut off that day.
The only thing is the location is bad, the surrounding is dangerous. People nearby will shout, come near you when seeing you are tourist.
That why I live only for 3 hours instead of the whole night. I prefer staying at the airport during interchange flight.

GGuest UserThe location is good as it’s close to restaurants, bars and Coco beach in Dar’s most happening suburb However the room is nothing like the picture shown. Maybe it looked like this when it opened years ago but now the place is older and needs some tender loving care to restore it. Nevertheless the staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was good. It’s above a popular bar so might be noisy Thursday to Saturday. We stayed Sunday to Tuesday and it was quiet.
GGuest UserRelatively middle-priced hotel in dar, room is large with large bed and separate toilet and shower. Staff are nice. First day of arrival the air conditioner was not working and they immediately asked someone to fix. And the restaurant was good in my expectation, it closes at 11pm and I can still order food at 1030pm. The only improvement is that the WiFi is poor, almost no connection in my room.
NNASSER-EDDINE BEN DAOUDThe hotel's room is comfortable : there is an air conditioner that works very well. Every thing is clean especially the toilets. The bed is smooth and the T.V is interesting to watch. What I liked mostly about the hotel is their hospitality and service. A good place to stay in Dar Es Salaam. ❤❤❤
GGuest UserLocation: very near to bus station and near to Zanzibar ferry
Service: they provide free WiFi with good connections although trip.com said no free WiFi
Cleanness: clean enough
Only things need to be improved is that no bottled water and toothbrush with toothpaste.
DDr PhoebeIt’s very nice clean hotel with good customer care and there is restaurant I highly recommend this but the only problem is it’s kinder far from the airport like 1hr 30 min otherwise it’s really worth your money
