I got to the hotel it’s literally right next to the main train station and it’s a 5 minute walk. From here you can go all over Salzburg. So the location is very good. Also when it comes to the price it’s reasonable. However I was not happy with the room cleanliness as I thought it was quite dirty and not cleaned properly. My room had cobwebs on the ceiling and dust underneath the bed. Also you need to book to get your room cleaned which I thought was absurd.

Near the train station, it takes 6-8 minutes to walk; there is no refrigerator or kettle in the room
The operation at the front desk will be slow, so you need to wait patiently.
On the first day of check-in, I found that the bath towel was dirty. I wanted to take it out and change it, but the front desk had to check in for a group, so I gave it to them the next day. Since I didn't plan to do room cleaning, I asked them to leave the bath towel at the front desk and wait until they returned to the hotel. I asked them to get it, but it was delayed until the afternoon of the third day.
But I'm also very grateful that they were willing to let me store my luggage for two days after checking out to go to Hallstatt.
The room has a simple style. The design of the bathroom is a little strange to me, because the glass door that separates dry and wet areas has no door handle on the inside, making it difficult to close the door.

The location is very good, just a few minutes' walk from the central train station and within walking distance to various attractions. The facilities are ordinary but clean and tidy. Although the breakfast is not much, it tastes good and has met normal needs. The lady at the front desk is smiling and has a good service attitude. The price-performance ratio is good.

The room is clean and sanitary. The front desk service is very good and answers all questions. The location is easy to find and is very close to the train station. S3 Station Road. Minutes away from attractions. There are coffee capsules, biscuits, drinks and apples at the front desk, which is very nice.
I ordered the wrong room and three people were crowded together, but it was the first time in Europe that we had quilts covering us.

It is located in between central station and old town, around 1 km away from all the spots but the room is spacious compare to other hotels at better location.
There’s no reception to assist with check in but the whole experience is seamless as they will provide the code for self check in which is super easy. Free luggage storage is available too for early check in and late check out! Highly recommended.

The only hotel where payment cannot be postponed and free cancellation is for the entire trip. Generally speaking, the cheaper European hotels are booked earlier, but their homes are special. The price of my stay on the day of the two days is at least a dozen euros cheaper than the price I actually paid. I always feel a little uncomfortable. Fortunately, their service is really authentic and intimate, full of details.
