I absolutely loved my stay here, the room and facilities had everything i needed, great value for money, The location was great, quiet area, walking distance from the main center. Local shops, drink places and food options within walking distance. Mr Bun Kao is one of the nicest people you can meet. He is friendly, helpful and generous. I enjoyed our chats and time together. Thank you Mr Bun Kao, you are a super hero in my eyes. I hope to meet again in the near future.

Beautiful hotel, lovely clean rooms and bathrooms, comes with all the necessaries. Staff are excellent helpful and friendly.

Near to town cosy place and good vibes highly recommend for someone that’s travel in a budget

We stayed for 3 nights, first booked for a day, and then extended for two more days. I really liked the attitude of the staff, they are ready to help with any question. We rented a bike and left it at the hotel for the night, in the morning I found the bike in a special room where all the rented equipment of visitors (bicycles and motorbikes) is stored, very nice. At the reception they printed out my plane tickets for free, thank you! The air conditioning was always on in the room, it was pleasantly cool (even when we left), there is a breakfast set: water, coffee with cream, sugar and a kettle. The mattress is good, clean, the pillows are comfortable, we slept well. The door to the toilet could be better, it's as if it doesn't exist. The location of the hotel is also very good. Despite the fact that it is located in the very center, the hotel is quiet, you can't hear the noise from all the street cafes, from the pub street and the rest. It's literally a 5-minute walk to them. Considering the cost per day, this is a great place! (There is a hotel opposite with a pool where you can swim for $1).

A good, inexpensive hotel 10 minutes walk from the central walking streets. Responsive staff, helped with all questions. The room is clean, quiet, comfortable mattress. The air conditioning in the room worked very poorly, the fan saved the day. The bathroom door opened inward, which made it difficult for two people. Small, cozy pool in the courtyard. A**ospheric breakfast on the roof of the hotel to choose from a menu. There is a small cozy pool in the yard, children scream there happily during the day))

Location One just needs to walk about 20 minutes to reach the tourist belt - shops and restaurants abound. Just outside the guesthouse is a small convenience shop, and in the evening, food carts are set up, and one can find some street food. Amenities Body and hair shampoo are not provided, only disposable toothbrushes and 2 pieces of small hand soap. There are mosquitoes, so one needs repellent to ward off the pesky insects. Service The staff are friendly, and they responded to requests quickly.

Pros - cost $14, laundry 1 kg for $1, the hotel is located 7-10 minutes walk from the night market and pub street, there is a small pool, billiards, a pool bar, breakfast is included (bananas, tea, coffee, choice of: scrambled eggs, omelet, soup, toast), very friendly and caring staff, you can order bus tickets at the reception. The room has a fan and air conditioning, a refrigerator, a kettle, two bottles of water every day. Good Wi-Fi by the pool and in the dining room. Cons - a dilapidated room, needs cosmetic repairs and more thorough cleaning. Dusty furniture, crumbs, hair from other guests, dirty walls. There are ants in the room, but the staff sometimes treat them, there are also mosquitoes. The bed linen is old. Cleaning in the rooms on request. Very uncomfortable pillows. There are no normal hangers for clothes, the plumbing is rusty. The room is dark, one socket, wall lamps are broken and dangling on wires. Bad Wi-Fi in the room.

Our room was huge. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen behind a glass partition. Clean, comfortable, cozy. The air conditioning system is built in, in each room, very comfortable, does not blow on the bed. Perfect linen and quality bathroom accessories. We were happy to use the washing machine and dryer (they are also in the room), very convenient in a hot climate to freshen up your things. The hotel staff is very attentive and polite, they try to help. The pool, although not large, is comfortable. Nearby, in the same building, there is an excellent bakery with croissants and various types of breakfast, we had breakfast there. The hotel is located on a quiet street 5 minutes from Pub Street. The first impression upon check-in was spoiled by the sofa at the reception with stains, it turned out that drips from the air conditioner grille were above it (probably you should just move it to the other side))
