Main thing is very close to the railway train station. Also The Wall artist street, where you can enjoy food, coffee and arts. Building is old, but for the price, and just day stay, it is ok.
The hotel is located in the city, convenient to travel. The room is quite old but quiet. The air conditioner is very cold. The staff and housekeeper are very cute and friendly. There is a guard sleeping downstairs to watch over the car. Also, near the hotel, if you drive a little further, there is a very cute cat cafe.
The accommodation is conveniently located, in a good location on the Kangsadan side, next to KKU. The parking lot is convenient and sufficient. The service is good, the room is clean, but the room is not soundproof enough. You can hear other rooms. Overall, it is worth the price.
The hotel details say it will open in 2025, so I understand that it is a newly opened hotel. But in reality, it is quite old. The equipment is damaged. The shower shaft in the bathroom is not tight. The water flow is weak. The air conditioner is loud. The bedside plug is old. The remote is hard to press and does not work very well. The noise from outside is loud. The sound of cars coming in and out, cars parked, and people talking in the parking lot can be clearly heard in the room.
I stayed there because there was a graduation ceremony. At first, when I entered the room, I thought there were no shampoo, conditioner, or soap, but in fact, you can ask for them at the counter. Water is provided every night. The parking lot is very wide. Even though the entrance alley is narrow, it is forgivable. 🤭 Also, my sister forgot her AirPods, and the hotel sent them to her without charging her for delivery. 💕✨ I highly recommend it. The price is reasonable. Come stay here a lot. 😽💖💖
The room is really good. It is not narrow at all. They have a kitchen with big refrigerator, a sink and a couple of glasses inside. Bathroom is wide enough too with a shower gel and shampoo, shower cap and cotton bud. But the room is not soundproof. I hear the noise outside.
The hotel is near Bueng Kaen Nakhon. Near convenience store The bedroom is reasonably good, the air conditioner is cool, but the room smells like onions from time to time. The bathroom is cramped and looks a little clean. The shower cap is small and easily torn. The old check cloth is beginning to tear and turn yellow. The quality is a little low. There is also a 500 baht deposit here. Pictures of the room may have been taken long ago. When I actually arrived, it looked much older than that. Breakfast is only available as a set, such as eggs, ham, pan-fried eggs, and rice with cabbage, but the chef opens at 7:30 a.m., so if the chef comes late on some days, he gets to eat eggs, sausage, and ham, just one menu. Summary of the overall picture, if it's easy to live, easy to eat, don't think. No matter how much, it's enough to live with. I just feel like The price paid is higher than the service received.
The accommodation is clean, good, new too, comfortable, close to the source of food. But not sure, there is a problem with the air conditioner that is a little noisy. Not sure if it is all rooms or not. But overall it is considered good. Feel very cozy.
This is the price for this kind of service. 🌝🌝The first floor is uncomfortable when the lights are on at night. There are 7-11 and so on nearby, and opposite is the hospital, which is very crowded.
The room is a container, divided into 2 rooms, tiled floor
The room door is a glass door with curtains to open and close to block the view
The 6-foot bed, luggage table made from wooden pallets, looks indie
There is a private bathroom, the bathroom is about 80-90 cm wide, the clothes rack is broken, the toilet seat is broken, but usable
The towels are still soft, not hard and rough
The water heater works well, no dryer
The air conditioner is not used because the weather is very cold
The TV is not turned on
The room is next to the parking lot, it is convenient to walk to get things from the car, but there is the sound of cars coming into the room
The room is not soundproofed well
The staff speaks well

MMacalisterAngusThis was a stopover for us and absolutely met all of our criteria. Great parking next to the cottage. Clean and spacious cottage with very comfy bed. Very tricky to find as Google wanted to take us to another Greenview resort in Maha Sarakam so spent 30 minutes finding the resort. Dog friendly. TV was hard to get going (and there is nothing else to do at the resort)...in fact we were told the entire TV system resort wide was broken (which wasn't the case but you have to go through the Source option to align with the minix box). For food...you have to use Grab who will deliver direct to your cottage. All in a very pleasant stay and I would use as a stopover or for the nearby golf course in the future for sure.

KKeithI wasn't planning on staying in a hotel, but was just too tired to continue driving. I booked online minutes before showing up, and they were very helpful, as the booking was only just coming thru as I arrived! It is a great location, with a beautiful large pond within walking distance, the airport and downtown also a short drive just a short drive away! The Big-C is connected to the Hotel for anything you might need, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Next time I am in Khon Khaen, I will be staying here again!
NN.J.The purpose of stay is to visit the relatives in Khonkaen Center Hospital so this hotel location is very convenient. Surrounding the hotel, there are several good restaurants just a few minutes walk. Hotel staffs are friendly and the room is totally clean, quite new indeed. There is an instant coffee maker at the lobby served in the morning just in case you need to grab quick caffeine. The drawback is that only one keycard and one chair in each room, which is a little inconvenient for two people sharing the same room.

ปปลายตะวันThe room is spacious and comfortable. The dining area is nearby, not too far away. The entrance is convenient and clean. However, the people upstairs walk all night and are loud and do not care about the people downstairs. Calling the hotel to inform them is not effective.
TTor SKBAnyone looking for an inexpensive accommodation, clean rooms, hot water, refrigerator, I recommend it here. Traveling is not difficult, new air conditioner, cool.
secretly deducted 1 point, the toilet lid is not expensive, let's change it.
Some, if it's broken, the price is not expensive, change it.
P.S. Harley is very cool.
AAnonymous UserNot very far from the city. The room is clean, the sofa is old, the air conditioner is a little noisy, but it's cool. There is a plug hole, but if you want to plug in a three-prong plug, you must have an additional plug connector. Very cheap. Overall, it's OK for the price.
AAnonymous Usernewly opened hotel, good location near kl.tv can watch youtube, netflix, prime video, others are good according to hop inn standard.
Consideration, less parking than the number of rooms
The accommodation room has a problem with slow water drainage.
