This is the most expensive hotel in this trip to Egypt, more expensive than Sofitel Aswan, but except for the good breakfast and good service, I am not very satisfied with other things. 1. There is only a bathtub, no hand-held shower. 2. There is a musty smell when the room is opened, and the sound insulation is very poor, and the sound of the road outside can be heard clearly. I stayed at Le Meridien Airport Hotel before, and the sound insulation was not so bad. Maybe if you want to stay in this hotel, you must book a room with a pyramid view, so that you will not face the road. 3. There is no Chinese TV, but this is a common problem in Egyptian hotels, and there is no way to solve it. 4. The buffet is very rich, but the chefs have a bad memory. I asked for waffles and muffins, but they didn’t come after 20 minutes. I went to see them, and they immediately reacted and made them for me after a few minutes. It made me eat in a hurry, but the taste was good. Personally, I think this hotel is specially for viewing the pyramids, and other requirements are difficult to meet.
This was a GREAT place to vacation in Cairo. The location was on the river in view of pyramids from our balcony. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived HOURS before check-in and they just went ahead and gave us a room. I was shocked! I will def. be staying here again in the future. I have no complaints, no suggestions for improvement. Everything was beyond my expectation.
If you ever get the privilege to stay at the four seasons DO IT! THEY ARE NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING! I haven't checked in to my hotel because I was in luxor all day and I messaged them through their app to see about room service being there before I make it in. They delivered my meal already as I said it was okay knowing time wise I would be in late and assume that service ends at some point of the evening. I've only had lunch today I haven't been in a bed in the last 48hours, they set ny room up and delivered my food with out me checking in! Theyer amazing they set my spa time for tomorrow evening as well. They also able to offer massage in your room, their guest services is top notch. It's pricey but they absolutely take care if you! I've been to the one in Maui as well, absolutely not disappointed!
The Mövenpick Hotel Cairo Media City is truly amazing! The rooms are spacious and clean, with complete and considerate facilities. The staff here are warm-hearted and friendly, providing meticulous and responsive service. The food is rich and delicious, catering to different tastes. Besides, its location is superior and it's convenient for traveling. Here, you can fully enjoy comfort and coziness. It's highly recommended to travelers coming to Cairo!
Very new hotel, rich breakfast, like the freshly made pitta cake. The bed was very comfortable and it was about 30 minutes drive from the pyramid scenic spot. Hotel security is strict. . . .
The Hilton Hotel is relatively safe. The security check is quite strict when entering. The driver showed his driving license and ID card, and also used a police dog. There was a police dog next to the door, and he was allowed in after being questioned. The service inside was relatively good and hospitable. , about 20 minutes drive from the pyramids
When we checked in, we were given a welcome gift. I really liked it. It was a thoughtful gift. Centric and Regency are located opposite each other, and our room can see the pyramids. There is also a swimming pool and a gym in the hotel, which is very nice.
The shower head only has a few strong streams of water, and the rest of the water is too weak, which makes the skin hurt when those few streams hit it, and I dare not stand forward. But in fact, I didn't get much water on it. I couldn't adjust the water flow, and the water that came out had an earthy smell. The carpet in the room was not very clean, and the quilt was always damp. The coffee capsules I drank on the first day were not replenished on the second day. The small bottle of water was charged and I didn't have to pay first, I had to pay by card. The front desk finally told me hope to see you again, and it was the only time I said no you will not in all the hotels I have stayed in🥶🥶🥶🥶By the way, I caught a cold on the second day of staying in the hotel🤒I didn't even turn on the air conditioner in the hotel. This hotel is a bit unlucky for me🙂↔️🙂↔️🙂↔️
A review in 2 parts:
The hotel staff themselves are nice, very attentive etc and the service overall is good.
The downside is the travel agency booking thing.. I booked a transport to a specific area and they just left me halfway..
I’ve still kept the review positive because the hotel itself is not the owner of the travel agency but rather they rent the space. BUT do NOT use that travel agency group.
A very good hotel, next to the Nile River, you can see the sunset over the Nile River. It is close to all scenic spots and has a convenient location. It is a good hotel worth recommending.

NNatasha SheshaIf you want to stay in a good location with magnificent view of the pyramids this hotel is your best affordable option.. very clean, staff are very attentive and helpful especially Mahmoud from the reception, and the view is mind blowing.
This hotel is facing the new Grand Egyptian Museum which is not fully opened yet, but the visit is highly recommended.
Rooms are big and spacious although a bit dated
