The rooms are comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. The views are fantastic, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and also they have delicious food.

Great location in the heart of Harbour Bay downtown with many eateries and entertainment outlets. Just beside ferry terminal. Enjoyed the swimming pool and gym. Breakfast spread was good. Staff are friendly. Few downsides, no bathtub in room, many crows near swimming pool, run out of pool towels when requested and staff forgot to serve me coffee during breakfast (staff asked if I wanted coffee).

Away from the world, beautiful scenery, friendly staff, honest islanders, delicious food. If you want to hang out for two days and want to avoid popular areas, this is an excellent choice. Thank you to all the staff

It’s such a beautiful resort with private pool, about 30 mins drive from the city Center, the nearest ferry terminal is Nongsa terminal rather than Batam Center. The environment is beautiful and the room is spacious, I can’t wait to go back again next time. The only thing be careful is the edges of the stairs inside the private pool is a little sharp, young kids got to be careful when swim inside the private pool.

The hotel was new and was a week before we have resided in the hotel. The hotel is perfectly clean and quiet as not many patrons know about this hotel. However, hotel has some defects after the construction such as the washroom in the unit was leaked and the light could not off during sleep. The passenger lift button was too sensitive as the hotel adopted heat detection resulted the lift stop at every floor when the button of floor detected your heat from the hand. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

I had a wonderful holiday at Indigo. The environment was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff were very polite. In particular, the employee who drove us for pickup was extremely helpful—he assisted me in reporting a problem, and it was resolved quickly. I truly appreciate his help, though I regret that I forgot his name. Overall, I had a great experience. The only downside was the communication issue. I was initially told that I would be contacted via WhatsApp for pickup, but that didn’t happen, and I almost had to walk back to the hotel. Despite this, I would still choose to stay at this hotel the next time I visit Bintan.

Super super amazing experience!! The resort is a little far, but it's like an isolated little self-sufficient community on its own, a world of its own! We had many things to do even though we had nothing planned. There were so many free activities (sambal making, farm tours, honey tasting, kayaking, yoga, towel folding, stargazing, coffee tasting, etc). Late at night, staff even came to provide us with complimentary dessert (some cake) and omg it was so yummy. The room was also really comfortable and cozy and we had buggy service to drive us here and there (it was like a roller coaster ride so fun) Food was so tasty too (Rica Rica had amazing satay and mie goreng), and the egg station at breakfast 10/10!! The team there was also so friendly and helpful, I'm so sad I had to leave...can I come back...

Overall it is good The staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities so far are so good the room space is wide too. Maybe due to the festive season . Breakfast was king queued but luckily it extended the hour for guests. But hope the breakfast option can have different daily. Location is a bit out from the town need, but they do provide shuttle service to the centre. The hotel also provides a big slice of cake and room decoration to surprise us for the birthday celebration 🎉

Had a very good stay in Banyan Tree, we like the spacious villa either our own jacuzzi. Room was clean and appreciate the staff to prepare our room for night setup, with the mosquito nets and cools. Food was good and had good selection too. Spa massage was also good. You can ask the buggy to drive you anywhere within the resort and their sister hotels. Staffs are all friendly and always greet with a smile. Just take note a lots of insects so bring your insect repellent. And don’t have complimentary shuttle from ferry terminal, its chargeable. The TV is old model so cant cast your phone to watch Netflix. The telephone line will cutoff during rainy days, however, whatsapp service and will still be contactable with the reception. Overall a good stay if you want a private and relaxing holiday.

Had a wonderful experience! Service staff were polite and welcoming ! Had a free upgrade of room as well, probably as travelling during non peak period, had complimentary bfast as well !! Really pretty resort and relaxing time here
