The hotel's location is quite good; it's within walking distance of the train station and right next to a mall and supermarket, making dining very convenient. However, the facilities are really old, and the air conditioning isn't very effective. On the bright side, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us.

The apartment is in the heart of Seville, just a few meters from the Mushrooms in Plaza de la Encarnación, so the location is excellent. The apartment has absolutely everything: kitchenware, bathroom amenities, a closet outside the bedroom, an ironing board and iron, towels, a duvet, and two pillows per bed. The bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the street and air conditioning. The living room is spacious with a TV and a large, fully soundproofed, and very bright window overlooking Plaza del Cristo Burgos, from where you can see the Mushrooms of the Encarnación. The bathroom was spacious and everything was very clean. The apartment is one of the best I've stayed in in Seville to date. Bright, spacious, and right in front of the parish of San Pedro. And the location? Unbeatable. It's right in the center of Seville, just a few meters from the Encarnación (the mushrooms). Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in these apartments again. A very gratifying weekend. The automated check-in process may be a bit confusing. But there are two highly trained receptionists who will help you with everything.

From the moment you walk into the hotel, it feels as though you've entered the Alhambra itself. The architecture of this Iberostar is truly stunning: Arabic-inspired, colorful, with high-quality materials. The reception area is nothing short of majestic, with marble tiles, flowing fountains, wooden ceilings, and other details that leave a lasting impression. I booked a side sea view room for my parents, and they were given probably the best possible one: located on the 5th floor at the far end of the hotel. The view was far beyond “partial”: they could admire the sea, lush gardens, outdoor pool, and all the hotel terraces all at once. As for me, I made two separate bookings for a three-night stay. Since the same room wasn’t available for all nights, I was upgraded to a superior apartment, an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture. We opted for half-board, and the food was outstanding in both quality and variety. From fresh seafood to superfoods like chia seeds, the buffet offered something for every taste. This hotel truly stands out among the 4* properties we've been to across Europe and the world. The outdoor pool is impressively large, with plenty of sunbeds available. The entire property was immaculately clean, and the green spaces were greatly maintained. Parking was hassle-free, with numerous free spots available both in front and along the sides of the hotel. Another plus: water fountains are placed throughout the hotel, allowing guests to enjoy cold water at any time. Just across the street, you'll find a variety of shops, making it easy to pick up anything you need. Lastly, a mention to the entire hotel staff - from reception to restaurant service - who were consistently professional and kind.

Nice Hotel bang in centre of Sevilla & staff were friendly. However, we drove here & it was a nightmare locating the hotel ! Streets blocked off due to roadworks everywhere caused chaos for us. We had to park up, walk to hotel & get directions to official parking which is still ten minutes walk from hotel ! The roads were really narrow at points, full Of pedestrians  & it’s not an easy city to navigate by car. I wouldn’t drive there again ! Room was okay but beds like lying on a bench, so hard ! You needed a tech degree to operate TV which had ONE UK channel ? I get it’s Spain but dozens of French, German & even 3 Russian channels ! So many English visitors yet not even a couple of channels ? At night, the room is light due to various lights which don’t switch off? Suspect they’re alarm type lights but two blue lights either side of the bed ? No idea why but so annoying !  The toilet basin was so close to the shower cubicle, I was unable being 6’3 to actually sit on the toilet facing forwards ! Not comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, lovely selection, especially Fruits & pastries. The pool on the roof was tiny  with very few beds but has superb views & is beautiful if you can get a bed ? Also had a lovely bar terrace adjacent to pool but on our final day, they closed this facility completely including refusing to serve drinks on the sun terrace ? This was extremely annoying & imo completely unnecessary as the private event in the bar didn’t take place until the evening which meant guests sunbathing during the day still couldnt get cold beverages ! All in all, a nice hotel in a decent location but expensive for Whats you got. Not the place if you’re driving !

Hilton Garden Inn Sevilla

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Overall, by Hilton or Garden Inn standards, this property falls somewhere in the average to slightly below-average range. However, if judged by a three-star standard, it is generally acceptable. The biggest issue was cleanliness. Upon entering the room on the night of check-in, I was shocked to find that the toilet had clearly not been cleaned, with visible waste left unflushed. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told that housekeeping staff were no longer available after 4 p.m., and nothing could be done. This response reflected a clear lack of basic service standards. Service quality overall was fairly mediocre, especially during late check-in. The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. At one point, when I was about to read a document before signing, I was interrupted and told to listen to the explanation first and sign afterward, which felt dismissive. Additionally, when I requested basic amenities such as a toothbrush, I was told to come down and collect them myself, as no delivery service was available. To be fair, the hotel does have some positives. The facilities are decent and generally meet four-star expectations, including amenities like a swimming pool (although the water was quite cold and not well temperature-controlled). The location is also convenient — while not in the city center, it is easy to reach major areas by taxi. In summary, the hardware and facilities are acceptable, but the cleanliness and service fall short. By Hilton or four-star standards, this hotel underperforms; by three-star standards, it is passable.

Conveniently located, just a bridge away from the main city area. There's a parking lot downstairs. The room is spacious, and it offers good value for money. Malaga is a lovely small city, with a beautiful castle and coastline.

The hotel's communication is not prompt or effective. Also, the hotel address was changed to a new address after the hotel confirmed my booking. The distance from the hotel beach changed from 5 to 12 minutes, and the promise of 24-hour reception changed to no reception. The access code was not sent out promptly after checking in, but I only got it from the hotel after Trip contacted the hotel. The flat is newly refurbished with an open kitchen. The bathroom has only one towel for each person for a 4-day stay. The extra towel costs you €10. The water pressure is strong and quick hot water. The kitchen has everything you need, but the tableware is not visible. There is a kettle but no coffee maker. The living room and bedroom have windows, but we are at the same level as the people on the street. We don't feel private and comfortable opening the window or even with the shade curtain closed with the window opened. The washing and drying machine is shared with other travellers on the rooftop. The cleaning function is good, but the drying doesn't function well. The hanger was only found on the last day after the cleaner showed it to me. The hotel should say it on the first day when I asked them, rather than asking me to give them a call while I was only on a data sim and could not make a call. The washing balls are provided. Beach umbrellas are also stored in a the lobby that is not visible to us until the day we checked out. I would say it has everything, but the communication skills of the hotel have room to improve.

Pleasant hotel! It's away from the noise of the bars, and only 30 seconds to the sea from the pool area, so the location is excellent. The hotel has a large pool area with clean water. The room is a bit dated, to be fair, but everything is clean and functional. The breakfast was good too; not many fancy options, but all the basics are there. It's not quite the four-star experience you might expect, but it's a perfectly nice hotel! We had wonderful days here and would definitely come back again.

Absolutely loved this hotel! It's just a 5-minute walk from where the airport bus drops you off. There's a Carrefour supermarket right across the street, which was handy for picking up some supplies. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast selection was also quite varied. It's about a 40-minute walk to the Alhambra, which is perfect for enjoying the street views and grabbing a coffee along the way.

The price is OK. Ctrip helped refund the price difference. It costs less than 1k a day. The location is in the city center. There is a popular street next to it. It is very convenient to walk to various attractions. The facilities in the room are very complete, including pots, pans, knives, cups, stoves, etc. It is very comfortable to cook dinner by yourself. The whole process is self-service check-in and check-out mode. There is no front desk. You will receive the check-in password in the email. It is very convenient, but this mode also has bugs. We encountered no quilt in the room (only thin sheets). I searched for contact information on the web page for a long time and found WhatsApp contact information and phone number. At first, I contacted through WhatsApp, and the reply speed was very slow. Finally, I contacted by phone. The staff replied that the front desk was off work and could only deliver the quilt tomorrow, but I didn’t see it when I returned to the room the next day. I contacted the customer service again on WhatsApp, and the answer was still the same. Finally, the quilt was delivered on the third day orz The shower head on the top of the bathroom is OK, but I don’t know why the water always overflows to the floor outside. . And there is no housekeeper to clean every day, so I can only wait for the water to dry naturally
