Comfortable stay in a relatively recently refurbished room. Room was quiet, heating worked well in winter, shower was powerful. Car park plenty of spaces. Location next to A2 is great if driving, plus 10-15min walk to Bexley train station for overground train to central London. Breakfast buffet was adequate, although coffee could be better. Would be ideal if trip could do a deal so IHG Rewards status recognition & points earning was available.
The staff was invaluable and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The open plan area is inviting to lounge around and have a drink or bite to eat.
The sauna and steam room were great for unwinding after a long trip, and the food was reasonably priced and good quality. The location is not hard to get to, but a long walk from Hayes and Harlington station should you get the Elizabeth line. You would need a taxi or bus to access the hotel.

The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any requests.
One of the highlights was the easy access to shops, restaurants, and transport links. Whether you’re in Stratford for business or leisure, this hotel is a great choice.
Highly recommended!
If you’re going to Wembley for a concert it’s 10/10. Has everything around from supermarkets, food, shopping and station is less than a 5 minute walk. From Euston is around 45 minutes travel. Place is very clean and modern. Spacious and comfy. Vents a little too dusty tho and water pressure could be stronger.
Early departure from Heathrow Airport Terminal 4? This is the place to be!!!!
The Holiday Inn Express is located in the same building as the Crowne Plaza: upon entering you go left for the Crowne and right for the Holiday, but you share the same atrium area and so you could really sleep in the cheaper hotel room and have a drink in the more fancy lobby… I think! I haven’t tried because we were traveling with the kids and just wanted a rest.
Breakfast is included and starts 6.30am even on the weekend so the kids were fed before we walked through the fully covered corridor into Terminal 4 in less than 5 min.
It’s absolutely genius and the rooms are modernised too, so no complaints here!!
The hotel is within a short walking distance to: good eateries, shops and the train station to Central London. There are ample parking spaces at ~10pounds/ day for hotel guests. This older hotel has comfortable, spacious rooms but a quirky shower head (aim at the wall as you shower to avoid flooding the bathroom).
The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly polite. The room was very cozy, except for the heater, which wasn’t working. So, they kindly provided me with an electric heater to keep me warm. And also the food is so yummy.
Nice location and modern studios. First time staying here. Kitchen not as well equipped as other Adagio properties I've stayed at but adequate for a couple of nights. Was really nice to have a washing machine in the room instead of a shared one. Great shower and good WiFi. Shame there is no fitness room. Would stay here again.
Stayed here for a short layover and its quite near Heathrow airport!! Took a bus from the airport, about 15-20mins (excl waiting time) and we reached.
Check in: Swift, maybe cuz it was 11+pm hehe
Service: Great, there was a night menu from the hotel resturant next door and our hotel staff took the extra mile to collect and bring over to reception for us 🙏
Food: Morning breakfast was a classic american brekkie buffet, it was quite good.
Comfort/cleanliness: Bed was comfy, clean. Toilet was huge and very wheelchair accessible but shower area was a little small when curtains are drawn (and if u accidentally touch the wet curtains its SO COLDDDD 😳 toilet wasnt the best looking cuz it looked like public ones but overall still ok

Hotel is very conveniently located between King Cross and Euston Station. Staffs are very friendly and helpful! But the room is abit dated. The bed is joined together with 2 single. And so my husband side of bed was rather ok (firm enough), while mine was so soft that I feel sunken in 😅
The shampoo/soap dispenser was not properly screw in too. We got to fix it abit before we can finally pump some soap out.

WWebsterAnother stay in this hotel. It is in a great location and easy to get out and about. Staff are welcoming and rooms are very clean and comfortable.
No complaints about our stay and will book again.
DDamienwas given a free upgrade to the suite room. however, the room was the set up for 3. had to run back and forth. nevertheless, staff was really friendly (-: would stay again!
GGuest UserLocation is excellent with just a few minutes walk from Gloucester Road station. Yet the hotel is bit old and toilet got some strange smell when we first entered and the toilet door can’t be closed. As I was staying with family, I could bear with it. Nobody answering the calls when I was trying to call operator or housekeeping; always asking to leave message which I don’t like! Yet when I see the housekeeping staff on the corridor, they are very helpful!
GGuest UserVery modern and clean hotel, fairly spacious room. The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was of a very good quality. I asked for a quiet room - I could hear water flowing through the pipes in the wall (quite subtle) but it stopped before midnight and was fairly quiet through the night. Overall I was quite happy with my stay!
GGuest UserStay was great until I found out they took money from my bank for breakfast I didn’t take. I stated at check-in I didn’t want breakfast as I was at work early the following day.
I called the hotel for a refund, only to be told I need to send an email to the manager and they would check the cctv to ensure I didn’t attend breakfast.
JJane WyllieGreat location in east london - super close to Broadway market and Columbia road. The fantastic and friendly staff deserve a big shout out. Fab stay.
LLorelie MandelaLeonardo Hotel was the perfect hotel for me and my daughter. It is exactly where the venue for my London Fashion Week gig is! It was walkable from the train station and was surprisingly very near the London Tower Bridge! E can even see it from our hotel window! Superb location! The restaurants are just closeby and a costco supermarket too! Had a great time in this hotel! Highly recommended for travellers like me!
MMedPajThe hotel is in Camden and close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Easy walk to the tube although becareful not to mix it up with the Wesley in Euston like I did. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Every thing seems newly refurbished and there are additional hot drinks available at reception. I had a slight problem with the bed but the staff member was appreciative of the feedback. Very positive stay. I'll consider this hotel next time I come to London
