The hotel staff’s service was very satisfactory, but the hotel facilities were extremely disappointing. The bathroom door lock was broken. It couldn’t be opened from the inside, even though I hadn’t locked it. I was trapped in the bathroom for two hours, shouting for help, but no one came to assist me. Be sure to check the room facilities when you check in.

Great hotel with a beautiful view of the bay. There is underground parking. You can walk to the port. The room is clean, functional and the staff very kind.
The only negative point is the work at the hotel in the morning.

Beautiful hotel, I stayed there one night because I arrived in Tangier very late (11pm). Close to the airport about 5 min by car.
The receptionists are present 24/7 if you ever arrive at night like me.
Everything is clean, the room was perfect, nothing to complain about.
The breakfast is a fairly varied buffet, very good, possibility to sit on the terrace in the garden, very pleasant.
In the morning when I had to leave my room I was able to drop off my bag at the reception to do my visits quietly without being bothered.
I thank all the staff members for their listening and their kindness.
I recommend you and I will certainly come back.

Hotel location and room quality were very good. The breakfast was rich with choices, but number of coffee machines were not enough. There were long queues in front of the only two machines. However, they brewed good coffee from seeds. We enjoyed the beautiful voice and songs of the lady at the piano bar in the evenings, but very interestingly the hotel does not have a bar or cafeteria with a sea view. We had to go out to cafeterias nearby to have a cup of coffee with a sea view after a work day. Also they lacked proper stock of alcohol-free beer. It was only available 3 out of 7 nights we stayed and was extremely expensive. I also think the hotel is a bit on the expensive side compared to what it offers. We would stay there again if we get a better deal than this time. Otherwise we will try another hotel. Staff was generally nice and helpful with a smile.

The hotel is very new and has been open for less than a year.
The room decoration is very unique
The view is great, especially the sunset, you can see the whole city
The service is very thoughtful, the service staff will take you around the whole hotel
There is a parking lot nearby. The hotel is located on the mountain and it is very convenient to go down to the city.

In the old city, it was very difficult to get the luggage up, so we brought simple toiletries. The only advantage of this hotel is that it is clean and the location is in the old city. When we went, we were renovating and the top floor could not be used, but fortunately we could take a panoramic view of Blue City.

HHOSEINI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Andalucia Hotel, and I must say, I was pleasant by staffs because staffs were more friendly then last vsit.
The Andalucia Hotel's charm and elegance remain unmatched, with its stunning décor, comfortable rooms, and top-notch amenities.
Overall, my experience at the Andalucia Hotel was truly delightful, Thank you front desk team they really do good job. Especially khaustha ( maybe i spell wrong ) & ikram and ayyoub is was always their and help me out i will go back soon again surely.
Apart from restaurant staffs seems bit shy and not much attentive, and some few things which i don’t like was thier as well but few things can’t compare the good part. I hope my next day will be perfect.

Taxi asking price Moroccan Kobayashi car, private and comfortable Travel around the world even with children Parent-child travel, free travel, team business common choice. Ctrip search for ”Morocco Kobayashi” or Ctrip home page → local guide → Moroccan Kobayashi. Can find it.

GGuest UserGreat property and in a perfect location. Just outside the chaos of the Medina but very central. Good breakfast, comfortable mattresses, good soundproofing. The only flaw is the shower that tends to flood the bathroom.

GGuest UserHotel location in the city, the decoration is very good, it is very convenient to come out to play, there are quite a lot of places to eat around, considering that the overall star rating in Africa is lower than the developed countries, the overall is OK, and there may be many black car drivers who ask for a price. Later, the hotel recommended that we find a local guide Xiaolong to pack a car. The price is clearly marked and the whole process is pleasant and smooth.
