4-Star Hotels in Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam

We have travelled a lot throughout Vietnam .This apartment was immaculately cleaned , all ammenities and the location was superb , close to everything with a view of the entire Bay. The local knowledge and assistance given to us by the host Kevin made our vacation even more complete. Would highly recommend.Will visit and stay here again. 10/10. And again, a big thanks to Kevin. 👍

This hotel boasts a convenient location and spacious rooms, although the bathrooms could be cleaner. The toilets lack hand sprayers or bidets, requiring the use of toilet paper. The air conditioning in the rooms is somewhat outdated and not very effective at cooling. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, most of which are satisfactory; however, I would prefer fewer dishes with a higher quality, similar to the breakfast at the Fansipan View Hotel. Overall, I would rate this hotel as three stars. The staff are helpful and accommodating. Please be aware that a nearby beach club plays loud music until 11:00 AM, which may disturb light sleepers.

Service and food was good. Location and view was amazing. Close to sea view and vincom plaza is just 5 minutes from hotel. Modern hotel. I like it.

The hotel is located behind a residential area, the hotel is easy to find on the map, and there is also a car park. The room is okay, the bathroom equipment is quite new and clean. Personally, I feel like the foot towels are whiter than the bath towels 🤣, I think the hotel should change them a little more often. The hotel's cleanliness is a plus for me. If you go on a short trip of 1-2 days, the hotel is okay to stay in. Breakfast is à la carte (dishes can be daily), you can order more if you finish your meal. In general, with such a room price and breakfast, there are no complaints.

January 2025, the hotel is beautiful, for the first time we used a room without windows, just for fun. The room has all the toiletries, it is very cozy, we turned on the air conditioner for heating. The food is terrible, it is better not to take breakfast, but to go eat in a nearby cafe. Breakfast from 7 am to 9-30. Maybe it was very meager due to the small occupancy of the hotel. At the reception, the young man who worked on January 28 and 30 was very knowledgeable, he helped us a lot with all the questions, helped to call a taxi on the ***** New Year, when no one works. Very friendly and smart, speaks English. The girl who worked on January 29 also tried very hard, but because of her efforts to speak English correctly, nothing was clear, so we used a translator. In the hotel amenities it was written that there is a fitness room, but they said there is not, it would be good if they had one Overall, the impressions of the hotel are positive

Hotel was nice and fresh. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. A note to travelers: there is a roof-top Jacuzzi that requires scheduling at least 1 hour in advance, so that the staff can turn it on to temperature.

We stayed during Tet so most places were closed but the restaurant in the hotel was open and the staff were helpful in finding us bikes to rent

Everything was good about the hotel Just the front staff was confused and made us sit 1 hour for nothing and tried tricking us to a smaller room then the ones we booked since they loved saying room is not ready only when we became little strict they gave us the room so not sure why trouble us when we had a small kid with us Otherwise the facility and rooms were clean but the struggle to have us reach our room was really an awful experience

A perfect hotel, well located, very nice rooms and a perfect quality/price ratio, we highly recommend this hotel. The swimming pool is nice. The kids club too and the staff is very nice. Thank you for this stay
