The variety is excellent and everything is clean. I had two bowls of the freshly made noodles, and there were plenty of choices to keep the kids well-fed. 🏋️‍♀️ **Bonus Facilities: Stress-Free with Kids** When traveling with kids, the biggest fear is dirty laundry. ArcLight's self-service laundry room is an absolute lifesaver for family trips! Multiple washer-dryer combos mean you can get all your clothes done overnight—super convenient. If adults want to sneak in a workout, the gym is well-equipped with new machines and ample space, never feeling cramped. ⚠️ **Summary** ArcLight Hotel truly strikes the perfect balance between 'ambiance' and 'kid-friendly comfort.' The hotel's location is directly opposite Raffles City, making it super convenient to get to Raffles City, Chaotianmen Square, Jiefangbei, and Hongyadong. The room layout feels spacious, and it was quite clean. The high floor offered truly great views. A big thanks to the front desk staff, dressed in black uniform, who helped us arrange two adjacent rooms, which was perfect for looking after our family members traveling with us. The same staff member also quickly booked a night tour for us, and we made it just in time, plus we got a discount through the hotel booking, which was fantastic! It's so convenient to book tickets directly through the hotel! Ordering takeout to the hotel is also very easy, and the robot delivery was quick. I'd definitely book here again.

The front desk staff was lovely and provided great service. The room was clean, and the location is excellent. **Facilities:** Well-equipped, with smart voice control. **Hygiene:** Spotless and tidy. **Environment:** Fantastic, with a floor-to-ceiling window on the 25th floor. **Service:** Excellent, with smiling staff.

Great location, dinner was good, but let down by malfunctioning hot water in the shower in 2 or the 3 rooms we booked.  We had only ice cold water from the shower. Thankfully it was rectified. In one of our rooms (2005) the shower stall glass sliding door had come off the rails, and could East have fallen on guests, causing serious injury from the weight of the door and broken glass. The check-in staff was very helpful, but the staff at breakfast on 6 Jan was quite unhelpful, and in fact started to argue about the prior breakfast arrangement our tour guide made with the hotel the previous day. Rather than saying she didn’t know and would check, she unilaterally decided the options were wanted (and had prepared the hotel for through our guide’s arrangements the previous day) were not available.

🏮Located inside a renovated church down a long winding stair alley, this hotel was the definition of a hidden gem. If you didn’t know it existed, you definitely wouldn’t know it was there. The rooms were extremely spacious, with high ceilings, beautifully considered decor, and refined aesthetics. I’d say the rooms were way better than the pictures. ⛪️✨ 📸 The hotel offers a free travel photography service. You can have your hair/makeup/outfit done professionally for an additional charge but we wore our own stuff. Zihao (子豪) came to take photos of us on our second day and they turned out absolutely stunning!! The entire process took about an hour and he was incredibly professional, kind, and funny; and took the time to work with us through the language barrier using a translator app on his phone. You get a certain number of free photos, but we ended up buying almost the entire photo set with minimal editing from him because they turned out so good. It was one of the highlights of our entire trip. I will treasure the photos he took of my mom forever. 🍴 Breakfast is included and there’s a full service bar for guests where you can get free soft drinks and freshly cut fruit throughout the day. The hotel will also deliver a soup to your room in the evening (called night service? I think?) and it was really delicious. I have no photos of that because we ate it too fast. 😋 🧳 📝 The entrance of the hotel is a bit of a far- the nearest car drop-off point is Lingshi Alley No.8, Yuzhong Chongqing, and from there, you have to walk 3-4 flights of stairs down an alley to get to the entrance of the church. The hotel will message you ahead to help you with your luggage (and they’re extremely nice! Two of the staff helped us get our suitcases to our car at 5am when we had to leave very early 😵💫) but if you have any accessibility needs or difficulties walking up and down stairs, or just have a ton of luggage, this might not be the hotel for you 🚙😥 🌸 Overall, stunning hotel & amazing staff who you can message anytime on WeChat if you need anything. It feels like quiet escape in the middle of a super bustling crazy city. I would come back 100% if I was in Chongqing again. Thank you for everything!

This hotel is conveniently located near Guanyin Bridge, making transportation a breeze. While it's not the newest hotel, the room facilities are still quite good. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the breakfast spread is excellent. The staff are all incredibly warm and attentive, especially Jackie and Bella, who really made us feel right at home.

Pros: The breathtaking views of Jinyun Mountain and the Jialing River are truly exceptional from this location. The hot spring facilities are also impressive, with a good variety of pools and a cleverly designed, intricate layout. Cons: The hotel's hardware facilities are quite outdated. For this price point, the hotel could definitely learn from the operational standards of top-tier brands. Furthermore, the breakfast selection is limited, and the toiletries in the room are of poor quality – these are areas with significant room for improvement. Large sections of wooden panels in the public areas are discolored or in disrepair. Overall: If you're looking for value for money, you might want to reconsider. However, if budget isn't an issue and you prioritize experiencing the beautiful scenery and hot springs, it's definitely worth a visit. Finally, the complimentary travel photoshoot provided by the hotel was a nice touch, and I'd like to commend the photographer, Zixuan, for her excellent service.

Location: As shown in Picture 1, it's just 100m from the Jiefangbei landmark. You can see it right from the window. Room decor: Punk-style minimalist decor. The cleanliness was excellent; the pillows, sheets, and duvet covers were all clean, with no yellowing or wear and tear. Housekeeping: Because we were out sightseeing, I thought hanging the tag meant immediate cleaning. When we returned, we found no one had come. After calling the front desk, they immediately sent a lovely lady to clean. She was very enthusiastic and efficient, always serving with a smile. You can tell from an employee's work ethic that this is a customer-oriented hotel where everyone is comfortable. Breakfast: Lots of variety, you can pick what you like. However, I think the 'xiaomian' (noodles) are the best choice; you can't go wrong with them. This is the best choice I've stayed at under 500 yuan.

The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions, and there's a subway station nearby making it easy to get to places like the Three Gorges Museum and Liziba. The staff were very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. The front desk even had a 'treasure chest' with useful items like toilet seat covers and lighters, and there was an ice machine and microwave in the lobby, which was incredibly convenient.

My stay at Le Méridien Chongqing Nan'an exceeded expectations. The hotel's design has a modern artistic feel, and the Rubik's Cube installation in the lobby is quite unique. Freya, a staff member, provided polite and prompt service. The room was spacious and very clean, all the facilities worked perfectly, and the bathroom amenities were of good quality. The location is excellent, right next to Nanping Wanda Plaza, offering a wide variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel is quiet and peaceful, providing a stable resting environment. I highly recommend it to everyone; it offers incredible value for money.
