I specifically chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I contacted my dedicated butler, Laila, via WeChat to inform her it was my birthday. She was incredibly thoughtful during our communication, patiently noting all my small requests and even proactively offering to decorate the room for free. She meticulously followed up throughout, responding to messages super quickly, making communication very pleasant. Upon checking in and opening the room door, I was instantly surprised! The balloons and atmospheric decorations were elegantly and tastefully arranged, without looking cheap. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, creating a fantastic ambiance that was perfect for photos. Even celebrating alone, I felt a strong sense of occasion. The hotel's location is superb. You can walk to Jiaozi Park to see the twin tower light show at night, and the rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views. I could enjoy the Financial City nightscape right from my bed. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were new and functioned perfectly. The soundproofing was also excellent. From the front desk to the room service staff, everyone was gentle and polite, responding to requests promptly with just the right amount of attentiveness, without being intrusive. A big thank you to Butler Laila for her thoughtful preparations, which made my birthday extra memorable. This hotel is perfect for vacations, anniversaries, or business stays. I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Financial City. I truly recommend it to everyone!
