Joya Hotels in Chengdu

The Xiyue Hotel in Chengdu's Taikoo Li boasts an excellent location, right in the heart of the Chunxi Road Taikoo Li commercial district. The Chinese-style decor, complemented by the LED screen at the front desk, creates a very stylish atmosphere. Housekeeper Xiao Tian and the rest of the staff were warm and attentive. Breakfast is served until 1 PM and tastes fantastic. Upon check-in, we received complimentary welcome fruit and homemade cold brew tea, and the room was meticulously cleaned even during our extended stay. At check-out, they thoughtfully presented us with a small panda plushie, which our child absolutely adored. There was a minor hiccup during our stay, but it was promptly and efficiently resolved. Overall, our experience was superb. We'll definitely choose Xiyue again on our next visit to Chengdu!

My stay at the Chengdu Hi-tech Xiyue Hotel during the May Day holiday was absolutely perfect. The hotel is in a great location, making it super convenient for getting around, and the environment is clean and quiet. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, handling check-in and check-out quickly. The room was tidy and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were well-stocked. There was plenty of hot water with good water pressure too. Housekeeping was meticulous and thorough, and the cleaning staff were very considerate. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and overall, it was excellent value for money. The service was attentive and thoughtful, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free. I was very satisfied with my holiday stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I'll choose it again next time.
