Joya Hotels in Chengdu

Staying at Xiyue Hotel in Chengdu's Taikoo Li was a delightful experience in every aspect. Its prime location in the city center is definitely its biggest advantage, making getting around incredibly convenient and perfect for shopping and dining without having to travel far. The front desk staff were gentle and welcoming, providing attentive and detailed service. The late breakfast closing time was a huge plus, allowing us to sleep in and still enjoy a meal. The late-night snack service was a pleasant surprise; the Dandan noodles and 'chaoshou' (Sichuan wontons) were authentic Sichuan flavors and tasted excellent. The room's decor was tasteful, featuring Shangxia brand items which added a touch of quality. The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. Whether for a tourist trip or a short stopover, it's an excellent choice, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Chengdu.

My stay at the Chengdu Hi-tech Xiyue Hotel was absolutely perfect! The cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding was spotless and odor-free, and the bathroom was pristine, with even the corners thoroughly cleaned. The service was incredibly thoughtful; the front desk staff were quick to check me in and proactively recommended local eateries, and the cleaning staff promptly replaced amenities. The facilities were complete and well-maintained; the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – ensuring a good night's sleep, and the hot water supply was stable. It's excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit and have already recommended it to my friends! 👍
