I booked three rooms and was satisfied with the hotel! The hotel is very close to Qilou Old Street, and the surrounding facilities are complete, including hospitals, restaurants and shopping. Although the hotel rooms are not big and the facilities are not new, the location is very good, parking is free, and there are staff to guide you every day. The hotel staff is also very good, polite, warm and thoughtful, and they will answer any questions. So I give it four stars overall, thumbs up!

Location very good. near restaurants and food outlets. service is excellent. staff are courteous and helpful. very efficient and responsive to enquiry and request. The room is spacious and clean. the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is very good, with many varieties.

I was transferring at Meilan Airport and the transit time was too long, so I chose this hotel. I have to say that from the beginning of pick-up to the final drop-off, the service was really very warm and made people feel comfortable and happy. Not only did they upgrade the room type for free, they were also very prompt and proactive in providing airport drop-off in the middle of the night. I hope everyone who makes the transition can feel happy.

We stayed at this hotel for five days from January 28, 2025. The hotel grounds are very green. There is a swimming pool and several small pools with thermal springs on the grounds, but due to the fact that there were always a lot of Chinese in them, we never used them (perhaps the reason for the large number of guests from China was the Chinese New Year). We bought a hotel with breakfast, the restaurant is located next to the reception. Breakfast was a buffet. The choice of dishes for breakfast was good. There was a small cafe on the hotel grounds. To get to the nearest small supermarket, you had to either take a bus or walk for a very long time. The hotel does not provide beach towels and sun loungers on the beach, you could only use chairs (not beach chairs). There is absolutely nowhere to go outside the hotel grounds, except for a long sandy coastal line. The hotel is for those who want to devote themselves to the sea and the beach.  from entertainment, a ping-pong table, rackets  rackets are not provided, billiards and a gym.

We sadly got stuck in Haikou in the time when Hainan was plaqued by a Covid outbreak and there was no way to leave the Island. Luckily we picked this Hotel to wait it out, and we stayed here in total 12 nights of which we spend basically the whole time inside our room. The whole hotel has a nice Flair, everything is green and fitting the theme of forest. The room was quite comfy and welcoming, all amenities were there and working. The only downside was that the WiFi was pretty slow (therefore only 4points), so we basically needed to use our mobile internet the whole time. As this was a special situation we had a lot of interaction with the Hotel staff which, even that they didn't speak any English, always was extremely helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to support us. They washed our clothes for free and there was delicious free coffee and fresh fruit provided which gave us an extra welcoming feeling! Due to our situation I can't really rate the location as we were not allowed to explore the surroundings, but all the positive experiences mentioned definitely put this place up there as one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. If I'd ever return to Haikou I'd definitely go back to this Hotel.

The hotel is still very good, the service is good, the beach is right outside, the sea breeze can be felt when the window is open, and there is no noise as others have said when the window is closed. Without mentioning the advantages, let's talk about the areas that need improvement: 1. It is indeed a bit late to arrive at the hotel at 9 pm, but it is also true that the bananas given as gifts are black, so it is better to change to other fruits; 2. The hotel linens are not washed cleanly, and there are yellow ”small maps”. Fortunately, I brought the sheets with me this time, otherwise I would definitely check out.

Every time I travel, choosing a hotel is like taking a chance, and this time I really chose the right one. First of all, the hotel service is very good. Whether it is the doorman or the front desk, the super five-star quality is reflected everywhere, especially the emily and Shuping in the lobby. They not only introduce patiently, but also actively inquire about the accommodation experience, which makes people feel intimate. Then the hotel's facilities are very complete. It is very comfortable to play in the hotel without going out. The riverside and photography base are especially recommended. This trip to Haikou, I will choose here next time. Make a suggestion, the swimming pool service attitude is very poor, the restaurant waiter is not skilled, there is nothing to eat

A great stay experience! The photo is exactly the same as the room, Sure enough, I didn't disappoint, I was lazy on the sofa for a long time. Did not let What I thought was that the bedding was very good and the bed was super comfortable! For I, a person who sleeps badly, actually slept a lot. I feel that it is really great, of course the landlord is also superb, feel Thank you for your hospitality.

The bed is very comfortable, the service attitude is perfect, there are many waiters at the front desk, they are very enthusiastic, the check-in is very fast, the invoice is issued quickly, the young lady at the front desk is also very beautiful, she brings tea and water and greets the guests with a smile, and the breakfast is also very rich. There are many kinds.

確實可以叫園林酒店，環境是真不錯，底子很好。但跟其他許多評價説的，確實有點舊。 我推測因為是位置原因吧，住客少，生意不是那麼好所以沒錢裝修。但酒店的底子是好的。我家人誤以為是1500+一晚的酒店。所以説性價比是很高的。 提點小意見，前台戴眼鏡胖嘟嘟的男士（名牌上的名字是三個字）服務態度有點需要改進，我還特意拍了他照片，但大過年的就不放了。快下午4點了酒店房間還在打掃衞生無法入住，我提出意見，他板著臉一點處理態度都沒有。以前遇到類似的，會説讓去大堂吧喝杯水等下，結果他態度真是讓人無語。 其他服務人員態度都挺好。就這個胖小夥態度差，估計是過年沒放假有點鬱悶，就不願意給好臉色給顧客了。
