"We had an absolutely delightful experience during our stay at this Airbnb! The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. As cat lover myself, I was thrilled to be accompanied by their three adorable cats, adding an extra layer of charm to our stay. The room was clean, neatly organized, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast prepared by the owner. What made our departure even more special was the thoughtful gesture of packing breakfast for us on the day we had to catch an early train. The convenience of having access to drivers associated with the Airbnb made exploring nearby townships a breeze. This thoughtful amenity significantly added to the overall positive experience of our stay. Should I find myself back in Huangshan, there is no doubt that I would choose to stay here again. "This B&B is our most impressive stay during 13 day trip in East China. Charming decorations, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast and most importantly, their hospitality!! Jacky is the warmest host. He did a great job in serving his guests. We felt like we are his friends rather than customers. He gave so many good advises on the Huangshan walk routing, taxi booking to Chemgkan and also good place to dinner. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night here and it rained In the early evening so not much chance to explore Tunxi as we wished."

"Awesome! I’m European and needed two nights to relax and enjoy a cute old center. The location is perfect, right at the centre and calm. The staff was awesome and super kind (they changed my room because sth was off) and the breakfast is simple and will fill you up. It was a lovely stay and can’t recommend a better place!"

"I was very satisfied with the room! The service was exceptional, particularly the shuttle service, which made for a fantastic experience. The hotel is located near Huangshan, offering a serene and elegant environment. Opening the window immediately presented picturesque views. The room was comfortable and spacious. Although I only stayed one night, the peace and wonderful relaxation I experienced were truly unforgettable. It's absolutely worth recommending. If I get the chance to hike Huangshan again, I'll definitely choose this hotel."

"Staying on top of Huangshan is a magical experience, and our stay at this hotel made it even better. The location is incredible for exploring the peaks, but the absolute highlight of our visit was the exceptional service from one of the staff members, 小敏. She truly went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. She gave us perfect, detailed advice on the best spots to watch the famous Huangshan sunset and sunrise, which made all the difference. We got the most amazing photos thanks to her! What touched us most was her genuine kindness and warmth. She even surprised us with a few small, thoughtful gifts during our stay! It felt less like we were at a hotel and more like we were visiting a friend. We are so grateful for her help. Thank you, 小敏, for making our adventure so special. "I like the room very much, it's a twin room with a lot of space. Because I couldn't confirm the exact arrival time at Huangshan North, I contacted the manager Huahua just before I got on the bus, and he immediately arranged a driver to pick me up at the station. The driver in the fleet was also very nice, he dropped me off near the hotel for free, and helped me contact the uncle in black clothes in the store, who kept helping to carry the suitcases. I walked slowly with my mother. When leaving the next day, Huahua helped carry the suitcase again, feeling very embarrassed. We took another driver's car in the fleet to the hotel in Tangkou Town. The scenery along the way was really beautiful. A stay experience beyond imagination."

"I have only good things to say about my one night stay. I had an excellent time at this bed and breakfast as a solo tourist visiting the Huangshan mountain. I consider myself an experienced world traveler and can confidently say the owner of this BnB is among the kindest and most patient people you could find in the hospitality and tourism industry. Although she doesn’t speak much English, she will find any way possible to help you and make sure you have a comfortable stay. My room was a smoking room but the owner opened the windows (this was in mid April so the temperature was quite mild) so the smell did not bother me that much. There is a very nice shower in the room with good water pressure. The bed and mattress are great. The owner kept my bags in her storage for one night after I checked out so I could go up to Huangshan mountain (I spent one night up in the mountain and then returned to her BnB to pickup my bags an leave town). The owner also is a great cook! And if you are a tea lover, make sure you try/buy her tea (she has a tea farm and picks the tea leaves herself) as this region is famous for its green tea. I would love to come back one day, hopefully with my family or friends."

"Hotel is conveniently located along Tunxi Old St near the main entrance. Staff is very friendly. There are two free to use washer dryers on the 4th floor that were convenient for cleaning my overdue laundry. My room is a bit smaller than expected but comfortable. It was on the 2nd floor facing the rear so noise was minimal despite being nearly at street level. Overall a good experience. Can recommend. Only flaw was that there were no lifts so I had to lug my stuff upstairs and back."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip to Huangshan and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly cosy—equipped with everything I needed, from toiletries to bottled water. One of the highlights was the convenient and affordable transportation the hotel arranged to and from Huangshan North Railway Station. At just 35 RMB during the day and 40 RMB at night per person, it was significantly cheaper than ride-hailing options, which cost about 130 RMB at night. The service was amazing as the staff were warm, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. During check-in, the receptionist patiently explained the best route to take on the mountain and even shared helpful recommendations. I also appreciated the little touches, like being able to borrow walking sticks for free, which saved me from having to buy one. The location is excellent too—just a 10-minute walk to the Huangshan South Gate Entrance bus station, with a view of Huangshan right from the hotel. There is also a massage place and supermarket just a minute away, and the hotel has a restaurant which serves truly delicious food. Overall, this hotel made my Huangshan trip so much more comfortable and enjoyable."

"It's rare for B&Bs to have underground parking, but this one does, complete with an elevator directly to the ground floor lobby for check-in – a real hotel-like convenience. This also means your car stays cool, even on scorching summer days. The B&B itself is spotless, and all common areas are comfortably air-conditioned. The staff, from the front desk and the proprietress to the restaurant servers, were incredibly warm and helpful. They even thoughtfully brought out mosquito repellent when they saw us sitting outside – a very nice touch. The laundry room is accessible until 9 PM, and they even offer a fantastic service where staff will wash, dry, fold, and deliver your clothes back to your room. Truly exceptional service! They provide an electric shuttle service to Xixinan; you just need to call 5 minutes before you want to be picked up. The scenic area isn't large but wonderfully uncommercialized, filled with charming local shops. The fish lantern display at night was vibrant and festive, just like celebrating Chinese New Year! The locals were so warm and down-to-earth, even spontaneously lighting off fireworks. Right outside the B&B, there's a small stream where you can fish. In the evenings, they even have a live singer – apparently, it's the only B&B in the area with live music! The ambiance was absolutely fantastic. Breakfast is served in a 'Jiugongge' (nine-grid platter) style, which was more than enough. The baozi (steamed buns) and wontons were freshly made, and you could always ask for more staple foods if you needed. To top it all off, they even gave us a thoughtful souvenir when we checked out. So considerate!"
