Stayed at Ami Suite in KL and had a really pleasant experience. The pool area is beautiful with a great view of the city, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The overall environment is comfortable and peaceful, and the scenery is definitely a highlight. Would recommend for a short stay or weekend getaway in Kuala Lumpur.ji

We contacted the hotel via WhatsApp a day before arrival, completed the pre-check-in, and received detailed instructions about access and parking (we had a car). The check-in itself was quick and smooth, with no lines. We were given two room keys, which also worked as parking cards. The room was very spacious and cozy. The only surprise was the condition of the towels: they were clean but quite worn, and once we were even given a torn one. The view was beautiful — overlooking the Saloma Link, with the Petronas Towers. The cemetery view did not bother us at all. Housekeeping is done on request: every morning the administrator messages to ask whether cleaning is needed. Unfortunately, the cleaning quality was rather basic — dust was not removed, and we even left a small piece of paper on the floor as a test, which stayed there until the end of our stay. Trash was taken out regularly, and water, tea, and coffee were replenished. On the positive side, the staff were very responsive and reacted to any request quickly. There were no insects and no unpleasant smells in the room. The swimming pool on the 51st floor has stunning city views and is perfect for photos. However, the pool itself is not very large, there are very few loungers, and the relaxation area is small, not very cozy, and almost always occupied. A special mention goes to the elevators: during peak hours it is very difficult to get one, crowds form, and waiting times can reach 15 minutes or more. Overall, I can recommend this hotel. We spent an unforgettable 10 days there.

First of all, thank you for the birthday dessert surprise! The dessert cake was so rich and nice…. Overall hotel room atmosphere is good…. But the bedsheet seems like not that clean…. There were some dirt on it and it can be scratched off… This is a 5-star hotel, shouldn’t have this problem…. And some of the staffs have no smiley faces, attitude should improve, especially the staff who sent bottled water to my room…. The gym room is spacious and have lots of equipment but the pool is small, Trip.com mentioned there were two pools in the hotel yet only one pool is available for hotel guests, it was disappointing because my wife and I brought our swimsuits here and the pool provided was small and crowded… It wasn’t suitable for a decent swim… Breakfast got a lot of options but the taste and quality can be improved more…. Most of them look nice but taste so so…. I think overall the hotel only worths 4 stars standard… Paying the same price, I could have find a better one….

Check-in: Self check-in was convenient. Location: The surroundings are quite convenient. Facilities: Very modern, with a fridge and washing machine. Safety: Felt very safe. Cleanliness: The room was very clean.

The check in process is easy but takes quite sometimes because there's only line for check in that day and the crowd was quite busy as there's convocation day on weekend near PWTC I think..The room is great complete with amenities but my favourite is the spacious bathroom and showers is spacious and have assistance bar for elderly and OKU and there some space to sit as well for those in needs.Toilet still have water hose so Muslim friendly. The breakfast buffet is great but a bit crowded but still acceptable. There's varieties of food being served during buffet so a lot to choose from. Parking is flat rate Rm13. But during check out and driving out of the hotel there's a bit a system glitch or something that we ended up being stuck in a jam for a while and at the parking toll the hotel management have to check every guest room to give the flat rate for parking.Overalls, it's still a great experience to stay here and we're planning to come again sometimes 😀

I have frequently chosen this hotel for its prime location and excellent value. As a business traveler, I typically opt for rooms without windows, which suits my needs as I rarely have time for scenic views. During my most recent stay, Room 327 was particularly satisfactory, offering a pleasant layout and convenient proximity to the lift without any noise disturbance. On this occasion, I utilized the gym facilities. Unfortunately, the treadmill was outdated and noisy, indicating a lack of maintenance. The gym itself is rather small and features limited equipment. I hope to see improvements in this area in the future. The hotel offer breathtaking scenery from the pool deck. Despite all this, I intend to return.

Amazing Stay for the price! Our room had everything we needed or could have used. The views from the pool and upper floors over the city are beautiful! The Staff were kind, welcoming and polite. The 24 HR reception desk was useful for ourselves as we had a 4am departure. We requested a room higher up in the property for city views, and we got just what we asked for! The laundry facilities were great for ourselves as we are travelling and used them no problem. The location is excellent for connecting trains to the Airport, any other Bus links and the monorail! We were so happy we rebooked the hotel for the following 5 weeks after our tour of Malaysia, before we depart to fly home!

We were here for a conference, and the hotel is right next to the convention center! It's within walking distance. There's a large mall right by the hotel with shopping, massages, and all sorts of restaurants. The room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. This is our second time staying here, and we're very satisfied.
