The hotel facilities aren't brand new, and it doesn't have all the trendy, flashy stuff you see in influencer-style hotels, but it has everything you need. The AC and hot water work great, the bed is very comfortable, and the toiletries are all there. It's perfectly adequate for a regular stay and doesn't detract from the experience at all – truly great value for money. Honestly, when I stay at a hotel, I don't look for luxury; attentive service and cleanliness are enough. This hotel doesn't rely on gimmicks; it's all about genuine care. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or business, and it's definitely a place I'd choose again next time. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

👍 The hotel room layout is spacious, and the hot water supply is stable with good pressure. The breakfast on the second floor offers a wide variety of fresh and clean food that suits my taste. The hygiene is well-maintained, and the facilities are comprehensive. Pretty good overall!

Facilities: Very well-equipped, perfect for families with children. The bathroom and shower room, as well as children's amenities and toys, are all very comprehensive. The robot delivery service for items is very interesting and my child loved it. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: The hotel is very close to the Shanghai Fish area, and various parks are within walking distance. Service: The two ladies at the front desk are hardworking and responsible. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food, and dishes are served very promptly. Empty plates are refilled. We'll definitely come back if we have the chance.

This is the first time I've been so eager to leave a positive review for a hotel. What particularly stood out was the excellent bedding quality in our family-themed room – it was incredibly comfortable and made for a great night's sleep! My son absolutely loved the space capsule bed and insisted I give you guys a good review. Also, the separate toiletries provided for children were a really thoughtful touch. Thank you! I'm quite particular when it comes to booking hotels, and this place offers amazing value for money. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was clear a lot of care went into it. Guests could even DIY their meals, unlike some high-end hotels where you see a ton of dishes, but they're just there to fill space and taste terrible. I'll definitely stay here again next time. However, one suggestion for improvement would be to enable screen mirroring on the TV.

My stay at this Home Inn really exceeded my expectations, I have to give it a glowing review! The twin room was newly renovated with a simple yet clean style. The wall design had a nice texture, and the wooden floor was spotless and odor-free. The bedding on both beds was white and soft, and the pillows were just the right height – after a long day of traveling, I slept incredibly soundly. The window had thick, double-layered curtains that blocked out all the light, perfect for sleeping in without any disturbance. There was also a small table and chairs by the window, which was convenient for luggage or a quick rest. The bathroom featured a glass shower stall with good separation between wet and dry areas. The shower head provided a stable flow of water with ample pressure, and all the complimentary toiletries were well-stocked. The wall tiles were clean and shiny, and the non-slip treatment on the floor was very effective, so I didn't have to worry about slipping while showering. The view from the window was great; at night, I could see the quiet night view of the residential area. The surrounding neighborhood was peaceful, and the soundproofing in the room was excellent. I barely heard any traffic or neighbor noise, making for a truly comfortable resting atmosphere. All the hotel's facilities were well-maintained and looked brand new with no damage. For its price point, the value for money is outstanding. Whether for a business trip or a short getaway, staying here was both reassuring and pleasant. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

We chose this hotel for a summer vacation with our kids in Fengxian, mainly because of their outdoor swimming pool. It was absolutely fantastic – very large and shallow enough for both swimming and learning to swim. We stayed for 3 days, and the lifeguard was incredibly responsible, always on duty despite the heat. The cleaning staff, Mr. Wang, was also exceptionally diligent; he even polished the bathroom glass until it sparkled. Two thumbs up!

My trip to Lingang led me to choose the Grand Mercure Shanghai Lingang, and my stay far exceeded expectations – it definitely deserves a five-star rating! The room was spacious and bright, with an elegant and sensible layout. It was immaculately clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The facilities were also comprehensive; the central air conditioning had precise temperature control, and the bathtub in the bathroom was a huge bonus – soaking in it after a long day was incredibly relaxing. The soundproofing was excellent too, making the room exceptionally quiet. The location is also very convenient, with the Blue Bay International Plaza downstairs, and parking was hassle-free. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful service from the housekeeping staff, I felt a genuine sincerity throughout my stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Lingang, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel's location is pretty good, right off the Hujin Expressway exit. It's a themed hotel focused on ocean and cruise elements. We booked a deluxe king room, and the room was spacious enough with comfortable air conditioning. However, one of our rooms had issues with the power outlets. Even though the hotel's engineering team came to fix it, it stopped working again after we returned from sightseeing. The room facilities clearly lack basic maintenance. Also, the makeup mirror in room 1510 was installed at an unreasonable height, clearly too low. Even at my height of almost 160cm, I had to bend over. I can't imagine how taller guests would manage! The front desk staff felt like state-owned enterprise employees – not particularly warm, but not shirking their duties either; just mediocre. The only person who made me feel welcome was the staff member at the 6th-floor beer bar during the weekday. She was busy doing everything by herself and still greeted everyone with a smile.
