The hotel was quite new and exceeded my expectations. 👍🏻 The room was very clean and tidy, the bathroom and toilet were spotless, and the bed was very clean, neat, and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. I especially liked the staff; everyone from the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping aunties, shuttle drivers, to the engineering technicians were very polite and attentive in their service. The front desk, in particular, was very helpful and responsible. The breakfast was also quite good, with a good variety and decent quality. It was a pleasant stay overall. The only minor drawback was the soundproofing wasn't great, but it was still a very comfortable stay. The stay included pick-up/drop-off at Hongqiao Airport/train station. The hotel is also just a 3-minute walk from Zhongning Road Station on Metro Line 14. Couldn't ask for more! 🥳🥳🥳 Excellent value for money in Shanghai.

The mahjong room is great, the mahjong tiles are just the right size. The hotel offers free use of washing machines and dryers, and parking is also free. All kinds of facilities are available. The breakfast selection is rich, and the surrounding environment is lovely, right next to the scenic area. The cleanliness and service are also very good.

The hotel's location is quite far from the city center. The decor is average. My main complaint is about the staff's service attitude; overall, both their service and professionalism need improvement. First, at 9:20 AM, we went to the first floor for breakfast. A woman in a gray uniform stopped us at the restaurant entrance, telling us it was peak dining time and we had to wait to be seated because there were no empty tables inside. We offered to go in and find a table ourselves to avoid bothering the staff. The employee immediately dropped her fake smile and insisted we wait at the door. When we finally entered, we found many empty tables. Throughout our meal, staff repeatedly came over to remind us that breakfast service ended at 10 AM and urged us to hurry and get whatever we wanted to eat. Second, when checking out, a tall male staff member at the front desk was unsmiling and impatient, answering my questions with rhetorical questions. While the 800+ yuan room rate isn't high, the service attitude of some staff members is probably only worth 250 yuan. I hope the hotel strengthens its staff's ethical and professional training! In short, this is not a recommended hotel.

Our stay was fantastic! The room was spacious enough and very clean. The facilities were well-maintained, and the hot water was consistent, which even for someone as particular as me, left little to complain about. The front desk staff were polite and check-in was quick. The laundry attendant was diligent and kind, and the breakfast staff were friendly and enthusiastic. It's about a ten-minute walk to the subway station, making it easy to get to downtown attractions. The environment is quiet, so we had a peaceful night's sleep. The price was reasonable, and as we were traveling with several families, everyone agreed they had a comfortable stay. Shanghai prices can be high, but overall, this place offered great value for money. The bath towels were even individually wrapped, which was a nice touch and made us feel very secure using them.

I always choose the Holiday Inn Express brand when traveling, and this time I picked the Zhenping Hotel. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the room was very comfortable for one person and spotless. It's conveniently located near the subway station, making it easy to get to all the attractions quickly.

Facilities: Great, very complete. Though small, it has everything you need. Hygiene: Clean and hygienic, the bedding was very quiet (comfortable). Environment: Surrounded by residential buildings, with many breakfast shops downstairs. Very convenient for breakfast in the morning. Service: The front desk staff had a good attitude. Free snacks & coffee: There's free coffee and small snacks available at the front desk. The fridge, printer, and microwave can all be used for free. Highly recommend!

The room is very large, and the bathroom is also very large. The staff is very good and very concerned. We also sent us drinks. There is also a takeaway service room. The first time we used the screen film, we also ripped it open. It is highly recommended that it is much larger than other net fish. Very new

I blindly picked this hotel for a show with the kids, mainly because of the distance. I booked a room with a living room, thinking I'd need an extra bed, but the sofa was even bigger and more comfortable than an extra bed, plus it had two bathrooms – totally exceeded my expectations. It's super convenient for getting around with a subway station nearby. Downstairs, there's a Starbucks and a 7-Eleven, which is a big plus. The front desk staff were all great, especially Nana, who even gave us some White Rabbit candy (a Shanghai souvenir) when we checked out. There was also a sweet, petite waitress with a round face in the restaurant who provided excellent and friendly service; even my mom had to compliment her before we left. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Shanghai!👍

The room's facilities are very smart, and the location is convenient, quite close to Jing'an Temple with plenty of food options nearby. My stay was fantastic, highly recommended! I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. The room had great natural light and was kept spotless; I felt very comfortable staying there. The breakfast downstairs was also very good and varied.
