I just have time to go to the beach to relax in the past two days. I saw this hotel and famous hotel on Ctrip and I felt it was good. I didn’t expect to see it on the spot. Whether it is decoration or service, it is first-class and good. The overall European style The minimalist style makes people feel relaxed and happy, and the open-air bar on the first floor is not to mention, it is very capable of producing films. It is also quite comfortable to live in, and I highly recommend everyone to play.

We travelled as an expat familiy. From the first moment we entered to the time that we left, everywhere, everyone and everything was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was well maintatined and facilities were excellent. The view was the lake with the golf course. We enjoyed playing golf as well. The restaurant buffet was fantastic. The hotel provided fruits every day to the room free of charge and the room service was amazing. Highly recommended and we will definetely stay again. A big thank to everyone.

Stayed for two days. The surrounding supporting facilities are complete. You can park your car directly at the hotel and take the subway to go out. It is very convenient! The most important thing is that the children also like to live here. The breakfast is rich in variety and ends at 10 am, which is very friendly to children who stay in bed. The room is spacious, and the large bay window can also see the night view far away. Living on the 15th floor, it is not noisy to sleep. The staff is well trained and professional. I will stay here next time I come to Shenzhen

This small hotel is located in Yangmeikeng Village, next to the seaside greenway. It has a simple and modern design and the rooms face the sea. We arrived at nine o'clock in the evening, and the staff reserved a parking space for us, which is rare in the narrow seaside area. The bedding in the hotel room is good, and the toilet and bathroom are clean. In the morning, before the sun rises, go to Luzui Villa from the seaside greenway to see the Mermaid Cave. There are few people, and the scenery is immediately upgraded to five stars. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Breakfast has porridge, buns, eggs, corn, and sandwiches, which always have a compound personal appetite. After breakfast, go to the sea to paddle board and deeply feel the blue sky and blue sea. But we encountered headwind on the return voyage, and it took a lot of effort to paddle back, so we checked out late, and the staff also enthusiastically delayed the check-out time and prepared afternoon tea. If you want to go to Yangmeikeng to climb mountains and go to the sea, this is a good choice.

The location is excellent, MTR and many bus routes just at the corner within 8 mins walk. A huge mall across the street will be opening very soon (May be in June 2025, better re-confirmed with hotel before). The staffs are very helpful and demonstrate the excellent services. The breakfast and bed are very good. The tiny Gym is well equiped and has a well ventilated air conditioning. You can get a 5* value with a 4* prices. Very good service for a hotel of this price range. There is a LARP establishment and an Internet cafe downstairs, so probably not the best option if traveling with minors. But for adult solo travelers, it is definitely a hassle free experience.

The room is spacious and the location is average. There are not many food options nearby. The front desk service is good. Check-out can be extended until three o'clock. It would be better if it can be upgraded for free. There are no Hong Kong TV stations.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with the payment process at park Hyatt SZ. While I understand the importance of adhering to financial regulations, I found the rigidity in handling my payment request highly frustrating and inconvenient. Despite my repeated attempts to find a workable solution, your team, particularly the duty manager, was unable to provide any alternatives or flexibility. It became evident that while they were strictly following the finance department’s guidelines, they lacked the training or authority to offer guests any viable options. Ultimately, I had to come up with a solution myself—something I would have expected the hotel staff to assist with, rather than leaving it entirely up to me. A hotel’s reputation should prioritize guest convenience and ensure that staff are trained to handle such situations with flexibility and professionalism. The inability to provide alternatives not only caused unnecessary inconvenience but also left a negative impression of the hotel’s customer service. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and that your team will consider improving training for handling payment-related concerns in the future. I would appreciate a response addressing how you plan to enhance your service in this regard. Having just check out from park Hyatt Changsha and last week from Alila, just felt something is missing. Lovely new fully renovation hotel, I love my old Shanghai suite especially, it is like travelling back in time in Shanghai but with modern comfort. Very atmospheric! The only downside is if the hotel can provide more than just two thin large towels! These towels are especially thin, do not absorb much water. But the hotel staffs insisted that I can only order 2 towels at a time… not a smart move, dripping water just gets on your floor and can be hazard to your clients!
