Family Friendly Hotels in Xi'an

Excellent location with Zhonglou Metro Station right in front of hotel. Convenient hop on spot to Terracotta warriors as well. Walking distance to Bell Tower, Muslim Street and Luomashi Street with multiple food options. Can be noisy. Not much amenities in the hotel but check out the robot delivering your 外卖 to your room.

The hotel is modern, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The rooms are comfortable, and the overall design creates a relaxing and stylish atmosphere. However, if you don’t speak Chinese, be aware that communication at the front desk can be very difficult. None of the staff do not speak English, and while some try their best to help, others are not only unhelpful but actually quite rude. Unfortunately, I had a particularly stressful experience with one of the male receptionists on the night shift, whose attitude towards non-Chinese speakers was shockingly unpleasant. It’s a real shame because the hotel itself is lovely, but the lack of basic communication and courtesy from some staff members really affected my stay.

My wife and I came here for our first anniversary and it was worth every dollar spent. The hotel was gorgeous and super clean. Our room was decorated with rose petals spelling out “1 year” on the bed and a trail of petals to the personal hot spring tub. The bathroom has two sink basins with tall mirrors. The shower is a rainfall shower. The toilet has a glass door which was a little weird but the bathroom had a solid wooden door. Cleaning staff comes every day at a time that works for you to sanitize and organize everything. The mini fridge comes packed with a variety of drinks that are refilled for free every day. We were given a rotating plate of fresh fruits every day. At night time, they provide good night soup and turn on the personal hot spring tub. During the day, you can visit the outdoor hot spring in a secluded area. The minerals in the hot springs made our skin so soft and healthy looking. We did a spa treatment too which was very relaxing. They were very accommodating with finding a time that worked best for us. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Mostly Chinese breakfast with many delicious dishes to choose from. The restaurant was in a different building on the Huaqing Palace grounds. Easy to walk to but they also can drive us in a kart to and from it. You can also come and go to the Huaqing Palace grounds too! The staff was very friendly and accommodating even with a language barrier. They helped us arrange laundry services to be delivered to our room. They went and picked up our tickets to the Song of Everlasting Sorrow (great show). The housekeeper, Deng Xiaohui, was wonderful and gave us parting gifts when we checked out. 5/5. Highly recommend. We hope to be back next time we visit Xi’an.

The service is very good, the younger brother and sister at the front desk are warm and polite, and the children have children's slippers and toothbrushes, which is very intimate. Also give play suggestions, even the surrounding breakfast and hotel breakfast are also introduced. Check out and send the children gifts, although it is some small snacks, but the children like it, travel is very convenient, walk to the music fountain, the environment is not very big, but the service is in place, praise.

The hotel is in a good location. It takes only ten minutes to walk to the Tang Dynasty City. The Tang Dynasty Furong Garden is opposite. Parking is convenient and the parking fee is halved. Fruits are given upon check-in. The hotel facilities are very new. The only drawback is that the air conditioner does not have cold air on a 30-degree day. It is so hot that even if you open the window for ventilation, it is still stuffy inside when it is cool outside. It is very noisy outside when you open the window for ventilation. I had no choice but to change hotels after staying for only one day.

I booked a non smoking but it smelled of smoke when we checked in and it’s because other people smoked in their room and the air conditioning vent spread the smoke smell to other rooms. Constructions was everywhere around the hotel and it was on a main road so was quite noisy. I couldn’t breathe and I couldn’t sleep properly. Made me sick! Front desk staff was friendly enough & tried to help but I will not give a 5 stars review at the manager’s insistence because they need to really enforce the ‘No Smoking’ rule inside the building.

It's the best hotel I've ever stayed in. It's the only one. I don't want to leave. The boss couple are so nice, honest, friendly and kind. The room is big enough, clean, and warm. The bathroom and bath water are large and hot. The room is very clean, and I can sleep until dawn. The hotel's courtyard is so beautiful and cozy that the children no longer want to go out to play. They run around and play in the courtyard every day. Have a cup of coffee in the afternoon, a glass of wine in the evening, and a small skewer. It wouldn’t be too happy! There is also the cute shop pet ”May Day”, which is so rare! I hope I will have the opportunity to come to Xi'an again, and I will definitely have a drink and chat with the boss!

This guesthouse boasts an exceptional location, nestled beside the Xiaonanmen Morning Market in Xi’an’s ancient city district. A short walk through the alley leads straight to Hanguangmen Gate, reputed to be the starting point of China’s historic Silk Road—a site imbued with centuries of heritage. The property remains tranquil at night while offering convenient transportation access. The surrounding area abounds with authentic local eateries serving delicious, budget-friendly delicacies. The owner’s warm hospitality complements the thoughtfully curated interior design, complete with a quaint courtyard. I’ll undoubtedly return to this charming retreat on my future visits to Xi’an.

The hotel service is really great. The butler service is really amazing. The staff are helpful. The hotel is in a good location, close to Yongxingfang, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Bell Tower, Muslim Street, etc. There are Yitian and Wanda nearby, and shopping is convenient. The hotel is close to Line 4 and Line 1, and the transportation is convenient. The hotel has a bathtub, etc. Will give you a comfortable environment. I recommend this hotel as a family hotel in Xi'an. I will also invite more friends to play
